I have been working with Mr. Joe Fried with CPM for the past six months on a major community renovation. He is professional collaborative and creative, he has transformed our community into something special. I'm looking forward to working with him in the future. CPM is lucky to have him. Rodrigo is also excellent to work with and attentive to needs when I needed to connect.
Love the service they provide, Dave at Jupiter Countey Club is the bomb, and Ari in billing is just as great to work with and in 9 years there they have only missed one thing and with a 1 minute phone call to Dave it is taken care of usually within 30 mins. Estimates for extras is always easy with Dave and billing is fantastic.
I have used CPM landscape a number of times and the experience has been great. Specifically, Joe Fried. Joe is honest and fair and is extremely knowledgeable. He always is accessible and starts and finishes projects on time. I highly recommend Joe and CPM. As a matter of fact, I have another landscaping project to do and the only person I called was Joe.
The morning after Milton struck our area, our two onsite men, Marcello and Mikel, were on property early to pick up storm debris. These guys are terrific in maintaining our landscape, which covers 14 buildings and 3 recreation areas! Very happy!! Also the account manager Mark Boyar has been very attentive to our lawns, trees, and shrubbery.

Complete Property Management trimmed my 4 large Magnolia trees yesterday and did an outstanding job. Their crew of 6 where professional, polite, and extremely neat. The tree where well-trimmed and shaped to our satisfaction. All branches, trimmings and leaves where remove, including those that fell into the hedges below to the extent that you couldn’t say any trimming was done looking at our landscape. I was also particularly pleased by the safety gear and procedure the crew utilized as well as their professional equipment. I would highly recommend this professional property management company.

I would like to commend the work of Marie McGilvary. After my house was hit by a tornado Marie demonstrated excellent customer service and implementation skills. She came to my house quickly to assess the needs and damage. She put a plan together and restored the landsaping quickly. Marie is fantastic to work with and is highly valued in the community at Regency at Avenir. I have worked with Marie various times and am always impressed with her professionalism and knowledge. She has fantastic interpersonal client relations skills as well. She worked under the pressure of high volume gracefully and quickly. She is a star in my point of view. Marie McGilvary is a fantastic asset to CPM, and I recommend her highly.

CPM did a great job removing and replacing my dead palm tree. The whole process was done professionally and perfectly. Everyone I dealt with exceeded my expectations.
At the Coral Springs/Coconut Creek borderline, my fiancé and I witnessed three CPM workers on the other side of Publix over the hill at the Coral Cay complex on Wednesday, May 22. One of the workers most likely stole our property that we had on the hill. Today, Thursday, May 23, we called and spoke with a nice gentleman who had told us that he would be investigating the workers by looking at cameras in the trucks, etc. He committed to giving my fiance a call back. Unfortunately, the receptionist, who spoke broken English, was very rude and refused to patch us through again, or even acknowledge that she was the same woman who we had spoken to this morning. Here it is, end of the business day, and our belongings still remain stolen and not retrieved. We also have not heard back from the owner, despite his assurances that he would be following up with us thoroughly by the end of the day today.

Undeniably, a superlative, A-1, consumer experience, all-around!
I saw one of their trucks with workers STANDING in the bed of the truck while the truck was rolling down the highway. I nearly got in a collision trying to drive way behind and blocking drivers from passing in the other lane so I could swerve abruptly if need be, as I anticipated having to do if one of the workers fell off the truck as they were lible to do. Reckless behavior, likely forced to do as a condition of employment. Needs to be shut down by the authorities, and the workers need better supervision.
This was a top shelf group from the start to the finish! Ariadna was a pleasure during the contract process, and Eliseo was excellent help with the plant selection and installation scheduling along with Felix coordinated a perfect finish. They all did a really great job!! Id recommend CPM to anyone looking to upgrade their landscaping.

Extremely professional and competent staff. Every worker we have had for every task has been outstanding. We had CPM do the full design of our landscaping in the front yard and around the pool. They planted all shrubs and trees, made a stepping stone and pebbles path, and are now doing the landscape lighting. In our development, they also do the maintenance of all landscaping and tree trimming etc. and we are very satisfied with all their services.

This group at CPM, removed four trees and stumps. They worked nonstop were done in less than 3 hours. The clean up they did was remarkable. Could not be more satisfied.

CPM does the landscaping in Jupiter Country Club. I have worked with site manager Dave Burford on several occasions. He is one of the good guys. Dave and his team are always responsive and solution oriented. Thanks Dave for all you do.
Our properties are ravaged by untrained workers and damage done by the company, that they refuse to fix. DO NOT HIRE THEM. be forewarned. I have a large collection of photos and unanswered work orders or denial of damage from over 20 homeowners in the community.
If there was an option for zero stars, Complete Property Maintenance would have zero stars. Unresponsive, unprofessional and derelict in their commitments to residents of Parkland Bay.
My review is based on a helpful caring employee going well above and beyond to help a mom in need. I was out on my golf cart with my 3 girls when it broke down, not close to home. I was pushing it with kids in tow, down Riverside Drive sidewalk when a CPM truck pulling a golf cart drove past. The driver circled around, parked and tried to troubleshoot, to no avail. He then unloaded his golf cart and proceeded to push us the entire ride home. I couldnt be more appreciative. I am incredibly grateful for him taking the time out to help. Thank you CPM for employing a young man of such integrity!
Employees are unprofessional, dont care, and are apparently not trained. Weve had to deal with them for years now, because they contract with the apartment complex, and they frequently damage or destroy holiday or other yard decorations, knock over plants, and blow leaf matter intentionally ON vehicles. Ive never had to deal with so many problems from ANY other landscaper.
