Got about 2000 sq ft of turf + concrete in my backyard and I had a great experience the whole way through with Synthetic Grass Showroom! Jason and his team did an amazing job with high quality work evident throughout the project. Jason kept me up to date with good communication throughout the process, showed me all the various options that SGS has, and patiently listened and explained answers to all my questions and concerns. Jason and his team were respectful, timely, and were an all-around joy to work with. Each time I emailed or called the office, I also had wonderful experiences with Cristal and Cristina. I know this will be a great investment and I look forward to using my backyard for years to come. My husband and I are extremely grateful for Obed and the team. We had a terrible experience with a previous company who did not do a professional job (see before and after pics) and we were hesitant to hire another company. The consultation was smooth, detailed, and informative. Although at first we were told our project could not be repaired (Due to the grass not being their product) which we totally understood, but Obed made an exception and took on the repair. We are so grateful that his team was able to do the repair and leave our yard looking amazing. Took less than a week! I appreciate that they were detailed, walked us through the entire process, and valued our time. A few key things that are very important, that we did not experience with the previous company. I had these guys put a concrete curb around my circle driveway. They did a great job and took extra time to make sure that I was 100% satisfied with the outcome. When one part cracked in the wrong place while it was drying, Hugo and his team responded quickly and came back and replaced that section so it was as good as new. We got our landscaping done by Synthetic Grass Showroom. Before choosing them, I got quote from several other companies. Not only was Synthetics quote competitive, but talking to their representative Obed I felt confident that they were experts and knew what they were doing. Great deal on the grass and they finished in a good time, but they left trash EVERYWHERE cans etc even the workers old finished lunch. Spent a few hours cleaning up their mess after. They also left a massive ramp that loads their equipment in the truck and I called to have them pick it up, they said they will pick it up soon (2 months later they did). So less than a year, the grass is sinking in two spots and they scheduled a repair for Monday at 10am. I called at 11am and asked where they were and they said I was mistakenly scheduled for Wednesday, so she reschedules me for 130, and then calls me back at 1 saying they can t do 130 now. She asks if I have dogs and I told her yes because you guys installed pet turf, so I have to be home for them to do the repair. I wasted an entire day waiting for them just to be rescheduled 3 times for a week later. They have very poor communication.
Could not set up apt, reception lady was rude who scheduled the apt but nobody showed up so I called back and said not sure why apt was not set up.
Never showed for our appointment, didnt call...not happy at all!
Thank you Obed and team for our awesome Synthetic grass! Looks great and they were able to schedule and complete the project by the date we were needing the work done. Ours is a big rectangle that was 2 pieces, I know exactly where the seam was watching the guys install but when they were finished I couldnt see it at all! The crew left our yard cleaner than it was before and pressure washed our entire front of the house concrete, street and all. Thanks again!
We had an amazing experience with getting artificial grass installed!!! Everyone was professional & friendly!! The Installers were exceptional!! The Cousins worked so hard to install the turf perfectly! They were both so friendly, so kind, and experts with the process. They explained everything and they were happy to answer all my questions. Within 24 hours I had an issue with my dog pulling up the corners of the turf. I was so sad to see such a perfect job get ruined! We called the company & The Cousins returned within 45 minutes of our phone call. They were so positive & told me that they could fix it!! Everything was back to perfection within 30 minutes! Thank you so much for going above & beyond! You guys are wonderful and I appreciate you completely!! I will refer you to all my friends & family!!

This is way more than a showroom for synthetic grass. They have lots of other products and ideas to help landscape your yard. The owner, Hugo, is a true professional; he gives you options and estimates, then shows up on time and gets done what he says hell do. Im thrilled with the project he did in my back yard and plan to use his products and services again soon in my front yard. I highly recommend this locally-owned business!
