I have a rental property in Clarksville that Ryan serviced when my tenant moved out. I contacted Ryan with my address and he mowed it for me until I sold the property.l having never met me. He sent photos to update. I live 2.5 hours away and never had to worry about it being serviced. I went to the property on closing day and my lawn looked incredible. He maintained the fence with weed and grass killer to prevent grass growing into the fence and edged the driveway. My kind of service. Way better than the previous guy I used. Ryan has been taking care of our lawn for the past three years. He always does such an amazing job and is very responsive. Ryan also makes sure to be considerate to the items in our lawn, and he locks up our gate for us everytime he leaves. He also took down a great deal of vines and cut our bushes when they got out of control the beginning of this summer. He has the best customer service ever! I highly recommend him.

Ryan has to be one of the best and most understanding people around. He even comes over on a side of town that he normally doesn't go too often. His work is quick and beauitful. The dogs love to drag stuff into the yard and he has no problem going and picking them up. He has me on a schedule and is willing to work with me to meet my needs.

I foolishly received a weeks worth of push back from another company (Clean Cut for the record) when my yard desperately needing mowing before calling R and M. I contacted these guys to see if they could fit me in and they were able to swing by that day. They did a fantastic job, no bs and I would definitely recommend them.

Ryan has provided lawn service to my family for 7 years. He has been great and even though we are no longer at the residence we are still utilizing his services for the house we are renting there.
