Great Service, Clean and Neat
Response to owner: Tried calling Alamo 3-4 times to come remove a fallen tree a couple of weeks ago and still the guys just come and use the leaf blower, working *around* the fallen tree, in and out in about 20 minutes. By the way, Alamo comes every Thursday, so its strange you say theres no account serviced in Englewood Cliffs today. Echoing sentiment below as I had the exact same experience with hiring this company for our place in Englewood Cliffs. All they do is come to your house and blow leaves from one area on your lawn to another area. They dont bother to remove dead leaves and branches from your property. Not sure what they actually come here to do. Today was a very windy day; as the wind blew the leaves in one direction, the two guys using the leaf blowing machines were blowing the leaves in the opposite direction, and clearly struggling as the leaves were immediately brought back to them by the wind. It was like something youd see in a comedic scene. I also tried to catch the employees attention to get them to clean up the mess they made by using the leaf blower on a dirted area (which resulted in dirt getting all over the patio), and then again when they came on to the deck and failed to remove leaves from the deck - but they simply ignored me. Seems like what we need is photo/ video evidence, which, now that Im working from home, will be much easier to capture the next time theyre here.
