Terrible, can not speak of the work since they never showed up, 3 time's giving us a time for appointment only to NOT show up or even call. Apparently they do not need the work. We sat home all day waiting first it was 4 to 6 pm no show we called owner said he would be here by 7 it is now after 8 pm no show not a call. If you want to waste your time call this company we will contact other lawn care service.
Not a bad company. However, they are not very responsive and they lack punctuality. I asked for the grass to be cut last week and no one showed up and they never responded or apologized. That’s bad customer service. I cut the grass myself since they never showed up. I’ve used them for about a year, but it is time to find someone else. They need to up their game if they want to retain customers.
Jose’ was on time, very efficient and did an excellent job clearing out the leaves from my garden beds and under the deck! I would highly recommend his services!!
Jose did a great job. He listened to our needs and did it in a timely fashion Cleaned up afterwards nicely . We will definitely use Reyes Landscaping in the future. Very professional!
I’ve never had a worse experience with landscaping services. Do NOT go with Reyes! They tied my back gate open and left it like that when I have a dog- he could’ve easily run out and got hit by a car. They also chopped down two 6ft bushes and a large rose bush without any warning and when I confronted him, there was no response. I am furious with the way this company and its owner treated me- unbelievable that they think they can treat people like that.
Happy with Jose’s landscaping work. I had an urgent matter with overgrown hedges onto the sidewalk and it was taken care of immediately. Recommend Jose for his professionalism and great value.

Jose and team do excellent work. Very responsive and professional. We got edging, mulching, and lawn re-seeding done, and will be starting lawn mowing service soon. When mulching around flower beds, the team was careful to not smother newly emerging plants and spread mulch by hand where needed. I was impressed by the work ethic.

Reyes Lawn Care is professional and very responsive. Its Ohio, weather permitting they get to our lawn as quickly as it is feasible. This was our second season with them and we are pleased with their service and look forward to seeing them in the Spring.
