Randy Williams Property in Clovis

After several years of weekly lawn mowing, a couple sprinklers showed up broken on a day when the mowers had worked. Can’t say if the Randy Williams crew was or was not responsible, but the manager came out and fixed it the next business day. Best response possible.

Randy Williams Property took care of my home garden for over 20 years, first in Clovis and then in Fresno. They may have missed once or twice, but I can't remember an instance. My yard was always kept neat and healthy. The price was reasonable. When I was out of town and had trouble with my irrigation system, Bobby responded and took care of it quickly. I wish other businesses I have dealt with in Fresno worked as well and as honestly as Randy Williams. (I just moved out of California and it occurred to me to see if I could write a review.)

My experience: I’m living at a town house in Fresno California and on Augusta street. These men are great fantastic ,nice , respectful and very neat and clean. I have a rug and a fake tree and a out side decoration. And always they move them so they would not mess up or break very considerate. So thank you to those 3 men.

I appreciate Randy Williams Property Maintenance very much! They have been taking care of my property for many years & I’ve never had any problems with anything except satisfaction! Very consistent & efficient!

Rude and dangerous driver. Just watched him try to run other drivers off the road while pulling a trailer, then watched him pull up and spit on one of the other drivers he tried to run off the road.

Apparently his tactic to increase the number of his potential clients is to ridicule those he sees performing their own yardwork. What a loser!

This company is RUDE they come to mow the lawn before 7 AM! Women & Children live here Tollhouse Resident!

My experience with this company was negative from the get-go and it deteriorated over time. He was invariably unreachable by phone. He failed to prune shrubs no matter how many times I asked. He and his crew trampled small plants and although he promised to replace them, he did not. There were days that they did not show up. On his last day working for me, he told his crew to clean off the front sidewalk near where they had raked a bed but did not do the rest of the grounds even though I had paid him for it. I do not recommend his company to anybody. He is a slick talker who will promise the moon but does as little as possible. I don't know how he lives with himself.
