Chris and his team did an absolutely incredible job at our house and really made us feel like they cared about our home. Their attention to detail was excellent as was the communication. We are now looking for more things Platinum can help us with!

Chris and his crew did a great job with our yard by clearing out stumps, roots and down trees. He then shaped our yard by grading, raking, and topping it off with soil. The yard came out better than expected. He was very responsive from the moment we reached out for a quote to the time the project was complete. We will be using him in the future for hydro seeding.

I would not recommend this company. Platinum Property Care maintained our garden over the past four months and the result is just not good enough. Our lawn got quite damaged in different places. Chris makes promises he doesn't deliver on. When challenged on this, he blames others and takes no responsibility. He doesn't even make the effort to come over, have a look at what's wrong and talk about how it could be solved. Instead he makes threats to make sure he gets paid. We did so, just to get rid of him, even though we'll incur expenses now to fix the damage they caused.

Platinum Property Care Inc did a great job trimming my overgrown garden, new mulch bed and edged the garden. They were on-time and were very dedicated to doing a great job. Many neighbors and visitors commented on how nice my lawn/garden looked. Highly recommend Platinum Property Care.

Extremely Professional! Highly recommend! Beginning with the first email that was sent, through the completion of the job, Chris and his crew arrived on time, and completed the work that they were hired to do like, hydro seeding, and installing new mulch beds & plants around the pool area. Even though no work was to be done in the front of the house, Chris made sure that his crew raked the mulch beds, and edged them using a deep groove at no charge. Chris and his crew went above and beyond to make sure that the property looked beautiful when they left. And it absolutely did! You can’t ask for anything more. It’s been said that the best compliment that you can give to any contractor is more work and that’s exactly what will happen this Spring. Don’t hesitate to contact Chris, as you will not be disappointed.

Chris throughout the project frequently asked if we were liking the outcome. Made himself available to answer questions and very professional. They just left and we are so happy with the results. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and our lawn now looks like one we can be proud of along with the beautiful landscaping they provided. We will have them back for phase two along with our neighbors! Highly recommend l!
