I could not be more pleased! I’ve had them tear out and replace both my back yard and front yard landscaping and they did an incredible job.
We had a row of privacy trees put in and stones filled in our stone slab pathway. Bret did an amazing job designing it all. We absolutely love it! Dean and his team did a beautiful job installing the trees! Joe and his team moved our sprinkler heads and even adjusted sprinklers settings. They were very organized, friendly, and professional. I definitely recommend them!

What an experience. Provided me the best quote, made great renderings of the project for me to view, and answered all of my questions and concerns. The guys that did the work seemed to have alot of experience and worked incredible as a team. Which is probably why the did the job so quick and effcient. That really impressed me. Could not be happier with the results, from start to finish, 6 stars if I could.
We had Landscape Services do a complete renovation of our front and back yard. The finished product is absolutely amazing, we could not be more pleased. The condition our yard had become overwhelming to us. We, not knowing where to begin, reached out to Bret at Landscape Services. He came out, we explained what we were looking for, he listened, shared his ideas and came up with a design. We had different crews for the brick pavers, sprinklers, lights and landscape. All of the crews were awesome, professional, hard working and very talented at what they did. Everyday they left our property as clean as possible. The plan came together with some tweaks during construction. Input from Bret, Jason, Carlos and the crews, fine tuned our plan. Everyone truly caring about the final outcome resulted in a yard that was a nightmare turning into a sanctuary. I would highly recommend Landscape services!
We are extremely happy with the landscape work we had done. Bret was very helpful in the design. The crews were very polite and hard working. Brian kept us informed of all that was being done with the finish landscape plantings. The fished product of our retaining wall and plant design is just beautiful! We love it! This company is the worst landscaping maintenance company I have ever had! Unfortunately they have been contracted by our HOA and I've had to pay for this. Pictures posted are after they just cut my lawn, HOAs and individuals, AVOID at all costs!!!

We hired LSI to do a complete makeover of our front lawn and landscape. We were completely satisfied. Great team, work was well planned and completed efficiently. Would highly recommend LSI.
I called them to service my sprinkler system was told it would be $72 per hour plus parts, I accepted, and 2 men came out and worked for 1 1/2 hours. My bill for labor was $216. I questioned the bill and was informed its billed per person, and I was supposed to know they always send two techs and not their responsibility to inform us of the same I should have asked them how many techs would be sent. This is unethical in my opinion would not recommend this company. Paid them as he refused to lower the charge.
Love the folks who come care for our lawn. Helped us learn what were doing right and where we can improve lawn health. Always on the lookout for grubs and weeds, lawn looks great
Poor work all around really. They came and then just left from our house when we asked them to start in the back. They ruined a bunch of our plants in our gardens, neither worker spoke english except I dont understand and took as long as they could. Other companies do the same work for far better results and prices.

Very good for planning landscape layout and excellent overall planning service. However, the irrigation installation had some issues with damaging my neighbors sprinklers. But they fixed it all with no additional charges, so overall very good customer service.
This company is probably the best company I ve dealt with before. They put in 15 Arbs in my backyard for privacy and did an amazing job! Not only did they do any amazing job, Jamie went above and beyond to help me maintain these plants, answering any questions I had. Whatever your needs are, landscaping services inc is the ones to call. I know I ll keep doing business with them in the future.
LSI or Landscape Services whatever way to want to call them are the best. yes the landscape designs are spectacular as they did my brothers home which is beautiful they also did our beach design on Milner. they work with you. they care. the employees work hard and efficiently. when you call LSI yes they have always returned my calls and text messages. LSI works together as a team and all take pride in their work. I would highly recommend them to everyone. I have been totally happy.
Called to set up service when they first answered they were rude. Once informed on the location we were told that they service the area and could set up the appointment and price. I received a call back starting that they no longer service the area and could not help me. When I asked why I was told that the rep should not have set up the appointment because he was the manager he sets them up sorry all I could do was laugh and say thank you!!!!
This was a great experience. Bret was extremely helpful and had a great plan. The team worked hard and my yard has never looked better. They were respectful and left the yard looking 110% better than how they found it. I highly recommend this company.
I worked with Bret Steiner on a three-year landscaping plan for the Roseville Public Library. He created a design and multi-year plan based on the librarys needs and budget. It is the second year and our south entrance looks wonderful. The plants and pavers really compliment the building. He has been great to work with. The landscaping team comes in, does the work quickly and professionally, cleans up and leaves the area looking great.

My sales representative, Jamie Van Tiem, was extremely responsive to all of my questions and concerns, very professional, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to work with. He put a lot of hard work and effort into the outcome of this project. And I can say that I am extremely happy with the outcome. Its gorgeous!! Very professional and efficient crew that installed my SOD, irrigation system and Front landscaping. Bret did a complete concept on CAD with a model of my home and the proposal was spot on. The execution was perfect and the front yard and lawn looks fantastic!

Very unprofessional, I called for a quote to have hedges trimmed, spoke to receptionist and the person who makes quotes, who set up a time to come to my house for estimate. He never came, never canceled just didnt show up. I called the next day to ask what was going on receptionist says she will call and talk to him they still did not get in contact with me.
Landscape Services has always provided top notch service to us. From weekly cutting, bi weekly edging and trimming and a major landscape clean up. Always a perfect job, my expectations are always met.

We hired Landscape Services Inc. to perform our Christmas lighting decorations throughout the City of Utica. They were hired by our Downtown Development Authority. We sought a fair price, with great service. Landscape Services Inc. was very reasonable with their pricing, and performed the needed tasks way ahead of schedule. The DDA was very pleased with their work. We had some exceptional requests that needed to be completed in a very short period of time. They come through as promised. Great work!!!
Amazing people
During business hours in a busy parking lot just flying through plowing an almost hitting a few other cars. Not to mention poor plowing job. Mind blowing how fast this red truck was going. Seeing some lawsuits in the near future. SLOW DOWN SOMEONE CAN GET HURT AN YOU CAN CAUSE AN ACCIDENT WITH YOUR RECKLACE DRIVING!!!

This is a professional company. The staff is polite and each team that is assigned to your home or business has a supervisor assigned for direct communication. After a leg injury I needed a landscape company to take care of my lawn and the grounds around my home. After interviewing several companies and now; having been a customer of Landscape Services Inc. for more than 7 months, I can endorse this company 100%. We cut grass
They cant be bothered to check that theyre at the correct address and applied fertilizer to my lawn without my permission. And then left me a bill with the wrong address on it, as proof of their incompetence. Thank you for attempting to poison my pets.
For the people that sed not a good service is because maybe your system was all ready terrible and we are trying to fix your horrible system.... Landscape services best ever............ specially the irrigation department.......
After researching many companies. Landscape Services Inc came in with not only the best pricing but what me and my wife felt the most honest. We had sod, trees and a beautiful patio put in. Absolutely gorgeous. We live in a new construction sub. We are part of the third wave where people already have landscaping in. We get people coming up to us all the time telling us how beautiful our landscaping and patio is. Our sales rep was awesome. Everything was outstanding. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Not good . Poor service. Did not complete the job came out twice still have. The same problem. And never came back. Worst experience. I would not recommend. This company to any one..
Terrible customer service. Earlier this spring it took them 3 visits to repair my system. Then this fall did not receive a call for blowing out my lines. Then when I called them the lady was very short and didnt even care to attempt to try and help me out. Not like D & J... too bad they couldnt keep the same customer service. I will be taking my business somewhere else now. 25 years with D & J, wish they wouldnt have sold out now. Dont use landscape services!
