They do not deserve 1 star worst company ever.

I live in Brunswick apartments they cut our property Ive asked them several times to not trim a very expensive tree that is in front of my apartment but although none of them speak English I cannot communicate with these lawn cutters Im sorry for the one star... Hire some people that speak English... They also need to work on their cleanup they dont do a very good clean up

Trim cut built our 1200 sq ft patio 10 years ago and it still looks fantastic! Highly recommend!

We had Trim Cut do work for us multiple times over last few years including recently. They did beautiful work constructing our patio, porch upgrade, landscaping. We found the crew to be very efficient, flexible, skilled, and respectful. Furthermore, work was done as promised within given timeframe. I would highly recommend them for landscaping/hardscaping projects.

We spent over $100k for a backyard installation which included a large island with a grill. The stones have been falling off for the past 3-4 years and we have paid others to reattach. We discovered these stones were meant for interior only (youd think a landscaper would tell you which stones you shouldnt choose when you are at the landscape place with them) and part of the granite top FELL IN to the island this year. Upon review, it appears that the Einstein who built it did not have any support for the granite piece built into the structure. It was literally resting on a built in grill lip (Im not kidding). When I had owner come back to look at it, he accused me of moving the grill. That is hilarious. Its a built-in grill. He quoted me $850 to weld a beam so that the granite has structure and put a new 26 x 30 piece of granite back on (since the original piece is now broken). Yes, we are past the warranty period, but this was gross negligence that you would hope an owner would want to make right on a six figure project. Needless to say, Im not working with them in the future. I have to spend somewhere around $14k to have it fixed and replace the stone exterior. Im still in shock.

My wife and I were very pleased with the work done by Trimcut Landscape on our back patio area. They worked hard, finished in great time and seemed like they really cared about the small details. Also, his staff in the office, Francesca and Sandy specifically, have been lovely to deal with.

Rob is wonderful and sure to be very communitive. Francesca is an absolute rock star and we appreciate all of the staff here! Great company to work with!

They are the best I talked to the owner Robert he was so helpful and nice he know how to take care of customer we meet more than one time to choose the right thing to my backyard and always he give me all the time I need and worked it with me he gave me a promise for a time and he showed up on time with his crew and finished the jop in 4 days 2000 square feet patio and they cleaned my back yard after the jop left it perfect Francesca in the office the biggest sweetheart in the world she helped me with so many Advices everytime I called and even with things out there busines I changed my mind for the color until I found what I really like and she helped alot and even me changing my mind about the material color with all the Shortage in the market they still show up on time with perfect jop thank you so much trim cut landscaping.

This business was plowing a whole one inch of snow at my workplace today. This is an area where people walk and drive through frequently. The driver was plowing the parking lot like a maniac! Going super fast backwards and not paying to what was going on around him. I was concerned that he would hit a customer. One customer said she had to wait to get through because he was ignoring the cars. Very unprofessional and not safe! Safety should always come first. Talk to your employees this kind of behavior is reckless and unnecessary.

The weed wacker decided that my dogs lead, located conveniently out of the way of the mowing area, needed to be pulled out of the ground and broken. At least they decided to weed wack the area this week, unlike other times. If youre looking for a service that can meet basic landscaping needs without damaging your property, look elsewhere.

It is almost a year I have signed up an agreement for the patio, he did not showed up, too many excuses and he feels doing a favor to me not business.

These guys do beautiful work, and they work hard until the job is done right. I would highly recommend them for your landscaping needs. We have used them for many years for hard scape, landscape and weekly cuttings, and have been extremely satisfied with the quality of work and the responsiveness of the owner operator Robert.

It was a exceptional experience working with Robert. He is very involved from start right from when I started having conversation about an idea to putting it on paper and giving it color. He started the work before schedule, and his employees are very fast and efficient in getting the work done also very friendly to talk to as well. They finished the work in less time than what I expected and did an exceptional job. My patio and landscaping has come out very well. My husband and I built a new home and had Trim Cut do all the landscape last summer, and I couldn t be more pleased! The design is gorgeous! As I sit home during COVID and stare out my windows all day, I couldn t be more happy with how things turned out. The workers were awesome. The hardscape and landscape is impeccable. They completed the entire job in just a few days. I am so glad I trusted Rob and went with all his recommendations, he definitely knows what he is doing!

We had our landscaping service contracted through Trim&Cut and they did a phenomenal job with regards to build and quality. The guys craftsmanship was excellent. The design was great and we thoroughly enjoy our patio and landscaping that was done by them. The pricing is reasonable and their customer service is good. I highly recommend them.

Outstanding work. Professional and top notch quality. We did our patio last year and they clearly surpassed our expectations. Worked with us closely to design a drawing. As the work was going on, we asked for couple of changes and they were very accommodating. Robert had good suggestions through out the process including tile selection, design and other cool ideas. His team was very nice, quick and friendly to work with. I highly recommend Robert and his team !!

Roberts team did an amazing job on my Hardscaping project. Robert drew up a professional landscape plan and broke it down for the estimate. He worked with me to rework the design to my liking, and his team came in and built the patios and walkways to specification. Their workmanship was outstanding and very professional. They showed up every single day from the first day to the day they finished the job. They completed my job in less than 10 days - which is what Robert estimated for me. They pretty much completed everything except for one small detail they missed to implement in my front patio area. Robert has promised me they will come back in the next few weeks to correct it.

Dont sign a contract with him once u do u wont get what is in it and he will still expect his money he is full of excuses and always saying he is short handed

NO STARS. This POS owner is NOT ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. CARELESS employees that have weed whiped 2 of my solar lights..ferns..and annuals...4 different occasions. On the 3rd damaging service call..spoke to owner who said he would sent us something for our trouble. 2 weeks later left message that i missed his correspondence. No return call. Call a week later after yet more flowers got damaged when they trim the bushes ... still no return call. JOKE OF AN OWNER. BAFFLED HOW HE HAS ANY CUSTOMERS. (Pics are the piles of broken trees that this company is contracted to remove..one of these piles has been here for a year) Update: 7/2/19.. A month after first phone contact I finally got a return vm stating a gift card is on its way. $10 gift card to cover my $12 lights, flowers and ferns.

They did a great job on my front and backyard. And the job was done quickly. Robert was very accommodating and helped make the project work to fit our budget. I recommend him if you want a professional look and done very fast.
