the technician came but since he ran out of chemicals, he advised me to just buy at the store and apply it myself. i pointed out to him that i m not paying $78/bi-monthly for me to shoulder my own supplies and do it myself because, WHAT IS THE POINT I HIRED THEM? so he immediately tried to calm me down by stating that he ll come back the next day, but it s already been 3 days and he hasn t come back yet. we have been a customer of them for 7 yrs now and they did a price increase just recently. now i don t know if they re still worth it. maybe it a time to look for a new pest control service.

We have been using Dustin for a while now. I requested for service at a specific time so I could be home. They came early so I wasn t here and my ring camera picked them up. I m not sure how you can complete services in a backyard in 3 minutes- they were here a total of 7 minutes. I know it wasn t done correctly and the women I spoke to on the phone was rude and dismissive. We canceled and had to pay for services that were clearly not done.

It was horrifying when I found creepy crawlers on my sandals that I hadnt used for six months in my bedroom closet. Totally panicked, soooo gross. Dustin pest service was recommended. Alfred came today for inspection. I cant even praise this man enough. He is so knowledgeable about his work. He explained everything to me. He was kind and patient with ALL questions I had. There is a cement cover with a hole that covers the water shut off for the city out by the street in the lawn strip. I suspected roaches in it. He sprayed inside and lots of dead roaches came out. Then he sprayed outside my home to kill any trying to get inside. He also explained what other services he can do. The price seemed reasonable so I signed up for bi monthly service. He is ver nice. I Recommend him highly!

Started using Dustin pest control after moving into the country and coming home to my kitchen FULL of ants even though I keep a clean kitchen. Since using them we have little to mostly no problems. When we find a wasp nest or something that needs tending to they are super quick to get out here and have it taken care of.

This company so far is great. They text you a day before they come and also a text is sent to you when your exterminator is on the way to your house with a photo of them as well so you know who to expect. My exterminator Eddie was very thorough and answered all my questions and concerns before hand , payment was easy and Im happy with the year contract deal. Its $70 every 2 months.
