This was my first year using Natural Lawn, its been a dry hot summer but my lawn looking a lot better than it did before I started with Natural Lawn. Thank you Richard!

I have been a customer of Naturalawn / Coatesville for at least 10 years. Originally my lawn was in terrible shape. However, with fertilizing and over seeding the lawn looks magnificent now. Rich Lewis and company did our 2nd treatment of 2024 on 3/29. One person did the machine spreader and the other did hand spreading in our island. They even brought our empty trash cans down from the road!! Great Customer Service, great company!

Today we had service tech, Rich Lewis, service our lawn. What an awesome job he did! He applied weed control and fertilizer to the lawn but also went the extra mile and reseeded some bare spot in the front lawn. He noted any trouble spots (wild violets) and then proceeded to blow the dropped maple seeds off our front porch and driveway. This was above and beyond what we expected and we really appreciated it. He was extremely courteous, friendly and professional. Based on his performance today, we hope he will come to do our lawn treatments in the future. He is an asset to your company.

NaturaLawn of America did our lawn aeration and overseeding today. Richard Lewis did an amazing job. There was not one inch of our 1/2 acre that was not taken care of. We have lots of trees and bushes, they were all treated by hand. Well Done!!!

Yesterday, service tech, Richard Lewis, aerated and seeded our property. I am a new customer and Im hoping this seed works well. Richard spent alot of time on the lawn to ensure that the grass seed was abundantly applied. Afterward, he cleared the sidewalk and paved areas with a blower which I greatly appreciated. I spoke with him about an area which was recently disrupted due to a sidewalk install and he assured me he would add plenty of seed there. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and professional. You are fortunate to have him on your team!!!

This is my second year with NaturaLawn. The service team members are polite, knowledgeable, and listen when I describe any areas I think need extra attention. They then tailor the service to deal with problem areas. Very thorough.

We are in our 3rd year using Natural Lawn and the lawn has never looked better. A few weeds appear at the start of the growing season but after a couple of visits, the weeds are dying or gone. We have problems with wild violets, strawberry and other invasive weeds which are hard to eradicate, but NL keeps after them. The company is very responsive to requests to address a problem area. Highly recommend them for their customer service and the results their service provides.

I have been using Natural Lawn for several years! They do a great job, my lawn looks great and I don t need to worry about my dogs and granddaughter being exposed to hazardous chemicals.

Service is top notch. Rich Lewis was the technician this morning. Asked me if I had any questions about anything. Also went the extra mile and got the blower out and cleaned off any areas (deck, driveway, front porch) where fertilizer and weed control had sprayed onto. True professional and great company to work with.

I arranged for Mosquito Service with Lawn of America. Upon arrival the service tech Jay introduced himself and his trainee to show us what they were going to do and answered all of my questions. I was very happy with this personal effort and look forward to more great customer experiences .

Began my lawn treatment a little late but the results are outstanding. Shayne is very responsible, knowledgeable, personable and I am so very pleased to be a customer.

Prior to deciding on having any lawn service I had a very detailed conversation about 3 Special Events that we were hosting for 2022. No concerns we re ever discussed. The Spring of 2022 the yard was serviced by NLA. The yards looked great from April through the first of June. From July through September the service killed various locations in the yard on now the biggest event on September 24th the yard is still in very poor condition. I sent photos and asked for a conversation with the Regional Manager .. no response.

Last year, wild violets and ivy rampaged my yard. The explanation is that this needs multiple seasons to take care of. Thats unacceptable. Im terms of seeding, Id equate the service to cooking. They put down the equivalent of a 1/2 teaspoon of salt, when they should have put down a tablespoon. Also, the bald patches will remain that way, as it was done too late in the season, as nothing was used to keep the seeds in place. Make sure not to renew this service. You or another company can do a better job.

Austin is probably the most professional I ve had the pleasure to meet. He is extremely courteous and neat with applications and respects the property on every visit..People are quick to complain about everything but, I would like to say it s even easier to complement someone like Austin for a job we ll done. The moment you hire a company you hope they provide an exceptional service. Now a days that is difficult to attain- UNLESS you have encountered this Company and their Staff!!!!! Natural Lawn of America, in Coatesville has been under contract at my home for several years. The staff, (all of them) have been phenomenal but a special shout out to Jahsun. This polite, well articulated and courteous young man, knocked on our door to discuss the other professionals that were pruning my trees. He did not want to interfere, distract or disturb them. He and I walked down to discuss if his scheduled service would interfere with the other pros working here. The professional courtesy he showed the other company was outstanding! The entire experience, over the years with Natural Lawn has always been wonderful, but the other day was exceptional. Thank you!

We never used a lawn care service before other than for mowing, and I wanted to be sure to use one that is mindful of the environment. NaturaLawn has fit that bill and their team is so professional and responsive. I didnt check off good value because I dont have a comparison.

I use the natural flea and tick lawn treatment - it works great! Cornell is our tech and he is awesome so nice and knowledgable! Great company!

Richard was out today to perform my annual aeration and overseeding. He was very friendly, helpful, and did an overall excellent job!

Absolutely the worst attention to detail ever!!! If I could rate them a negative star I would! We have been using them for more than 3 years and our yard is beyond belief worse than when we started their service. After each seeding, clover, wild violet and other numerous weeds popped up all over the yard and especially in the bare areas that they reseeded. Our lawn was clearly suffering from disease and pests and they never attended to the issues that were arising, so now we have a yard that looks like a patchwork quilt and they have done very little to fix the problems created by their negligence. Also, the company is very poor at returning phone calls and does not show up when promised for a site visit; no notification that they will not be able to be onsite (even regional managers). After more than 6 months of going back and forth on what they did to our yard, we will NOT be using them again and must now fix the horrific problems that they have handed to us. IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO USE THIS COMPANY...DONT!

Spent approximately $450.00 over the coarse of the year on a very small yard, still have a lot of weeds! Also did the aeration and over seeding for $172.00 that was supposed to be a deal! Could barely find any seed and the plugs were about 1/2 inch,also have many bare spots

Jah-Sun W. went beyond the call of duty. He saw my yard covered with leaves. He had a fertilizer to spread. So, he and I took two rakes and racked our entire yard! No easy job, and not on the invoice! Sold me on the service. Thanks, Jah-Sun, youre an outstanding professional!

I contacted NaturaLawn to discuss a specific weed problem I was having. They told me they would apply a specific product during the next service. My technician, Christian, arrived and explained to me exactly what he was applying and that I could expect the weed to wilt in 7-10 days. Thats precisely what happened. I just started using NaturaLawn so I dont have a lot more to offer - other than - what a great start!

We just started using Natural Lawns of America within the past couple months. Today Shawn, the area manager, was along for the ride around our route. He was very helpful and full of information. We have seen very few weeds growing in our yard even where we have bare spots. We hope that over the next few years we can work together to have a full, healthy lawn. I ll update my review as we progress.

Our lawn was in really bad shape. There were a lot of weeds and bare spots. After two applications it is looking much better. Our technician Ron B. has done a great job. He takes the time to answer any questions I have. He takes notes so that he is prepared for the next application. So far I have been very happy with the service. I am looking forward to the aeration and seeding in the fall. I think this will really help our lawn.

I began using NaturaLawn of America back in the early spring (20), shortly after buying a new home. The house was a flip and the yard had been ignored and was my biggest challenge. Needless to say; I needed the help of an expert. Before any work was done or money exchanged, I had walked my property, pointed out my concerns, and generally had a good Q&A with NLA. Since then (and this is rare these days), I have been absolutely blown away by the level of service and the quality of the folks who deliver it. My last visit was an aeration and overseeding service performed by a very professional young man named Nate. I again walked the property with Nate prior to the service and consulted with him at the end of the visit regarding care and watering and how to get the most out of the service. While completing the application Nate literally treated my property as if it were his own (taking care when working around gardens and plantings, cleaning up after himself, etc). In a day where most of these types of services tend to show up, give you a minimal effort because they need to move on to the next appointment, this level of service is very rare indeed. Pet-friendly, environmentally-conscious, OVER-serviced and always a great outcome with NLA. Whats not to like about any of that?!?

NaturaLawn of America is hands down the best lawn care company I have ever used, its been 6 years now and the service just keeps getting better, all technicians have been friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and respectful! Recently the aeration and over-seeding technician Cornell spent nearly three hours on my lawn, at times walking around and spot placing seed by hand! He definitely went above and beyond, working hard and with care! And a shout-out to Tiffany in the office who so patiently and kindly answered all of my questions! Great company!!!

After 2 1/2 years had to end it with NLA. Their focus is the soil and unfortunately they dont contain weeds. My lawn regressed. Looking for a long term provider that will deliver incremental improvement from year to year. Very nice people at NLA but unfortunately poor results.
