During a roof inspection, I mentioned the issue of mice constantly entering our garage. Chez inspected the entire area, found several small openings at the garage door corners, carefully patched them, and explained everything to me in detail. I highly recommend EcoGuard, especially if you have the chance to work with Chez. Technicians as attentive and professional as him are rare to come by. EcoGuard has helped me out with getting ride of black widow spiders and other nasty bugs. Everytime they come to spray, we talk about the needs of the house. We have had open conversations about the neighbors having the black widow nest under their car. I spoke to them, and they signed up that day! Corey came yesterday. I was surprised that he finished in less than 5 minutes. I dont believe he sprayed. I think he only used the brush on a long pole. I thought he was supposed to spray as well. Also, I did not ask Corey to spray our garage, but I would like it sprayed as well.

10/10 would NOT recommend first they give you one quote over the phone $100, then when the technician comes (30 mins late after a 4 HOUR window) with a flu I might add. It s now all of a sudden $140. Kind of a big discrepancy. Then the sales rep forgets to mention this a subscription based service. So in the end I would need to pay up to $600 for a years service, for something that should be done in ONE visit! Don t let these reviews fool you HORRIBLE service. They should be more honest on what is being sold to you. *Edit* the owner is trying to brush this off as a misunderstanding or I got the wrong company Nope not even close this just goes to show how they handle being criticized for POOR SERVICE. Ha what a joke you should really take some time to reflect on how you as an OWNER, can better communicate with POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS . Not just deflect and call your POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS stupid.

They were professional, clear and concise, and super friendly. From beginning to end. The roach problem I had at our old residence was being treated monthly by goodcents pest control in Fresno California. They came multiple times a month and left puddles the smell of something extremely flammable, and NEVER got resolved after a year. I couldn t sleep at night when we moved into a brand new home knowing our washing machine brought friends with us. We had our previous pest control come and spray and they still didn t leave and the problem was minimal. Ecoguard came ONE time and the problem is GONE within 3 days!! The smell was almost undetectable and we were allowed back in the house within an hour and a half. We would have been able to go in sooner had they not cared about our three year old touching the treated areas. Great experience. Down payment was a couple hundred dollars cheaper than any one else they came out within 24 hours and had the problem solved. I highly recommend them. I can finally sleep at night knowing we are finally protected. THANK YOU GUYS FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART

This company was hands down a pleasure to do business with. From Kevin the customer service rep over the phone to the manager Mike to the technician Carlos. From beginning to end they all were super friendly and knowledgeable. Way better then Terminix company 100% better. They didnt rush me at all, listened to my concerns and really actually wanted to help address and take care of my issues and went above and beyond to do just that. These guys have been awesome. Ive been subscribed to their seasonal package for over 2 years now and honestly, my house having been built on old farm land, I have rarely seen any pest indoors. My parents live with me and, due to language barriers, the technicians are sometimes rudely (but not intentionally) shooed away but they always reach out to reschedule. Always very friendly and professional. I do highly recommend their services.

I have nothing but great things to say about EcoGuard Pest Management. Theyre always very professional and I love that I get text reminders the day before that theyre coming. We havent had pest issues since we started service a few months back, even to include spiders, which I didnt think was possible. I am very impressed! Today, I was just letting the technician know to be careful with our side/garden gate because the latch broke and I didnt want him to trip on my temporary fix (a rock) and he went above and beyond and fixed it for me! Obviously way outside the scope of pest management. I highly recommend them. Theyre fantastic!

Mr. Eugene King, management consultant, was remarkable, straight forward and honest. We decided to get a preliminary evaluation from EcoGuard Pest Management because we were dealing with a singular rat that was proving to be more elusive in removing from our premises. Mr. King was very helpful in pointing out additional access points in our garage that needed to be closed off and thoroughly checked the exterior and interior of our home for signs of rat activity. Additionally, he detected a minor termite infestation on our outdoor deck that we will personally deal with. I highly recommend Mr. King and EcoGuard Pest Management.

Best pest control people around, IMHO. Have a problem call them out. I have used them for years. Help get rid of rat infestation when construction was going on. ;)

They are very professional and responsive so I gave them 5 stars, however, we are months into eliminating gophers and have not been successful. It s not for a lack of trying but still tearing up ground and plants.

I had a problem w an ant colony taking over my house, after I called Ecoguard they scheduled an appointment within 2 days. Even though it took only 80% of the ant problem away. I gave these guys a 5 STAR cus when I still had a problem and called in. They were here the very next day.

I had two wasps nest under roof tiles. It took two visits to get rid of them completely, but with their guarantee, they would have come as many times as necessary to complete the job. I really like that they use natural products rather than poisons.

We had a pretty rough problem with German cockroaches and the guys at EcoGuard did a wonderful job each time they visited. The roaches were persistent but EcoGuard was more persistent, lol! FYI, my dobie/mal mix loved all of them that came out.
