I didn't get her name but the lady on the phone was very polite and helpful. I called on a Monday to have my backflow tested and by EOD Tuesday, everything was complete. Thank you for the quick and helpful service!

They are really helpful with my flower bed maintenance- reliable and always do a great job

We recently had a large landscape project done by Don’s Lawn Service. They did a fabulous job. Don met with us and we detailed everything we wanted done. He was very knowledgeable of all the plants, the hardscape and made suggestions what he thought would be best for our landscape. All his workers were very good at their job and spent everyday working very hard. We were extremely pleased with this company and would recommend them for any landscaping project you may have. They are also going to do our required maintenance on our turf as well as our flowerbeds. They are a fabulous company run by a very knowledgeable and experienced man with a great team.

Called about an employee of theirs and the 'office manager' was extremely rude and hung up on me. No wonder they have a bad rating on here. Also should be noted they hire violent offenders to work with the public at private residential properties.

Don's Lawn Service gave us a great estimate to redo our whole yard. He is going to use 7 pallets of St. Augustine grass, 12 yards of composted soil. Don Bowersox is very knowledgeable about the types of grass to plant.

If I could leave no stars I would. Called them over a month ago. Said Don gave all the estimate and he was on vacation till the 17th of August. Called back around the 18th and still hadn't made it back in the office. Thought no biggy and asked if they could just send a crew to trim all my bushes and work my flowerbeds over. I can handle the yard but hate dealing with flowerbeds. Was told I was going on the schedule so I gave it a week or two. Called back and was told that I was on the schedule for the day before I called. Since rain came in it was pushed. Again no big deal thinking they would be out little later that week. Now it's September 21 and still no sign or phone calls from office and according to my phone it's been two weeks since I called them. IDK maybe I'm expecting to much in return of customer service??? The guy the built our pool highly recommend this company so maybe they are good to work with? Guess I'll never find out since they don't want my business.

This place was awesome to work with. Christina in office so sweet and helpful. Both techs that came to my house were knowledgeable and educated me on my flowback system. Prices were way below all the other places I called. Definitely be using Don’s for future needs.

Don is a great guy who does great work for a good price! He has helped with our back flow and sprinklers, dirt work for new sod, and also has done a lot of tree work for us and it looks amazing. Highly recommend this company!
