I hired Chamberlain Landscaping to remove and replace old shrubbery. Job also included removing old concrete wall and landscaping front portion of yard. All work was professionally done in one day. I am totally pleased with the outcome. I would definitely recommend Chamberlain Landscaping and would hire again.

Ethan Chamberlain constructed a retaining wall to mitigate soil erosion on a steep hill. It is an attractive wall that is sturdily built. He was able to make modifications on the fly when my expectations changed. He made good progress at a rapid pace. Each day his crew cleaned the driveway and the street so the neighbors were not inconvenienced.

I contacted Ethan for a hardscaping project I was considering, and he visited with me the next day to discuss and assess what would be required. He then provided a detailed quote within the next 48 hours! Based on my previous experiences, these aspects of how Ethan runs his business are very telling about his level of commitment and professionalism. Once work commenced Ethan and his very capable team were always courteous and prompt. We had an existing walkway replaced, and added an additional walkway including several steps, along with a small patio. All the work was completed exactly as requested and in a timely, proficient manner. Ethan maintained good communication during the week long project and was always available to answer questions. I wouldn t hesitate to hire Chamberlain Landscaping for another project and would definitely recommend them!

Chared $50 for coming from Sango to Dover Road and High Point in Clarksville. He overinflated his estimate because they would have to come from Sango. No ot h er landscapers in Clarksville charge for an estimate. Very disappointed.

We were very pleased with Chamberlain Landscaping. They gave us a great addition to our backyard patio, which improved the quality & aesthetics of our backyard. They were professional, organized, & reasonable in pricing, & I am glad we chose them for the job!

They are unprofessional. Called to set up an appointment. Ethan changed the appointment to an earlier time we rescheduled to have him come out. Ethan charged me for an estimat but did not do anything even though I showed him the only hours worth of work at the most. They did not have to haul anything off. I was willing to pay an hours worth of labor full price. Ethan went to his truck for maybe 3 minutes. He came back and quoted me a $500 minimum. I could not pay $500 for only maybe 45 minutes of labor. Ethan charged the $50 amount anyway. Avoid any company that charges for an estimate. He basically stole $50 from me. I do not recommend them. They seem to have no morals.

I had brick steps at the front of my house going up to my porch that needed replacing. My estimate for $1800 included demolishing existing 2 steps, and replacing with one 7 high step with the same brick pattern. The entire purpose of the job was to create 2 uniform 7 steps up to my porch. The first step would be the newly constructed brick step. The second step was to be the porch itself. Both steps were to be 7 high. The existing 2 steps were demolished. Immediately afterwards it was determined that the bricks brought for the job, which had 2 hollow spaces in each, would not work. The hollow spaces would show when fabricating the step. I had an immediate decision to make: I had no steps, and the contract could not be honored which specified using brick in the same pattern I had before. So, I decided I had to do something ASAP. Unfortunately, the original brick had been demolished to the point of being unusable. They were bludgeoned and jackhammered for the removal. The solution? Pour a concrete slab. Unfortunately, the resulting slab was 5 above the driveway and 8 below my porch. IOW, a person would now have to step up 5, then 8. It did not solve my original problem of unequal steps. Furthermore, the new cement slab/step looked unappealing compared to my original 2 steps. I told Ethan about the new slab/step not having the proper height. He removed $250, to make the final cost $1550 for an unusable cement slab step. Stupid me, I paid him. My husband and I have spent days trying to rectify the situation. Im still working on it. I do not recommend this company for anything to do with brick steps. I spent $1550 for a job that I am still in the process of correcting. Depressing and disappointing.

Very pleased with the work done and the professionalism from Ethan and his crew. Chamberlain Landscaping done for me what the developer failed to do. Work was done over the first week in February 2022 and Ive had no issues as of this posting (August 2022). His crew worked all day everyday until complete. He was onsite a few hours each day supervising and addressing my questions. My yard was always soggy and would flood during rain storms. Now my yard is high and dry!

We had them do 2 paver patios for us. Extremely fast and professional customer service! They worked with us to stay within budget and was very quick. There were some minor hiccups but they went out of their way to fix it and ensure we were happy. Really appreciate their dedication to the customer.

We were having some major drainage issue in our yard resulting in a muddy pit, no grass etc. We called Ethan at Chamberlain Landscaping. He was extremely courteous, on time, detailed in regards to what work would be done, and prompt with a fully detailed estimate. We scheduled a day to complete the job, his crew arrived on time, knew exactly what to do and got to it. Buried 6 drains in our backyard all leading to a drainage ditch and bought in some fill dirt and put down new sod. I could not have been more pleased with the job done. I would have no hesitation at all recommending Chamberlain for any service. His company truly symbolizes you get what you pay for and they are worth every penny.

It so hard to get things done in this town because for all the construction going on in this growing town, But Chamberlain Landscaping is the exception they were on time and showed up when schedules and got the work done in a professional and speedy time.
