Second year with Green Roots and lawn is looking great. They are also professional and easy to deal with.

All they do is spray your lawn with chemicals once a month. It literally takes them 2 minutes and that s it. I was mostly ok with this because before entering into a contract with them I asked if this would include seeding my lawn in the fall and they said yes. This is a lie. As soon as I asked them about it they stopped replying to my emails. Save your money, you can spread fertilizer and weed killer on your lawn yourself for about 1/100th of the price they re charging. If you want full lawn care go somewhere else.

Aerated new sod in backyard when was told not to. Tasked them with overseeding lawn and bare spots and there were spots on the lawn where there was no grass seed put down. While Jose is a great guy, his team and services left a lot to be desired. We had to hire another company to come in to reseed the lawn and hopefully repair the damage done by aerating the newly laid sod.

We started using Jose and Green Roots in spring of 2019. I was impressed by their dedication to a whole system approach that focuses not just on applying organic fertilizers but on creating an ecosystem in your lawn by nurturing and building soil health. This results in a lawn that is stronger and more resistant to pests and diseases, as well as soil that can absorb more rain water and nutrients. I feel good about using Green Roots , and our lawn looks great too! In addition the staff is always professional and responsive, going out of their way to accommodate your requests. I also like that they are a small local business.

Green Roots turned our weed-filled, patchy lawn into a lush and beautiful yard. They answered all my questions promptly, as well. I also use them for organic mosquito treatment, which appears to only work reasonably well, but I cant be sure if that has anything to do with their product or just the vast number of mosquitos in our yard.

José and his team revived our formerly weedy yard overall and grew our lawn essentially from scratch in an area where we had a gravel driveway removed. Green Roots saved our lawn. After we regraded our yard, it was overtaken with crabgrass. Jose and his team treated the yard and it brought it back to life and has looked incredible since.
