I called for snow plow service and was told it could be done by 2-3:00 the next day. That time passed and no response to calls or texts. I needed to go somewhere and ended up shoveling it myself

Hired for season snow removal. He came once, the afternoon after the first snow. After I contacted him. Has been a no show no response this storm. I feel I was ripped off. See you in small claims court dude. Gonna get my money back. $450.00 is a lot of money to us seniors.

I hired Kalil for snow plowing the 2021-2022 winter season, we are still in the middle of it. You have to pay upfront for the season and he is supposed to come after 3 inches of snow to clean. He has been a no show, 3 days after it snowed and nothing has been cleaned yet. The first time it snowed he was 2 days late to clean. I had to hire someone else to do the job this time and Khalil do not want to return the money eventhough he is not able to provide the service. He apparently has issues eith his truck but this is a business, if you dont provide the service you need to reimburse your clients. I do not recommend doing business with him, it has been nothing but a dissappointment and he pretty much stole my money this season.

Khalil is great helped me out with emergency lawn care after company I had never showed...snow removal too this year which has been a blessing as I cannot get out to do it myself.

Pictures attached for previous review that for whatever reason would not show up on Google. Assuming he flagged it. Moral of the story, dont use them as a snow plow service. They wont adhere to the contract they wrote and will refuse to refund you.

Khalil did a great job on my yard plowing the snow in my yard. He was on time when he said he was going to come. He went above and beyond expectations I will use him again to plow if needed and would refer him cause he does great job and Is a very nice guy

I share a driveway with someone who initiated the contract with this company for snow removal. We have been extremely disappointed. For the first snow, they did not arrive until 16 hours after the agreed upon time. We were told they had truck problems and would be late but not after several attempts to contact them. For the second significant snow, they again did not show up by the appropriate time. The next day after the snow they were still not there. We had to have another plow do our driveway along with our own shoveling. The contract does not say no refunds and it does promise a certain service. We did not ask for cars to be shoveled out or anything, just the driveway and that has not been done per the contract we signed. Other responses say he has given refunds but he refuses to give one to us when he has been unable to provide the service in the contract. Just poor business. I would save my money and do it myself like we have had to anyways this season. Seems to be a problem among many of his clients this winter season.

Paid $550 for snow removal for the season. Guaranteed he d show up once before 6am and then another time if needed throughout the day. He came one time, during the first big snow storm, at 10:30 at night. It stopped snowing about 8 hours before that. He never came back again. Both of his trucks were in the shop at one point. Really great business owner, who lets both of his snow plows end up in the shop in the middle of the winter season instead of doing preventative maintenance. Anyways, he won t refund me. He is lying and claiming he came more than once when he didn t and we have proof. I filed a complaint on the BBB. I m sure nothing will come of it, but I figured it is worth a shot. Don t do business with Khalil and don t listen to any recent positive reviews, he had his buddies write a bunch of 5 stars to cover up the fact that he ripped off 5+ people for hundreds of dollars this season because he can t afford to pay them back . Bad and shady business, do not recommend.

I contacted Khalil for snow removal for the 2021-22 season for our Ridge Rd and Snow Rd locations. Its very disheartening that our experience wasnt a good one. As a business owner there is a certain level of professionalism and courtesy that customers expect. Khalil definitely dropped the ball! He was paid for two contacts (one for each business). When he did show up the work was subpar and I found myself calling him to get it done right. But, thats just when he showed up. The day after the second big storm both business lost money because we werent able to open the store because Khalil never showed up. The next day we had to spend additional monies that he said he would reimburse. He has yet to do so. i reached out to him today with no response. Although, Im not surprised. I hope he takes care of the preventative maintenance on his trucks for up coming season. I cant speak for the other services he provides but I wouldnt recommend him for snow removal.

There was a root and a bunch of brush around my shed. I remembered him from when he shoveled my driveway. He did not disappoint. Cleared around the shed and even removed part of a tree that the city left in my backyard. Will hire again when I want my Landscaping done.

I gave Khalil 4 stars because we just started using them. We had 9 rental properties to handle and asked if he would do the three that were in Cleveland. Out of 12 companies we called to get estimates, they responded the quickest and gave us the best price. So far we are pleased with them. I might add one of the renters left garbage in lawn and Khalil was kind enough to move it...thanks Khalil!

I originally found Khalil in a Facebook group advertising his services. I decided to take a chance and Im glad I did. He is very responsive to inquiries and follows through on whatever you need/ask of him. He was very prompt and professional for all of the projects I have needed. His prices are fair and he does great work. I will definitely continue to use Khalil moving forward.

Khalil does a great job on my lawn and aims to please....hes hardworking, wants you to be happy with his work, works you into his schedule even if its pretty full, is honest, and I like the idea he is local and not owned by a larger company where you pay a company that is out of state.

I found Khalil, on Facebook, was looking for someone to do snow plowing, he came gave me an estimate which was very fair, I work 3rd shift so he made sure my driveway and walkway were clear for me, at night and in the am. I already had someone to cut my grass and he started having problems keeping his appointments so I contacted Khalil and he put in started as if he had been doing it all season. Excellent job very professional and very fair rates. I would highly recommend him for lawn care and snow removal.

Khalil responded almost immediately to my early Christmas morning message asking if he could clear my parents driveway after 12 inches of snow. We agreed on a reasonable price and timing given how busy he was. I paid up front and his crew came through for us. My parents are completely satisfied and I don t have to worry about my older father throwing out his back or worse.
