they showed up unannounced for a 3rd time for “fall cleanup” which includes leaf removal and mowing on December 12th when there were absolutely no leaves to remove or grass to mow. They completely tore up our lawn! Right down to the dirt. It’s the middle of December, why on earth would we need mowing or leaf removal?? The lawn is frosted over at this point! Then they have the audacity to charge us full price for virtually no work done (unless you count tearing up the dirt). Horrible service. Edit: Apparently this company thinks it's good business practice to harass its former customers who don't want their services anymore. They parked outside our house, waited until they thought we left, then started blowing leaves (that were already in organized piles) all over the lawn again. No announcement, no knock on the door, no phone call, no email (despite what the owner may say - only emails we ever get from these guys are when they send a bill for work we don't want and never agreed upon😒). We called the owner last year and made it crystal clear we didn't want to continue working with them, and to terminate the contract. We didn't want your services last year after you tore up our lawn in december when there was no work to be done, and we don't want them now. Or ever. Oh, and peeking through our windows to see if anyone's home? Really? We have cameras set up. Would not recommend this company EVER unless you want zero communication and zero way of getting them to leave you alone. BEWARE!!

I have always maintained my own yard. But, due to unforeseen circumstances, I recently needed to find assistance to mow/trim. While it was in the midst of the summer season, Terra Mira responded right away, provided a very reasonable quote, and was able to add my property to their weekly client list. I've been very happy with their work, the weekly communications and responsiveness. Thanks Terra Mira...the lawn looks great!!

Terra Mira helped to do fall cleanup and snow clearing when my Mom was diagnosed with Cancer. It was a last minute request and they came through. My mom always loved her lawn and they have done an amazing job. Great people to work with, I never hesitate for a second to recommend them to friends and coworkers.

Terra Mira has been servicing my lawn ever since they did the landscaping back in 2014. My lawn looks to be among the best on the block (robust green color, trimmed, no weeds, etc.). The owners are incredibly responsive via email to questions, concerns, or one-off requests. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Terra Mira for all your lawn care and property maintenance needs. This is my fourth season with them and I couldn't be happier. Over the years I've seen the company grow but they still manage to maintain the personal touch with their customers. I have always found their employees to be professional, courteous and caring about their work. The lawn mowing is consistently terrific. Their spring and fall clean-up work is meticulous. The bed maintenance service is worth every penny. Since they began treating the mulch beds, I have not seen a single weed. I was extremely pleased with the shrub pruning service which was recently added. Duke and Hal are great to work with and responsive to the concerns and needs of their customers. It's a great company!

Wish I had found this company sooner. Great job every time at a great price and all with exceptional customer service. They consistently meet all expectations - show up when scheduled and communicate from start to finish. Included mulch work this year on top of weekly mowing services and it was by far the nicest & neatest installation I’ve had ! Great job to Duke and his staff - give them a call you won’t be disappointed.

This is my third year receiving services. I have been very impressed with the communication, service and quality. I routinely receive a text on the day of service, telling me to expect a crew, by name(s) of the crew members and the tasks assigned. The quality of the work is excellent. In the past, I have had less expensive service, but this clearly fits the phrase “you get what you pay for”. The billing process is very convenient. If you are willing to provide your credit card information, an invoice is sent shortly after the work is performed showing paid in full to your account. I highly recommend them for your landscaping needs!

Terra Mira is the best landscaping company I've ever used! They are so professional yet friendly. They email you on the day they're coming, they email you when the service is completed, and you also get a survey so you can let them know how they did on every visit. Along with Spring clean-up and weekly mowing, I have them do the weed control application - amazing results- I've spent years weeding the mulched and stoned areas in my yard- they applied the 1st treatment so far and no weeds for weeks- has saved me so much work and is inexpensive! Looking forward to fall clean-up because they will be doing it also and if it turns out the same as the rest of the services it will be wonderful. Thank you Terra Mira!!!
