Hands down the most unethical business I have ever worked with. They sold an annual package in the spring and never did all the work. Told us that they fired the employee who sold the packages and then offered $50.00 back of a $280.00 package. They did do a backflow in the Spring but it took them 2 months to send the results so we were penalized over $150 because of their lack of response from the city and us. I would never recommend this company personally or professionally to any of my clients. Public beware!!!
I have been very satisfied with Aspen Lawn Care. They have done a great job bringing my lawns, both front & back, back to life. My lawn was in desperate need of attention. They are now nice & green & much more healthy. They also did a spring cleaning of my entire yard. I always have a lot of pine needles & pine cones in my yard every year. They did a great job on that too & cleaned up & hauled off all the debris. The staff is very friendly & easy to work with. I would highly recommend this company for your yard needs.
These guys started out pretty good but as the summer progress, they’ve gotten worse and worse. Management comes out and says they’re going to fix it and make it all better and the next time they come out same thing. This time because they came out for the fourth time to fix what they didn’t do well and we had a game plan. Same sad results and the guy cut the vine on my squash plant. I know it was intentional because that squash plant has been there all summer long and he was giving me unfavorable looks as he did the edging. Management may have the best of intentions, but their guys who’ve been coming out do a sad job. My neighbors have even commented on the poor job. Seem like nice guys just sad work

But, mostly I want to thank you for not raising the cost of mowing this year. Great job on spring cleanup work and done TWO days after requested. I got quotes from other companies that were anywhere from twice to 4 times more expensive than what Aspen charged us. We're 100% satisfied.
We recently hired Aspen Lawn Care to take care of our yard. I had been doing it myself, but health issues made it problematic. Their crews have always been on time and done a great job for us. Recently they came out to do a winterizing clean up on everything. The work they did was absolutely great, and done exactly as I had requested. The crew was friendly and helpful. Choosing the right lawn care service here in north Idaho can be challenging. Aspen Lawn Care makes the decision easy as they deliver! I highly recommend them.

My neighbor gets there yard cut by this company. Employee thought it was ok to walk through my yard instead of going to the sidewalk. Definitely not what I'd consider professional

Signed up with this company for the 2024 season. Its clear that they over extended themselves by taking on my home. The result has been terrible communication and a complete lack of follow through. I will be finding another vendor.

One of the worst customer services for plowing our company, NorthWest Manufacturing PowerTow has ever encountered. I dont recommend there services to anybody in the CDA, and Hayden Area. I do recommend going to B & N Services Inc, For any lawn or plowing services. As the Assistant manager i called the company to inquire the break down of our insane bill and the Billing Manager was very rude (TIM) and when i inquired to cancel our services he said Thank God And hung up. Another thing is when they plowed they broke a sprinkler head as well. I am confused on how they have 12 years of service and still bad customer service. Never go to this company ever. Thank You
Absolutley horrible. Actual work performed no where close to meeting expected results. They chopped up my Japanese maples with no direction from me to even trim. Their mower hit one of my aspens and split the bark open 3 feet. They were on their phones as much as working. Got their mower stuck in my yard and had to call for help....result was damaging a sprinkler head which I had to replace for $115.00. Clearly in it for the money, not customer satisfaction.

I asked the young man politely, from now on, to please do not mow the shared parking strip between my house and the neighbors house. I told the young man that I had an agreement with my neighbor to mow the shared parking lawn my self. He got in my face and told me he didnt care what agreement I had with my neighbor and pointed out where the property line was. Were your men working in another state yesterday. No, they were working in Coeur d Alene, Idaho. Which is exactly where I live.

Their price for service is very reasonable. You can call and get in touch with Tim if you have any questions or extra work to be done. I am very satisfied and will continue getting my lawn maintained by Aspen Lawn Care.
Required some yard work to be completed asap, and owner agreed to visit personally, quote and then schedule our project. We were completely satisfied with the results, and encourage others to try them out!
Excellent lawn care service. Owner is very responsive and provides excellent service. Spring and fall clean up, fertilization of your lawn keeping it looking great. Shows up on time to mow and edge to maintain that great look.
