We originally chose Spring Green because of the reputation of the owner - and we haven't been disappointed. In the first four months of treatment, our lawn has shown significant improvement. The Spring Green staff has been friendly and helpful, and has repeatedly encouraged us to call with questions. They had a plan, executed the plan, and it is working - and they have done it at a competitive price.

They forgot to visit. Left me a voicemail saying they'd come ASAP. Forgot again and convinced me to not ask for refund by offering lime treatment free. Still haven't visited, been calling for days for a refund and their phone rings forever without going to voicemail. When I WAS able to leave a message they never got back to me.
They forgot me as a new customer for lawn service.
