They started out great, super friendly and the quality was top notch. Then they grew, the quality dropped , customer service declined, several no shows, incomplete or poor quality service. No return calls when from the lead or owner when issues arose. After they fogot to mow the side yard we sent an text making them aware, We get a reply - check your e mail. We then noticed 2 sprinkler heads were destroyed. E mail says- we can no longer support your lawn, no notice just dropped the contract, however on my end they require a 30 day notice. I have a string on unanswered texts and call logs with NO replies. ZEREO reply from the owner, not via texts or calls. I would NOT recommend, they grew and forgot how to perform a good quality service with friendly mannerisms.

The Brickstreet just completed 2 courtyard projects for me - cleaned out weeds & old plants, removed stumps, installed weed mats & covered in rocks. They did the most awesome job! Their crew was fast, efficient, & friendly. I recommend them for any outside projects such as this and intend to use them again. They are great!

Did a great job taking care of my lawn while I was unable to do it myself due to shoulder surgery.

Brick Street Lawn Service cut down and hauled off 10 of our diseased crape myrtles. They did an excellent job! They didn't have a lot of room to work with and the trees were large, but they made great efforts in not damaging surrounding plants and flowers. Their cleanup was spot on and our yard was probably cleaner when they left than before they came.
