Joe and his team were excellant to work with. They were able to work seamlessly with our landscape and set up a Hydrowise system that works flawlessly. A few months into our new irrigation system, we needed some adjustments and Joe came back and got it done fast! He'll be coming back to winterize soon and in the spring we'll have him back to start the growing season.

He always comes by at the beginning of the season to go over our property to address anything we want done. Any work we decide on, Joe always makes sure it’s done the way we discussed. We were looking for quotes for some extensive work on a property we are purchasing and Joe was rude and dismissive. We've had great interactions with other landscapers so I'd steer clear. ETA: Still stand by my review even after business reply. I will say that I can't speak to the quality of their work so this is strictly a review of how our initial interaction went.

Amazing experience! Joe and the team are incredibly efficient and reliable. They had my sprinkler system installed in just a few days and now my lawn looks the best it ever has! They were super responsive and walked me through every step from how to use the control panel to how to get the best performance out of my system. They were doing storm cleanup for a neighbor early in the morning and I inquired if they could also do storm cleanup for an elderly neighbor, who was not a regular customer. Owner said they could help at the end of the day. True to his word, a three man crew shows up and efficiently cut up a half dozen tree trunk sections, move them to the curb, blow the driveway and rake the lawn. I wanted to pay but owner said they were glad to help. Well, my elderly neighbor has their card and she and a family member are thinking of contracting with Beautiful Outdoors Inc. for regular lawn service. Thank you to the workers and the owner for this valued extremely professional service.

I recently bought a new home a few months ago, and Beautiful Outdoors never ceases to amaze me with their services. Throughout this winter, there were unbearable snowstorms that made it difficult for my family and I to transport ourselves and have others access our front door. However, their near-immediate service had resolved our snow problems not only quickly, but at a VERY reasonable price. Furthermore, their landscaping is absolutely exceptional; I've never seen my lawn and backyard as green as it is throughout the year, and it keeps my entire household looking sharp and brand new everyday. I had a very satisfying experience with this landscaping company. They had cut my grass for a few years, then I had them install an irrigation system, and eventually I felt comfortable enough asking for an estimate to do give my front yard a face lift. They kept things simple and cost effective with their plans and I ended up having them also install lighting that made a HUGE difference on the appearance of my property. After a big storm a couple summers ago when I experienced flooding in my basement I had them install a few things for water management and haven't had to deal with any water damage since. They do it all!
