Very unprofessional organization. Parked their work vehicle in a handicap space that I use to get into my home. The driver did not care to move it elsewhere and was too busy playing on his phone sitting against the front hood of the vehicle. Absolutely ridiculous…he didn’t speak a word of English so I’m not surprised at all…
Flat out terrible. Every aspect of dealing with these people. They don’t adhere to HOA contract. Tickets are not attended to. As of our last HOA meeting, we were told by our HOA manager that they seldom return calls, emails and ticket comments.
They are too busy to service existing customers, never mind being a new one. I asked for a tree quote on 7/15 and called back a week later and was told I would get it in two weeks. I called again today, one month later, and was told it was two weeks or more out and could not give me a date. I asked for a manager to call and out conversation went south and the result was they are too busy to give any quotes in a timely manner. Call anyone this these guys! What a joke.
They cut into my lanai screen, don’t use guards on the trimmers to prevent it, came out to assess the damage and no communication after that.
They left a mess after mowing and left patches of dirt in the flower bed from mowing/driving over the mulch
At approximately 10:54am on 10/14/19, Paradise Lawns truck #72 attempted to run me off the road and/or collide with their vehicle while my 2 year old daughter was in the car. I was heading South on Murrell Rd. in Rockledge heading towards Viera Blvd traveling at the posted 40mph speed limit. Paradise Lawns truck #72 got right up to my bumper and started honking their horn. As we came around the bend, I noticed the light at Viera Blvd was red and there were no less then 6 vehicles alread at a stop in front of the light. I started to slow down, Paradise Lawns truck #72 swerved around me, encroached into my lane without using their blinkers and slammed on their brakes, coming to a complete stop with nearly 3 car lengths of empty space between them and the next vehicle. All because I wasn't driving fast enough for them. I was forced into the middle lane to avoid colliding with Paradise Lawns truck #72. In the included photo taken off my Dash Cam, the truck is half in my lane, half in the right lane and coming to a complete stop while several cars are already stopped at the light, leaving me with no option but to maneuver into the turning lane. This is the caliber of employee Paradise Lawns has representing them. In their truck with logo, phone number, website and fleet number all emblazoned for everyone to see. I have the entire incident on 1080p video and will be posting it to all forms of social media. Sorry the safety of my child is more important to me than how much of a hurry your driver is in. I attempted to contact Paradise Lawns, but no one answered their phone, the address listed on their website is a residential home, and there is no email listed.
Unfortunately, my HOA has been using this company for lawn care and they are absolutely horrible. On multiple occasions the lawn mower operators have driven over my outdoor rugs, which were on a concrete walkway, sending them into a million pieces all over the back yard for my pregnant wife to pick up. Recently, the crews have gotten even more lazy and distasteful. Last week, they mowed just one strip through my backyard and never came back to finish. This week, there is a 3’ wide section of grass that they decided not to cut........ The HOA and I are already in the process of finding a better lawn service. My advice is to not use this lawn company!!!!
Try not blowing debris into someone s vehicle while they are sitting in it in their lunch break, stuff got all over my food

Damaged my patio kick plates but refuse to fix it when you can clearly see it could only have been done by them.

Heres the problem. You need management. If you had that you might get better support from customers. Kill grass , disrespect property. They are like a tornado. I hope they get better. They need to.

Greatest work I ever seen done
If I could give this company zero stars I would! I told them specifically to mow my lawn and that s it. They took a Weedwhacker to my flower garden and completely destroyed it! Like it cannot be fixed! The pulled my precious flowers out of the ground from the root and cut my tall grass plants that are supposed to be 1 1/2 ft tall to no more than four inches off the ground. I was completely devastated when I saw what they had done. I tried calling the management and have not even recieved a call back. If you hire this company you must micro manage the entire process or else they will mess up your lawn. And don t bother trying to tell them exactly what you want bc they don t even speak English.
Maybe the owner should teach his employees how to drive. I was helping at an accident and 2 of the trucks did not move over to the other lane. Was a very close call that could have ended tragic!There was plenty of opportunity to do so. All emergency lights were on and they still couldnt figure out the law. Come on people, educate!!!!

Damaged pavers on my property. Provided video proof. They agreed that they damaged them and would fix the issue. 3 months later and nothing done. Accidents happen, but how you handle the issue after speaks volumes.......
I m the Community Manager for a property in Cocoa, Fl. We have had a contract with Paradise since our opening and I am so thrilled to have them! They have meticulously maintained our property from Day One! In my position, I have worked at several properties and other landscaping companies just do not compare. I live in Magnolia Springs in Brevard County. It s 6:45am and I have a Paradise Lawn employee shouting obscenities into his phone while another employee is banging on the truck with a hammer. That means you, Paradise Lawn, for not only waking me up but for letting me know who NOT to call for my landscaping needs.
Took over our neighborhood this past year, raising our fees 25% and then wanted to raise this year another 42%. Our HOA decided to move on and let them go. Now I cant even get them to do what the contract says. Its slowly got worse over the year. Many of their laborers dont even like working for them. Its just been horrible for myself.

I guess they dont like money. You can call them and they wont ever pick up and return your call after leaving 2 voicemails.
They highly overtrim trees and bushes to the point wheres there is almost nothing left for the plants to live or look halfway healthy. It also looks really unattractive. They even will come by and make noise edging what was literally just edged within the past week, but they sure do cut that air good.

Paradise Lawns was responsible for lawn maintenance as part of a contract with an HOA in Suntree. My grass never looked good in 2 years. It never bothered them until I would bring it to their attention (several times). Then they would be clueless every time I asked. Could be fertilizer, water, we dont know. As professionals, they are paid to know and fix the problem. Then, they apparently got fired by the HOA and lost the contract and refused to even try to address the problem, even still being under contract. No wonder they lost the contract. Bad loser mentality. I would NOT recommend them.
