These guys are stellar! First time using them to mow and they pulled weeds coming out from under the house, re-situated the picket surrounding our hvac units and took shrubbery that we had pulled and hadn t yet disposed of. Above and beyond service!

Just paid 70 bucks and they cut our huge back yard, edged everything front and back. Looks great! Thank you!

Set appoint to set a bi-weekly service on Fridays with Brad, On the day of the service we texted when was he going to be here, was told 3:30ish, at 5:30 hadnt heard anything so I text again, got a call that led to Brad yelling at me for not understanding why he hadnt been to my house yet. Told me to go ahead and post a negative review because he didnt need any more business. Such a weird experience.

Always does a great job! His workers are very polite and professional. Willing to work with you pertaining to certain lawn needs. Have used them for several years.

Yall need grass cut. Cant/wont do it yourself. Call these guys, I dont understand why they like cutting grass and helping people, but they do! Amazing part of the thing theyre looking out to get you the solution you want. Trust me as I have learned its more than just getting blades turning. They look for what you want when they finish. Take a break yall theses guys love cutting grass and we can do something in the house where that AC is going good. Yall have a great day!

They didnt cut my grass, but as they were leaving my neighborhood, one of the guys in their truck began throwing his trash out on to our street. Not a good look, littering in the communities you service.

Worst customer service ever. Had to call an text numerous times just to get my grass cut on schedule. Then on top of that after I texted the owner to see why they forgot about my yard. He told me to get someone else to cut my grass. Either he s racist or does not care about his business an picks an chooses who s lawns he wants to care of. I ve been in Clarksville since I joined the military back in 2006 an I have never been treated like this by a lawn care service company. Do not book him spend your money where the business will appreciate you as much as you appreciate them.

Ive been using Clean Cut for years, in two different homes and have always appreciated their good job. Recently I had to ask them to come back after my scheduled service, for extra trimming around my house and they came within a few days and did a fantastic job quickly. Thanks for the excellent work.

Brad and the crew have been amazing! They are VERY efficient with getting the yard cut quickly, yet thoroughly, with edging and blowing. They make sure to cut down any weeds around my childrens play house and playset, which I really appreciate. I have had others who are a bit lackadaisical when it comes to anything other than the main part of the yard. They have been very understanding and accommodating with our requests and needs. We call them each season to keep up the great work! They are usually on time or early.

I have been using this service for going on 3 years and have had nothing but good experiences. Even on an as needed basis, Ive not run into any issue scheduling services. The owner is communicative and the crews quality of work is noteworthy. If youre in the market for routine lawncare services, I highly recommend giving this company a try.

Brad and his crew always show up on time and go above and beyond. If he can t do the extra jobs needed, he knows who to contact to be a reliable helper. He s a hard worker who is dependable and affordable. It s not hard to find 2/3 qualities, but rare to find a businessman with all 3!

Had to use the services of Clean Cut Lawn Services for a few months. They were excellent and very punctual for the time and scheduling. They moved things around my yard to get were I neglected without even asking. Very courteous and even when I was not there they took care of it. How many of you can say that your lawn service have extended out a helping hand and money is not the reason why they do it .Its because he cares and thats a Friend. Brad is a great guy. His team have always been professional and hard workers. I ve been using his services going on 2 years and no issues.

Rudest person I have ever met. He was mowing the yard next to us and we were going to ask for a quote on our yard. After we asked him to move his truck from in front of our mailbox he was exceptionally rude to myself and my husband and used rude hand gestures towards us. There is NO chance I would ever want someone like this providing a service to me as I couldn t be sure he wouldn t make the neighbors angry.

These guys are top notch. Quick to get to your yard, quick while theyre there. Clean. They dont leave grass around. Alot of companies do. They chop down foliage that most companies dont deal with. Those companies call it treeage. If these guys can take it out, they will. Cant say enough about these dudes. I discovered them on my last deployment to AFG. They took care of my yard well. I have paid for a service I will never get. In the age of tech dont make a service payable online of you dont plan on backing it. If you have the ability to choose the size of your lawn and then pay for the service to do said lawn. It should have warning telling you warning you need to talk to Brad 1st Or on the website say 1st call Brad before you pay My next issue is there is a thing called customer service. And you never know who you are talking to on the other end. How many people this person can reach. And word of mouth is a very powerful tool (i.e. bad word spreads like a wildfire) So maybe not be rude on the phone when you are talking to somebody. And dont call them an idiot for not calling 1st In conclusion I am going to let everyone know in all my circles about what happend. I say look else where. Other lawns services back there product and charge less for the same quality of work.

Was very disappointed in the level of customer service with these guys, the price was way more than what was reasonable, then they did a shoddy job with the cut and didnt blow the trimmings away and they showed up 4 hours late, I work for a living and I dont have time to plan around waiting for these guys to show up, definitely will be using someone else next time.

This is not going to be a negative review! We have had very poor experiences with Lawncare services in Clarksville over the last 5+ years. We recently started using Clean-Cut, and the difference is mind-boggling. We have almost two acres of lawn and it s not an easy job. I am disabled, so I cannot do the yard maintenance that I would love to do, and that adds to the chore of the Lawncare team. Brad s crew came in, double-cut the lawn, mulched all the Magnolia leaves, edged all around the property, and did it in an unbelievably short time. I am extremely happy with this service. I use them weekly. Of course there are some days that they are not going to make it due to inclement weather throwing schedules behind and off. I totally understand that. If Brad continues to offer this kind of service, I will sing their praises to the tops of the mountains! Jus sayin.

Hired them to mow my backyard which hasnt been mowed all year, so can only imagine what a mess it was. They offered me a pretty resonable price and even offer to my front lawn for no additional charge. The crew was very friendly, got the job done quickly and neatly. Would use their services again and recommend them to someone else..

I usually push mow my yard but we had a lot of rain and my grass got out of hand. I contacted Clean Cut and they offered to fit me into their schedule. The day they were supposed to come it rained more than was expected and they understandably rescheduled. For 2 more days they rescheduled showing up on the 3rd day to look at my yard in the early morning and drive away. I texted asking if they were coming back and they didnt reply for 2 MORE days. They had the gall to tell me my yard was a little extreme and requested more money than was originally quoted. Thankfully, I wisened up and had contacted another company to mow my yard. Which I should have done days before. But I made the mistake of believing that the guys with Clean Cut would do what they said they would do. But instead of being honest with me and telling me they couldnt fit me into their schedule they dragged me along, letting my yard get worse than it was when I had initially called to get more money out of me. Just bad business practice.

Brad is extremely professional and will take care of your needs with speed and precision. I called him the day I needed my yard cut (last second some what emergency) and he dropped everything to come out and take care of us. He was done within 15-20 minutes and my yard has never looked better. I use him now every 2 weeks. Wouldnt ever go with anyone else!

Was quoted $65 for a grass removal job, which was far from reasonable. Scheduled to come between 9:00 and 9:30am, I received a text message at 9:15 saying that his mow schedule was overbooked and removal wasnt as time effective after I had already been booked with him. 0/10 would not recommend with only 2 interactions I had with the owner. That is not how you do business.

I hired this company (owner Brad Shoemaker) to keep up.my elderly mothers yard. When I reminded Brad about keeping the bushes trimmed he said it would be an extra $100.00 (a 10 minute job). I specifically asked if the bushes would be included before hiring Brad and he said yes. Before this, my mother didnt have the correct dollar amount so she overpaid. He didnt come back with her change. Instead he waited for me to find him and said he would mow her yard instead of givng her change back. He said it was an honest mistake; he forgot. After this last incident of him not keeping his word to keep the bushes trimmed, it is clear Brad is not an honest businessman. I will be reporting him to the BBB and contacting the media. Its a shame businesses prey on the elderly.

Brad truly hooked me up! Responsive, professional, quality work & affordable!! Despite my poor planning, he was able to cut my fiancé s yard as a surprise the same day I called. He handled the out of state transaction in a matter of moments. If I lived in Clarksville, I would only use Clean Cut Lawn Service. Thank you, Brad!

Web site stated estimates can be requested via phone or text so I texted the number with my exact acerage and the website pulled up. They estimated my .35 acres as $50, a large yard according to their site, rather than the $30-$35 every other company quoted me. Then said all text estimates are $50... hardly fair pricing

We were quoted one price over the phone which we agreed to, we went to the store but left the money here with oldest child (over 18) in case they came while we were gone. Well they came while we were out and company said it would be more then they quoted which our child called us and told us and we were not happy because it was double the amount but we agreed to it because we needed it done and advised we were on our way home and would stop to get additional cash and would be 15 mins ... THEY LEFT WITHOUT DOING THE YARD because they said they needed money up front!!!! Are you kidding me!!! First off no legitimate company collects money before the job is complete and second we had half the money there and that should have been more then enough to get started as we would have been back well before the job would be completed!!! I tried to call several times and there was no answer! This is very bad business!!! SAVE YPUR MONEY AND DONT WASTE YOUE TIME ON THIS COMAPNY!!!

Did a great job on my lawn at a fair price( not a big yard but the grass in back was pretty long)..... not so great job on damaging the pool pump outlet that now no longer works. Tried to say the pool doesnt look like it has been running and how could his crew have damaged the outlet that already had two of the four outlets bad. I told him I did not know, but the pull pump and outlet was working and running before and during the cutting and wasnt when they finished. Owner was very unreasonable and threatened me when I told him I wasnt going to pay until the outlet was fixed. Made derogatory comments about our home and vehicle when he was leaving. That was pretty mature of him. Had to call the police. I was going to be charged with left of service if he was not paid. I paid the owner him so we would not have to deal with him or his company again. They might do a good job cutting your grass but if the crew damages anything in your yard it will be your fault. Do you really want to do business with someone who would threaten people?? That is real professional, right? Utilize this service at your own risk !!

Horrible customer service and flat out rude. Made excuses not to cut grass saying he just has way too many customers and not enough equipment!! Well if you have all these customers would t you be able to get more equipment to be able to take on more customers?? But its ok we found a great lawn guy to take care of our lawn while we were out of town with no issues!! Thanks for making it easy to not choose you! And trying to charge us more money and was bashing my husband because he said it would be $50 but then waits weeks to take it out of our account and then mowed but did a horrible job! When we asked him to mow another section of the grass he refused because it would be too hard on his equipment?! Haha wow, we found another lawn care place to do it cheaper than what he first quoted us and did a 100 times better job!

Said he would be here Thursday and it would be $40.00 CALLED LATE Thursday said first thing Friday I called at them at 1:30 he said it would be cut by 2:00 I got home at 5:00 and he tells me it will be an additional $20.00 and he can do it Saturday. No thanks Brad I guess that is how you treat a client of 1 year not interested.

Brad is friendly, professional, and always does a great job. He is the only person that I have ever hired that has double cut my yard to make sure there arent clumps and it looks great. He goes above and beyond what other lawn care companies offer. He shows up when he says he is going to, always answers the phone, and works with my schedule and budget. He takes credit card payments which makes it so much easier to get my lawn cut on a schedule without having to worry when I can be here to pay with cash. There is a reason he has been in business for 15 years. He does a great job!

The owner and his crew worked with my husband to set up a schedule to mow and maintain our yard while he was deployed and I was pregnant. They showed up every single time, gave us a great rate as a thank you for my husbands service, and even helped me unload groceries from my car when I was as big as a house at the end of my pregnancy. Mr. Shoemaker is wonderful both as a service provider and as a person. My family was lucky to find him as deployents are stressful enough without having to keep up with my jungle lawn. With all the rain my grass got too tall for me to cut it myself with my old push mower. I was embarrassed at how high it was when I called Clean Cut after a friend recommended him. The workers didnt blink and eye when they showed up to see my high grass. They used really nice and expensive looking equipment and knocked my yard out in under an hour. Thanks for doing a great job. Ill definitely be calling you next time my lawn turns into a jungle.

Disappointed in the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior the owner Brad Shoemaker displayed. In a service industry that basis its business on word of mouth in a military community, you should learn to treat those military families with a higher standard of respect.

Extremely responsive, courteous, and thorough. I contacted Brad for an emergency lawn service on a Saturday morning at 8:30; our home was on sale and desperately needed some curb appeal by noon in preparation for a critical showing at 1:00. Brad graciously fitted our request into their already busy schedule. Brad and his team were prompt, accommodating, respectful, and professional - our lawn was expertly mowed, the flowerbeds were weeded, and the debris removed. There is NO DOUBT that I would use Brad again. You will not be disappointed.

Brad and his crew have been maintain my yard for years now. Yes like everyone else I tried to do it my self one day I might cut most of the yard another day I might pick up most of the trash and once or twice a year I would get around to trimming but I never seem to get it all done at once so my yard was mostly an eye sore. So I did the math and it simply did not work out in my favor by the time I purchased a GOOD riding mower I could simply pay Clean Cut to do for several years LOL. Now I hear the gate drop mowers start and in just a few minutes my whole yard looks great Trim work and all lol. I strongly recommend Clean Cut to anyone who desires a great looking yard but simply does not have the time to do it or anyone like me who simply hates yard work and would rather do anything else.
