we purchased artificial turf from SynLawn, December 2021. We could not be happier with our experience. It is 2 1/2 years later and the lawn looks beautiful. Our dogs love it and we throw our retrievers balls across the lawn. It stays cool, its easy to clean up dog poop and it looks beautiful outside our window every day. Carmel, CA 93923 Ive had excellent results from the materials and professional installation services provided by Home Depot Contractors: This particular experience, the installation of an artificial turf lawn, was EXCELLENT, from Start to Finish. I am an Information Security professional and have worked in all aspects of IT Projects, from home installations to massive data centers. The key to success is establishing Scope and satisfying the Stakeholders. All projects involve design, planning, purchasing, and installation/finishing. However, for any Home beautification project, the only Stakeholder that matters IS the CFO, aka Chief Female (and Financial) Officer or La Jefa de Casa (LJC) in Spanish. FYI: When one sleeps with the CFO/LJC, recriminations for bad decisions can happen at odd hours and with occasionally unpleasant frequency ;-) The representative who visited us, Mr. Mario Perez, was a consummate professional, not just in Sales, but in his knowledge of the product and the entire process. He explained the financing terms, expected installation timeline, and warranty thoroughly. The materials the CFO decided to purchase for the lawn were top-of-the line, for appearance, durability, and use. Mario was also entirely understanding of Scope Creep that occurred, little changes and/or expansions of project design, as requested by the CFO. Therefore, I wholeheartedly recommend this product and Mr. Perez services for artificial lawn installation. To be fair one should always ask Local Contractors to bid as well, so we asked for two other bids for the same project. One was 30% more, one 50% more, for the same design. If Mr. Perez quote hadnt been within what we considered reasonable and with favorable terms, we wouldnt have done this project at all. He AND his Entire Crew, with their attention to detail, courtesy, politeness, and willingness to ask questions and then LISTEN, even make suggestions, before doing something irreparable, was welcome: The Crew recommended an aesthetic change, making the shape of the putting green curvilinear, before Making the cuts to the lawn materials. (The CFO was quite pleased.) These men expanded the standards of Professionalism to a new and higher level. Thank you again, Satisfied Homeowner P.S. I was a building contractor in my 20s-30s, so I know whereof I speak!

We really appreciated the clarity they brought to the decisions about which product to use, as well as key issues like edging, drainage, and getting the best visual from our porch. They came when promised and completed quickly and efficiently. I had follow up questions and they were incredibly responsive.

I had crew # 1. Alfonso and his Crew came out early and waited until the appropriate time I was scheduled and started to work immediately. Alfonso was very pleasant and went over my proposal very well; as he understood exactly what I wanted and what was needed done according to my install. They were out for about half the day and did such a phenomenal job. I waited a bit to do this review as I wanted to see how my grass was going to be. Its been about a month now and my grass is still perfect!! I love walking bare foot on it and its very cushy with the lawn I chose. I love the appearance it gives to my backyard and my sales rep Matt was right! It does not disappoint. Matt was great on helping me choose the right grass, due to do concerns on the material and the outcome on how it would make my backyard look. Im soo very happy with going with SynLawn because I know down the road I will not have to replace my grass ever and it will give the appearance its promised to be! Thank you to everyone at synlawn! From the office staff to Chad to the great guys on Crew #5, you all were a pleasure to work with. I hope to enjoy my beautiful putting green for years to come.

With the 1st team and install, we had some communication breakdowns that led to a mistake and line in our front lawn. However, with our 2nd install in the back, they sent Danny G who not only touched up the 2nd install but perfected the initial install and line in the front yard. Overall, their entire team was easy to work with, friendly and professional. The SYNlawn grass is a top quality product; kids absolutely love it too. Immediately after install, they were laying and napping on it, morning and day. Socccer, picnics, camping, slip n slides and more on nice clean soft grass. Amazing stuff. Virtually no maintenence and such a relief to finally get rid of the real grass that I was struggling to maintain, especially in our hot summers and any wet winters.

All the estimates came in @ just over 20K. These crooks came in @ 38K. They pulled up to a very nice house so the price double. Said it would take 3 days then 7. We can do the drip too. Then its too much drip to do, but we can farm that part out and charge you over 40K. The owner involved himself suddenly when it was a house off Vaness Extension. Crooks!

We had an excellent experience with SYNlawn Central California! From the first call to waving goodbye to the install crew. The office staff answer the phone every time, they were knowledgeable of the different turfs, helpful with planning and stayed on top of scheduling. Bob, who came out to quote our job, was on time, had samples, could answer our questions, provided an estimate before he left our property and was available for follow up calls. The crew was above and beyond. They did everything the way we were told, were expert at their task, completed the job in the timeframe established and were very comfortable to have on our property. For every question we asked, they had an answer, and they completed the job as promised. We have worked with many contractors over the years, and SYNlawn Central California is one of the top. Period. The entire team blew us away, and we have recommended them to several folks already! We didnt write much here about the product because research shows it is the best synthetic turf (for multiple reasons) available. Their pricing was comparable (or better) to other estimates we received. And, most importantly, our dogs love it! Update: Added a photo of the crew. Our crew was four people but another crew was in the area and stopped by to help finish our job.

We just install turf in our back yard. I got 3-4 prices. SYNLawn offers the best quality turf IMO, the lowest price, and the best overall solution given that we needed a watering solution for our three trees. Some companies offered partial solutions at a higher cost. I love the look and design. Kudos to Crew 6!

Synlawn installed turf in my back yard about 3 years ago. Still looks great

Crew 6 punctiliously on time. Immediately began the install. Each of the crew independently knew his task and performed it flawlessly. They were all courteous and asked appropriate questions. Most of all, their clean-up was impeccable.

Synlawn is the best from start to finish and everything in between. Blaine came over for a no cost to us estimate and explained the process and showed samples. Even though WE took forever to get back to him he was professional in every way. Carla helped in the office when she bumped up our appointment due to an opening and now we have our beautiful lawn in a month early! Crew #5 came and did a great job installing it and left no trace of the fact they were even here(they cleaned up after themselves wonderfully!)..Except our backyard went from meh to W W!! VERY happy and will definitely recommend!

She explained the various qualities that were offered by Synlawn, both in pricing and their benefits. She also mentioned that on Saturday, Synlawn was having a sale on remnants. This was perfect because, one of the products that I was looking at would be on sale at considerable savings. Who doesnt like saving $$$$$. Purchased the SL287 for my small front yard, mostly to appease the HOA due to the drought. Theres a small section that is now smashed/melted together. I called their office days ago and have yet to hear back from them AT ALL! For the cost of this, I would expect some amount of customer service, but I guess they dont really care since they already have my money.

I was very impressed with the employees @ SYNLawn. The Rep that I first talked to, was very thorough and knowledgeable in explaining the product to me, as it pertained to my yard. The installers were so well organized, they amazed me with the amount of work they did in a reasonable amount of time. My neighbor told me I have the most beautiful yard in the block.

We own a high capacity pet boarding facility in Visalia. We tried growing our grass and rolled out sod but nothing stayed very long. We inquired about SynLawn a year ago, saved money and had it installed this year. What a difference it has made. Our clients really like it and the pets stay allot cleaner. It is very easy to clean. Were thrilled to have finally found a product to complete our renovation. We have a childcare business and are happy that SynLawn provides a lead free product we can feel comfortable putting the little ones on to play. We purchased the SYNLawn Fescue 354 with heat block because of our intense sun exposure here on the central coast of California. So far so good! We also have a puppy who likes to dig and since the turf does have organic life to stimulate him he has found no motivation to dig at it. We are really happy with this investment in our business as it also increases our curb appeal at the same time!

Im lovin my new SYNLawn! Mr. Miranda was very helpful in pre-installation with the design layout and measurements; the installers were very thorough and did an excellent job. Staff in the office are available for any questions and are very helpful. The whole process was very smooth and I love this new lawn. It does get warm but as soon as the shade hits it it cools right down, there is always a patch of shade somewhere on the lawn. Ive had many compliments throughout the neighborhood. Very happy.

just had my synlawn installed july 24, 2015. it is the latest product synlawn has to offer. it looks and feels amazing. i am 100% satisfied with how it turned out. my neighbor had been procrastinating on installing his lawn for several months. as soon as he saw how mine turned out, he immediately contacted Blaine and entered into a contract. we are going to have the best looking lawns in our neighborhood. and we also dont need our gardner to mow, edge and fertilize our lawns any longer. also, i anticipate lower water bills.

We love our lawn. It has added so much beauty to our house and not to forget how much water it will save us. It is soft to the touch and the price wasnt bad at all. We live in Mariposa which is very dry and brown (without rain). In an effort to save water we have had a Synlawn artificial lawn installed. It is green and beautiful! The team of men that came to install it were very professional and worked well together. They were in and out of here in five hours flat. Syn Lawn is a great company. We used them for our back yard about 3 years ago and the lawn still looks like new! It looks so good in our yard that when our daughter was ready to put in her lawn, she used Syn Lawn based on our recommendation. The best compliments we have received for our Synlawn was how natural it looks, especially compared to our previous lawn (the colors are very similar). It also feels pretty good to the touch. We went with the BL 550 model and are very happy with it. My neighbor came back from vacation was fooled into thinking we had mowed our lawn very precisely! He had to get a close inspection and touch it to believe it was artificial grass. Also, the pricing was excellent, much better than we had anticipated; it is our first experience with artificial lawn systems, and we were expecting a much higher cost.

I am 100% pleased with the look of my new lawn as well as the service from SYNLawn. I had an area where grass would not grow successfully as it was in a shaded area. I did not want to remove trees as the whole ambiance would be compromised. Synthetic lawn was the answer and it worked out perfectly. It looks amazing and the price was affordable. The area was not really large but it was no problem for SYNLAwn. The sales person was very helpful and the installers were very friendly and did not leave until I was satisfied with the final product and had been educated in its upkeep. We live in an area of water shortages - cannot afford to water lawn anymore. We had SYNLawn installed in our front yard about two years ago, and loved it. Two years later it looks just as good as it did the day they put it in. So, this year we had the backyard done, as well. Once again, the folks at SYNLawn of Central California did an excellent job - from the initial sale to the finished product. They even installed and cut around several irregularly shaped stones - with great results. The work crew was great to have around, finished a little ahead of schedule, and cleaned up very well. At first I was a bit leary of having a fake lawn, but with the drought and a small backyard, it was the only thing that made sense. SYNLawn was professional and polite, and the backyard looks fantastic. The dogs love it, and it makes our yard feel complete. We are absolutely satisfied with the quality and look of the lawn!

We came to SYNLawn after fighting with a 20x10 strip of fescue sod in our tiny backyard. As part of a large housing development, the lots are incredibly small, the ground is compact clay, and the grade to provide runoff away from the house meant any watering of the lawn either sloughed off to the drainage, or required it to be soaked to the point that it couldnt be enjoyed. We checked out the showroom and we excited to see that a number of types were on display at the site. We could walk on it, sit on it, and let our daughter toddle on it. A week later one of the co-owners visited to give us a quote and made some suggestions to get the most out of the experience. We opted to have them do the install. We felt the labor cost was high, but all of the artificial turf installers were around the same. And, in the end, the job was done professionally and quickly. We find that the turf is too hot to spend time on when in the direct Fresno heat for any time, but a quick spray down with a hose helps (we let our daughter play in the sprinkler on it all the time). We also had to wait almost 6 weeks out from our quote to an install date, when we were originally told 2 weeks. Again though, being happy with the finished product it was worth waiting for. If the cost of labor and install were dropped a bit we would be more inclined to do the front yard (incidentally, there was no haggle or upsell to add turf to the front, walls, or roof - appreciated that). All in all, a great install experience, happy with the product itself, hesitant about additional work until the cost of labor comes down a bit.

Blaine has the experience and knowledge to make suggestions and help you design your yard so you will be totally pleased with the final appearance. He and his crew also are totally focused on making the customer happy and making sure the design, layout and final look of the lawn meets your complete satisfaction. We calculated that the Synlawn would pay for itself in 5 years by not having lawn care (our lawn man was not expensive and we had an average yard). In addition, the water bill, fertilizer, Round-up, and fixing lawn sprinklers was not even included in the calculations. Especially now with the water shortage this will help our State and local area. About 2 years ago we had Blaine install Synlawn in our backyard. It has been such a blessing and takes the worry off all the lawn care that comes with having a grass lawn. We love our back yard and we finally love our front yard. This is my second house with Synlawn. At our old house we did three different areas, which continues to look great 8 years later. This significantly reduced our water use, but much more importantly, I did not need to care for a lawn for 8 years. Isnt that awesome? We moved just before the summer and I miss my Synlawn. For 3 months I struggled to make my lawn look good, reseeding and fertilizing, but with the water restrictions and my own sense of water conservation, I could never catch up. The company is still owned by the same family, and staff is incredibly professional. The consultation was invaluable, as having an expert to pick the appropriate product for our application made all the difference. The installers are very good at what they do. The preparation and application of base material was high quality, and the product is the best there is. Synlawn is a high quality artificial lawn. My kids play on it, sit on it, and the dog runs on it. Its not muddy, its not itchy. Its durable, and very low maintenance. We had Bob from Syn-lawn come out to give us an estimate on our front yard, and we also checked with several other companies. Syn-lawn bet them all as far as pricing. Weve also looked at other jobs they have done in the last 8 years to see how they held up and they all looked like they were just installed yesterday. We just had our lawn finished on the 18th. and it only took them one day. The crew was out here at 7am and were finished by 3pm and did an amazing job. We purchased the SL-258 Turf for our backyard. Friendly staff setup an appointment for Bob to come out and give us an estimate. We went with this model for our 20 lb pet. We were presently surprised when we received a call and asked if we wanted to move up our install date. Installers came out and was amazed of the transformation before my eyes. SYNLawn installed strips of lawn in between my 1930s 4 x 4 patio slabs. It was common to pour concrete into these sections and leave the redwood forms in place. Well after 80 years the redwood finally turned to dust and we needed to figure out what to do. I found SYNLawn online and looked at examples of projects that resembled ours. It was the perfect solution! The grass looks fresh and vibrant against the concrete and we love it!

We bought Our First house in Harlan Ranch.we know that they dont have grass in backyard.
