Master Cuts Lawn and Landscaping in Cocoa

Love this company! Not only do they do great and efficient work, they were able to come out same day. The next time they came, I accidentally locked myself out of the house. It was Friday and I’m sure plenty of places to be besides helping me get back inside lol. But he stayed, he let me use his phone and made sure I got back inside. So kind of him! 10/10 - would recommend:)

Jason does a phenomenal job. He is very quick, very professional and he always always, always shows up. I can always count on him to be there every Tuesday to keep the yard looking nice. I have another property far away that is serviced by a different company. They have a more casual approach, taking care of the yard when it starts to look shaggy. I never know when to expect them, if they'll be there before the weekend or before we have company. The number of times they come out may be different, but the monthly fee stays the same. Jason is always there, every Tuesday. I can always count on him and I appreciate that so much. I just wanted to say thank you and best of luck!

Unfinished work extremely shoddy work Yard has tons of weeds. cleanup was not completed Damaged sprinkler heads, and tried to remove some The backyard is now dangerous to walk in as they did such a poor cleanup job that the newly laid sod is too uneven. Ankles twist, turn, and fall. It isn't slightly uneven. Plants will need to be replanted because they didn't get them deep enough Broke a planter worth $16.50. Threw a fit when asked to replace it by ripping up plants. I called police. Threatened to tear up my lawn then spray roundup to kill everything while I was on the phone with 911. Entered an agreement without having the equipment needed to complete the job. Asked me to rent a lawn mower at Home Depot. They also rented a wheelbarrow as they didn't have one. Didn’t order enough grass needed to sod entire backyard, even though the invoice stated that they were to sod the entire backyard (and part of the front yard....which I did change my mind about) Demanded to be paid before job was completed. Claimed two different things: 1) they couldn’t finish because the job as it was too big and they had other clients to see (yet they agreed to the work) 2) they would return next Tuesday to finish removing the leftover stumps. With either scenario, they cannot be paid until the job is completed. Did not remove tree as agreed upon and expected to be paid for this service. My friend's husband stopped by and informed them that they needed to clean everything up or it would be a walking hazard. I risk breaking my legs because I cannot see the stumps as they hid them by laying grass over them. I carefully tried walking on the grass that has already been laid and my feet twist downward. It is unsafe and unusable. No one can physically go in my backyard without risking injury. I asked them if they had completely removed all stumps (hazards) in a text message and the owner responded with a YEA...which is not true. I cannot believe that they have been doing this for 5 years.
