I am very disappointed and disgusted by one of your employees. We are in A funeral procession for an honored military veteran. After being notified of what was taken place, he still proceeded to pull out in the middle of our procession, and not only did he stay for a few miles to ride in the procession, he also let multiple cars in causing complete disruption in our line. I called your office and asked to speak with a manager and I was told no manager was on staff and that they would take down my information and have someone call me back. Melissa is the one who answered the phone and she did not even ask for my number and did not really seem to care about what was happening. The employee turned left just passed dairy Road on US 1 heading north. He was an older gentleman with a white beard and white mustache and driving a white Nissan truck.

A rep stopped out to give a quote and after his sales pitch he insults my wife by telling her it was a waste of his time. All because she wanted to talk to me about it. Didnt leave any information at all for me to look at. Dont even consider this company when getting estimates together.

So thankful for Andy! We had a project that needed an awesome team to come together, and he showed up when we needed him and provided excellent service! Definitely recommend Bio Green!

Bio Green of Brevard is a professional, personal and positive experience for anyone needing support with Floridas critters, i.e. rats, outside roaches, bugs - inside or outside - or termites. Very unprofessional. Was told that I would get a call back the following Monday by owner of company who never bothered to call back. Very pushy sales tactics trying to convince me to have a subterranean treatment where they dump chemicals in a trench around my house which I told them after researching I didn t want to do than afterwards was treated differently because I didn t go along with specific treatment the manager had told me if I ever needed anything to call him but upon having issues with their dry wood termite treatment for 1300 I was told not to call his personal number and to call the office. When I did I talked to the owner who told me he would call me back the following Monday and never bothered. On contract stated other areas were to be treated but it never happened so obviously I feel ripped off. Don t use this company over priced and I still have the same problem I did before their supposed treatment. Shady people do not do business with them.

Used them for almost 4 months and the lawn never improved. Promised weed control and deep green lawn and instead it had more weeds than ever and was brown. Would not recommend.

Best company in this area. Never got my lawn looking like right now. Very profesional technicians and always in communication of the services done at the house. I had some ants issues and after I hired them I saw the change on my lawn. Now Im able to walk around with no fear of been bite. Also, the weed service and lawn care. Their quality products made a difference! Good price as well. 100% recommended!

I have problems with sedge. I repeatedly mention to techs. You seem to be unable to get a handle on this.

I hired this company when I installed a brand new beautiful St. Augustine lawn. Within 1 year, the lawn was lost to ??fungus ??chinch. ?? Bugs ?? They didn t know. Got several different opinions from them though on the cause, each opinion delivered with complete confidence, I must say. You can make your own decision. Could not recommend.

Theyre great with customer service, always on time, no pesky contracts, and their chemicals which are safe for pets actually work on the lawn. Freddy did a great job! Not sure if their service works or not since I bug bombed my apartment before I hired them, but the real reason I stopped services is because the customer service sucks. It says on their website they use safe pesticides for animals and kids, and then you call and they literally will tell you exactly what you want to hear and offer a good deal but then they show up and the chemicals are unsafe and the price was different! I felt scammed. I will never recommend these guys to anyone nor use their services ever again! On top of not wanting to continue services they will bombard your emails and voicemails stating you owe them money still even when you cancel. So annoying!! Save yourself time and hassle and bug bomb your house yourself.

I guess that I like the serviceman, but after three months I dont see any improvements on weed control, which is why I went with them.

The service did cut down on insects but did not completely end the problem. I finally cancelled by calling and emailing. No person would answer or reply. Finally, while I was out of town they showed up and told the person house-sitting for me they were doing a contract service so he said ok and they sent me the bill. This is a very unprofessional service.

Serviced our community for the first time. Very considerate to me as president of my HOA. Answered every question I had so I could relate to my residents.

BioGreen is THE BEST!! We used them from the minute we bought our house and then one time we thought we could try to do it ourselves since we had settled in to our new home so we cancelled and that only lasted a little over a month before we called them and resumed our services and they came out the very next day to do all the services. They always make time in their busy schedule to address our concerns. We will always use them because we learned our lesson that we can t keep our yard looking pretty, the bugs away, and the mosquitoes under control nearly as well as they can!

The sales agent came by 2 days ago. We discussed my lawn and the problems I was having mainly dollar weeds. Yesterday the tech came out and sprayed every inch of my lawn. Today the dollar weeds have died for the most in my front lawn. They seem to be a bit more stubborn in my back lawn but I see several wilting. I would say that is exceptional service. I am very pleased with this company so far.

I cannot say enough good about Bio Green we have them perform monthly service on a 40 unit apartment complex where we had a major roach problem. They have worked wonders and if we should have a problem they are out the very next day to take care of it.

I have been using Bio Green for several months. I tried fertilizing and weed treatment myself but I was not successful. The lawn looked bad in many areas. The lawn has improved a great deal but because its summer they cant use a strong weed killer because the heat will burn the lawn. So Ive resorted to pulling many of the weeds, especially crab grass which is difficult to kill. Overall I am happy, especially since I have cats and they use least toxic treatment. I should have done this a long time ago.

They always arrive on the day scheduled and are very professional. They always make suggestions if there is something that can be done to improve the lawn but they dont take any action on the suggestion unless they are told to. There pest control service is also great - no bugs after they have treated and no lingering pesticide smell in the house.

Its been wonderful working with a pest control company that DOESNT intoxicate our house. Weve had major ant issues and other small insects in our yard. We didnt want to go the typical, poison them route. We have a very sensitive English Bulldog and he knows right away if there is anything toxic near him. We walk him on our lawn every day, and since we started using Bio Green he never reacts, even right after Bio Green has treated our yard. The owner Myron is very nice and connected with his clients. Answers questions and if you have any problem they will come back between treatments.

We had one of the large, well known commercial entities doing our lawn and shrub treatments for roughly 2 years. The yard looked much the same after all their work and thousands of dollars later. We switched to BioGreen about 9 months ago. The yard is much improved and getting better. Lawn is green and filling in, weeds are minimal and holes in the leaves of our shrubs are no longer an issue. They do it right.

I recommend Bio Green for treating the lawn with a natural fertilizer. They got rid of the weeds and greened my yard right up. They have helpful staff that show a genuine concern for the environment and the health my yard. I also recommend them for inside pest control and termite protection.
