Turf Doctor in Clarence

Asked for aeration, dethatch and some other things. Said lawn was in tough shape and would spend whatever needed to have their help. Woman took all my info said they'd reach out and hung up. I called back a few minutes later as she had never specified a time frame that I should hear from or see someone. Couldn't get through. Called back a little later and same thing. This was a week ago. Will figure something else out.

Haven’t used them very long, but they are here like clockwork. Very organized and professional. I like their strategy also for lawn treatments and maintenance. Very happy I decided to call them

Came home to find yellow lawn signs on my lawn and a bill on my door. This company sprayed the wrong property by coming to the wrong street! How dumb do you have to be?!? Left a message on their answering machine, but they are only open until 3:30pm. Now I can’t let my dogs outside until it’s all washed away!

Came home from running errands this afternoon to find our lawn had been “treated” by Turf Doctor. We did not order this service - and the invoice left on the door was for a house several streets away. Whoever was working in our neighborhood definitely messed up! We specifically do not use any type of chemical lawn treatment because of our dogs and don’t appreciate not being able to use our yard for several days while the chemicals wash away.

We have used Turf Doctor for several seasons and they are the best! don’t be fooled by those big commercial chains, this company is responsive they always pick up the phone, competitively priced. To save a couple of dollars and go for the lowest price you’ll get what you pay for these guys are Family owned and operated and don’t bother looking anywhere else!

Turf doctor is the company that treats our lawns for our H O A. I've noticed weeds growing against my house and along the edge of the street. Seems to me they do a poor job of applying the "weed and feed*, since the rest of the lawn seems fairly weed free. I called the company with my concern, and was told some weeds are harder to control. If much of my lawn is weed free, why are the weeds growing only against my house

My lawn has never looked better. I tried two different lawn services before switching to turf doctor based on my neighbors recommendation. My lawn looks better than a golf course now, and I'm supporting a local company. The tech was also very flexible this year. They showed up for a treatment while I was having a sidewalk put in, and they had no problem rescheduling for the following week. He even texted me the night before to make sure it was ok to come out. I would recommend turf doctor to anyone.

This is my second season with The Turf Doctor Lawn Service and I’m not very happy. I emailed them a few photos of a few of the many areas of my lawn that show significant stress. I have an irrigation system that I use regularly, but my lawn has many areas that look dead. I suspect that one of the fertilizer treatments was poorly applied, which resulted in the spotty burned-out sections of the lawn. I haven’t received the courtesy of a response from the Turf Doctor, so I assume that they don’t care about customer satisfaction. Finally received a response. Better late than never. Disagree with the explanation offered.
