I love site one and have used them for my business (Ecogreen) for many years. Very knowledgeable and very helpful staff with competitive prices. If they don't have what I need they make sure to order it and have it ready for pick up or delivered to my site
Very poor customer service. Bought a pump being told it would was more than adequate to do the job. It was not. Brought back immediately and told we could exchange it the next day. Went back the next day and told we could not return it because it was used. We did not use this pump other than to run it briefly to test it and knew immediately it was not what was needed. Removed pump, rinsed and placed in box like brand new. Didn't matter - no return allowed. A larger pump was offered at a discount but would not refund for the original pump. Think twice before purchasing from this business.
So bummed I spent my money at the big box store. I stopped in here today to spend just a few bucks on something and they were very friendly and helpful. I really wish I would've had their help from the beginning of the project. Since I cant return my whole system to purchase here instead, I figured I would write a review instead.
What a great place! We recently decided to take on the task of installing our own irrigation system as all of the companies were booked through next spring. They came out and looked at the project, drew up a plan for us and told us everything we needed and where. We bought all the supplies and did the entire project ourselves. It was a large project as it was a business that required a lot of sprinklers and drip lines. The guys at the counter are very friendly and easy to work with. Very accommodating.
Ordered and paid online for fertilizer. They gave me a call telling me my order was ready for pickup. So when I get there I was expecting them to pull up with a cart or pallet to load my truck. As I go inside I was directed to back my truck up to the large garage door from there a person started to load my items walking with 1 bag at a time around 75 yard just going back and forth. Guest they dont know the concept of pickup.

Had to get my own sprinkler system done at the last minute (a full acre) and the team at CDA branch was incredibly helpful and great to work with. Steve (layout designer) got my full plans done in my quick timeframe, came to my house walked the property and marked where heads were needed, and even came back a couple weeks later to help troubleshoot. I couldnt recommends these guys enough, awesome job guys.
Great range of irrigation products. Decent prices, sometimes cheaper than I can find online, but often within 15%. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They even offer a DIY program to help you plan your home irrigation projects.

This is where you need to go if you need sprinkler supplies but still wanted to be treated like you are a human. Unlike another nearby sprinkler wholesaler that I will leave nameless. I have been working with autorain for 10 years now, they currently have the best crew this store has ever had. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. I work with multiple sprinkler and Landscape distribution companies and this is by far my favorite one to visit for all of my sprinkler needs, weather its Brandy Jordan Brock or Brian helping me its always quick, and reasonably priced.
