I could not be happier with the work Regan Landscape did on our gardens. Every person who worked on the job was courteous, efficient, and attentive to our needs. I will definitely be using Regan in the future.

My neighbors had major landscaping done by this company. They placed metal plates on their lawn to go in and out with equipment. At the end of the job, they took a HUGE blower to blow off the dirt from them. It was like a desert storm. The dirt was ridiculous, forming a dark cloud of dust about 5 houses down the street. I called to complain as it left a huge mess on my truck and rv and dust all on my windows and sills. I had just had these windows professionally cleaned. They sent someone to look never even talked to us, only to call me and say thats the nature of the work. They said we clean up after we do a job but not the neighbors. Would have been nice if they had NOT used this blower and at least offered to have my windows rewashed, considering my neighbors spent thousands on this work. Very inconsiderate to your neighbors

From the start to finish the Regan Staff was first class. My wife and I had a feeling as we went through the design/estimate phase that we would be in good hands with them. and trust that the job would get done right. We were not wrong. At every step of the project they made sure that everything that was done was to our level of expectation....and happily made small changes and adjustments as needed. My wife and I find ourselves going outside to just admire and enjoy the finished product. And that enjoyment is amplified by how professional and easy they were to work with. We knew we were in good hands start to finish, and the end results shows it.

We had Regan do spring clean up and mulching for us this year. The crew spent 1 long day doing our large yard. The price was competitive, the crew was very quiet and hard working, they did an amazing job pruning and shaping bushes and shrubs and left the yard looking great. I recommend them.

All work was completed in 24 hours of start. The staff that did the landscaping were very professional and did a great job. They were very respectful of property and made an extra effort to exceed our expectations. Very pleased with results.

We decided to do the Spring Cleanup package through Regan this year, and it was by far the best money we have spent since moving into our house! The transformation is absolutely incredible. We had the A team come out, which was a team of two guys who worked nonstop for almost two days. Our gardens are extensive and the team cut and trimmed almost everything in the yard and mulched the whole property. I cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you A team !! See you next year!

My husband and I were so overwhelmed at the mess our property had become. We called Regan after seeing signs on some of our neighbors lawns. They were so quick to respond and very considerate of our budget and wishes. Our landscape designer was very honest about additional maintenance costs, but was not pushy at all. We couldnt be happier. I cant wait to have them do our backyard next summer.

Regan Landscaping did an amazing job on our backyard paver patio. They took great care with our lawn and property while using their equipment. Their lead installer was definitely an expert and the whole team was friendly. They are an exceptional contractor.

I contracted this company ( May1) to take the leaves,twigs and small branches from my back yd. I wanted the beds redone With the deep cut edges. There was a small amount of weeds to be removed.. I wanted the rocks areas cleaned. they never got back to me until 3 months later. ( July 24). They did not want to do the weeds because it was not in the contract.There were too many weeds . In 3 months of course they grew. 3 months! I wanted sod in the back and side. They stopped by ( no call) and put left over sod from another job. ( the worker told me) . They claimed that they did 71 x 3 s. I asked to subtract the cost of that work from my deposit and return my money. ( I put down 1,807.) Ryan ( front office) said they would give back 420.00 because it cost 1, 400.00 to put left over pieces On the side. It took them 15 mins to do this work while they talked. I m on a fixed income, I m a senior citizen . This is not good for me. My .neighbors want to give me a weeding party. IMHO I WAS NOT TREAT RIGHT. ( I ll probably will never seen any of my money.) I can not recommend this company.I live in the N.Buffalo area. All my neighbors have beautiful lawns since May or June. I have nothing but weeds. Pastora B. I read your comment. I asked not to do the spring cleaning because it was duplicating the work that Dominic and I agreed to and not that it was too expensive. However, you have your story and I have mine. It will be interesting to see how the judge rules. I took pictures the day Dominic came to the house. I took pictures of the same areas 3 months later. Again, what did you expect when you came 3 months later.

Rude staff

Employees of this company arent very friendly to cyclists. They seem to think they can park their equipment on the bike trail on Niagara St and get away with it.

They have been very detail oriented with every aspect of my project. Communication has also been extremely good. I am very appreciative of everything they have done for me - several large projects.

They are very responsive and update me with any new changes on my project. Great family owned small business that gets quality work done.

Does landscaping and snowplow services! Will also come back and plow the apron of the driveway once city plows clear the street and block the driveway with snow that Regan just plowed!

We use Regan for summer mowing and winter plowing on 2 large commercial properties in Buffalo. They have proven timely, reliable and do quality work. They are quick to return messages and always interested in doing project work when asked.

Daniel and the team at Regan Landscaping designed and installed a beautiful pergola for my outdoor patio. They were efficient and responsive to any questions I had both before and after installation, I would highly recommend!

The crew that Regan Landscaping sent to my house were terrific. Their team consisted of 6 hard working individuals that worked really well together. The important message here is that they worked as a team. They all knew what their assignment was, and they performed it very professionally. Cant thank them enough for a job well done.

Tried twice to get an estimate , I never heard back . Not to great with customer service Now you re saying you emailed me twice. Yes, two confirmation emails were sent , saying someone would contact me. No one did . You say you called me a few times ?? You finally called me ONCE, today, in response to this review. I wanted to have work done , I would have answered, if indeed you called. The call today was a snarky call to request a removal of this review . I have two numbers. I gave you the number with which to reach me . I filled out your online form twice because I didn t get a response the first time . If you have another number that is from a previous attempt at reaching you a year ago. Accusing me of posting a false comment, doesn t exactly inspire me to remove this post , nor does the somewhat sarcastic phone call I received today. Call me crazy but , Basically calling someone a liar doesn t constitute, good customer service LOL I called your company, a year ago, to work on my front yard , I got a tepid response a more than a month later. I tried again this time in hopes I d receive a better outcome . No such luck. You re quick to reply when you get a bad review, otherwise it s radio silence Perhaps your customer service is better with other people but , not with me. I encourage people to use your company, you do great work. I m not saying don t use your service . This is my experience with your company . Have a good day

My wife and I asked Regan Landscape to provide us with tree landscaping options to beautify our yard and to provide us with increased privacy. They provided us with many different types of tree species as options. Jackson Harris and his superb crew took the time to understand my vision and then carefully and professionally planted the trees in my yard with my vision in mind. My wife and I could not be happier with Regan Landscape, Jackson, his crew and the trees. We highly recommend this company and we will be using Regan again for our other landscaping needs.

City of Good Neighbors and even Better Businesses! Christmas Blizzard has not stopped this amazing company from being good people. With over 6 years of professional landscaping and snow removal in experience of my own, I ve been watching this company maintain a commercial property on my block with the care of a residential property. Their employees have always held a smile in the hottest of days, even though I m not the client. Now, I can see where it starts after meeting the owner. Recently recovering from a shoulder replacement, shoveling is bizzarely a joy of mine that has been taken away. Now I cringe when the city plows finally come by. One of the owners was willing to clear the 3.5 ft wall, at least 3 feet thick of ice chunks. Insisting to do it for free while his wife and children wait at home. You are a good person. I and my shoulder are eternally grateful. I can now easily say that this company is a year round company which has high quality work and kindness from top to bottom. Thank you for being who you are.

Our HOA have been a long time Regan customer - they are polite and professional but the quality of summer and winter services has dramatically declined in the past 12 months.

I am taking this opportunity to thank Regan Landscape for the tremendous job that they did for an emergency service. As a result of months long delays due to the covid crisis, our home improvements were delayed until November and the new entry stairs were butted up to a muddy lawn. I called Regan Landscape and they provided a temporary walkway until they can install a permanent walkway in the spring. We were extremely pleased with the work that Zach did on our temporary walkway. He is a courteous young man who demonstrated punctuality, professionalism and perspiration in installing the pavers and setting them solidly in place. Your company is fortunate to have such dedicated and motivated workers as Zach. We look forward to the next steps in the project in the spring. I have used Regan Landscape in the past and have two future projects scheduled with them. This weekend they completed my Spring cleanup of the backyard and did an outstanding job in clearing away weeds, shaping the garden and lawn outlines and laying down mulch in several areas. It looks fantastic and the workers put in a solid days work under the beastly hot sun. I am looking forward to the upcoming projects!!!

This is my 2nd year for spring cleanup with Regan Landscape. Thorough, respectful, professional and knowledgeable about plants in my yard. Last year they trimmed my lilac tree that had not bloomed in 4 years. This year it bloomed beautifully. Looking forward to my 3rd year.

Regan Landscape was extremely professional. The Team that came out to do the work for our front and back yard discussed the plan, went over any questions and did what they had to in order to meet a deadline and we are extremely grateful. The number of compliments and people that stop to ask about the Landscaping is a testament to excellence and why they have been so successful.

Regan Landscape does the work outside my townhouse. A couple days ago I very carefully trimmed by hand in front of my house and got the bushes under control exactly how I wanted them. Now one of your workers came through with a powered hedge trimmer and just made a horrible mess in front of my house. It looked perfect a couple days ago, now it looks really bad. The bushes are so jagged, there s a huge hole in one bush, everything he did was unnecessary and overkill. On top of that they barely cleaned up so I had to go out there and pick up after them. This was a complete lack of care! Straight up most unprofessional landscaping I ve ever seen.

We have used Regan Landscaping for the majority of our properties for both Landscaping and Snow removal. They are always very helpful and diligent with communication and work ethic to get the job done. I cannot imagine how difficult it has been to run a 100% in the field business successfully through COVID. Thank you again for all your hard work. Cheers.

Excellent landscaping job.

Actually listened to what I wanted/needed done compared to a few other places I called. Had several bushes taken out and part of my backyard graded. Crew was polite, friendly, and really tidied up everything once they were done. Barely looked like they were there. Will continue to use them for larger landscape needs in the future

One of their trucks almost hit me today when they attempted to merge directly into my car, and then flipped me off when I let them know with my horn after I hit the brakes nearly causing me to be rear ended. If they work like they drive, they are sloppy clowns!

My fiancé just bought a new house last year and we decided this year we would get the backyard redone, since there were pools in the yard, after it rained. We also decided to have the concrete re-laid since it was all cracked and broken. We started looking in February and decided to go with Regan since Dan was very professional and knowledgeable to what we needed. He suggested a drainage system to get rid of the flooding. We also decided to have everything mulched and lay sod down. Then Corona happened ..... Once they were able to start work again, we were able to get the project on the books - Dan followed up with us every now and again as to when we could start (we had to wait for the concrete guys to dig everything up). His team arrived when they said they would - and worked quickly - everything was done in 2 days! The foreman didnt check in with us when he left - no phone call, no note in the mail - nothing. After checking the backyard the sod was not level, there were holes and unlevel spots - which I was not happy about. We called Dan and he came to check on the work, and had to guys come back and fix it. They didnt fix it the way you would think a professional company would, but it was better than what it was before. Overall I would say that Dan was great to work with - being a larger company it took a while to get a hold of anyone when needed, but the work they did was quick and Dan did care about customer service.

Every time Regan comes out and mows my front and back yards and weeds/cleans my flower beds it is always done efficiently, professionally and with a friendly demeanor. I can not recommend them enough!

The work they did on my property was good, had some issues that they took care of.

The project estimate was typically expensive, roughly > 30-40% higher than other bids. We went with Regan and expected high-quality service, but this is a 15K mistake due to the nightmare that they created for us. They had a great design, but the execution was a big mess, only the foreman was experienced, many were just starters. 1. Scheduling was a big hurdle. Unclear communication or no communication at all. 2. Unreliable staff to handle plants: a. not to specs tree (clump in contract, gave us a single stem); b. wrong plants/species (they said, normally, customers didn t even notice!!! Does it mean they allow to give customers the wrong plants?!) c. wilted plants (these took months of our care to look better.) 3. Careless subcontract: cracked concrete driveway because of driving an 18-wheeler truck to tow away broken machine out. 4. Incompetent and unprofessional office staff; especially the operation manager, who would state in the email customer is crazy when they demanded schedule. 5. Didnt do research to install artificial grass, a big mess at the beginning, nothing was like the design. Dragging and fixing for weeks. 6. The workers did the jobs to the best they can, the business itself didnt help. We were told they moved workers around many projects, workers showed up tired and normally had to finish late. Even the issues in (2) (3) & (5) were remedied, this company is EXPENSIVE, TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT, UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. Be aware and keep an eye on everything they do. *** Update: Operation manager sent a sincere mail to apologize.

Regan landscaping did our snow service this winter and they were wonderful. They made sure our parking lot was plowed before we opened for clients and it was managed throughout the day. Anytime I had a questions or concern Dave was always there to help me and answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend them for any of your landscaping or snow plowing needs.

I really wanted to hire Regan after reading the solid reviews but was very disappointed with their customer service. I contacted them Nov 16 for a quote. I didn t hear back so I contacted them a few days later just asking for a follow up. They apologized for the delay and said they d find out what the hold up was. It s been a week and I never heard back. I don t recommend if this is their levels of reliability. After letting them know I was not interested any longer as this was poor customer service and I never received anything, I still didn t hear back with even an apology. **update- owner reached out and apologized.

Regan Landscape is an exceptional organization. Their work, from design to implementation and execution is incredible. They are very responsive and committed to customer satisfaction and do a great, professional job. I highly recommend Regan.

Its been about three years now since we had Regan dramatically overhaul the front of our home and we are still exceedingly happy with the work they did and their plant selection. Dan was incredibly professional with how he drew everything up and had his crew install our new landscaping and how he was available when I had follow-up care questions. I was honestly a little intimidated about hiring them because they are known for doing some of the nicest, fanciest properties in Buffalo, but they definitely put the same amount of effort and time into considering our small, residential job as they do the giant apartment complex they also installed and now maintain on our block. So, each year I see these guys coming back into my neighborhood and working their asses off. You should not hesitate to hire them, they will treat you amazingly well.
