Kelp's Lawn Service in Cocoa

I talked with Kelp to get a quote for general cleanup along with mowing. Instead of meeting at our agreed time, he came earlier and walked around without me. He later texted me the quote. I tried reaching out to ask questions, however I was ignored. Not pursuing because of the poor communication.

I think these txt messages say it all ( see txt messages from the owner sent to us today attached). When Kelvin was cutting lawn by himself it was fine but with new help it really went down the hill. He used to come every Tuesday now he skips weeks, as a result grass is so tall. I will definitely be letting all people I referred him to know that he after not showing up this week and last week, he just texted me saying find another company. That’s extreme! Can’t argue with a screen shots, sir.

Kelp's is very dependable, honest and meticulous; no job is too big or small. Kelvin will offer his opinion, recommendation and/or do what it takes to keep your yard in tip top shape. He has been providing excellent service to us for almost a year and I highly recommend his service; you will not be disappointed!

Kelp's is the best! They are always courteous and respectful of everything on my lawn. They always respond very quickly if I contact them, and they always keep me posted if any changes. My lawn gets mowed the same time every week, and in case of inclement weather they are always sure to come back and complete the job ASAP even if they have to come back on the weekend.

My favorite day of the week is the day Kelp’s comes to mow and maintain my lawn .. I love how well groomed he keeps my yard looking .
