I m editing my review as now I am upset. They really botched a job last week so I decided to cancel. When are companies going to learn that if someone is calling in to cancel, it needs to be a straight forward process. I didn t mind the question on why I was canceling. But then to tell me I would receive a call in 24-hours from the sr tech? No, I am calling to cancel right now, not in 24 hours. I made it clear that she must cancel now and that I didn t want any more calls. But companies just have to stop this behavior in an attempt to save a customer. I would have left my original 5-star review alone but for this I have actually not had my lawn treated yet. But I m choosing Weed Man as Michelle was the most professional (and very friendly) person I spoke to today. She patiently answered all my questions. Her great service made my choice easy!

Excellent service and communication. Seemed to be trained & knowledgeable about what they are doing & why.

They use more water than chemicals. I used them for 6months and I still had weeds. Changed companies and my lawn is beautiful now!!

We have used Weedman for 10 + years and have been extremely satisfied with both customer service experienced, and most importantly, their results, compared to annual cost for lawn care. Customer experience has been 5 stars(*****) and I mean,,always. Also, when I ve had a concern., (btw I am tough to please if it concerns my lawn ) When a problem arose, this was my experience. There was a problem one spring where my lawn looked worse than anyone s on my street! When the owner heard about this he personally came out and we walked the lawn together with a conversation that ended in what I felt (and he)was a fair solution. WeedMan through tough weather,, bug infestations, etc, whatever the situation such as needing them to come back out and spot treat a problem area(s), Tgey always go the extra mile to be sure we are satisfied .

Hired this company for mosquito control, just tried it at first and didn t help at all infact made it worse stirring em all up. I said something they came back for a another service, charged me and came back a month for another one that I didn t ask for and the guy just sat in his truck. I work from home claimed he did the service but I know he didn t because my back gate has a lock on it. They then sent me to collections because I wouldn t pay for their horrible services, I d give this company negative stars if I could. Will definitely never use them again and don t recommend for mosquito control

I have been with Weed Man Lawn Care for a year now. I can definitely tell a difference in my yard. I tried for years to keep up with it but life got in the way and so glad Weed Man has now brought my lawn back to a beautiful lawn I can be proud of.

Admittedly I had a rough start with this company due to lackluster service appointments. But, all of that changed when we had Sam out to service our property today. He was able to address all of our concerns and was extremely helpful and thorough. He is an incredible asset to your company, and I hope he is compensated accordingly. I have requested for him to return for all future visits to our property so as long as he remains an option.

The tech showed up and wasn t happy with the results of the first treatment. He put down another application of weed killer at no extra charge. The tech, Alden, treated my lawn like it was his own. Very impressed with this company and this young man.

Excellent service with reasonable pricing. Started using these guys 2 years ago and my yard hasnt never looked better. They have text messaging to remind you if the weather is good whether they will be there. There guys are quick and good at their job.

We closed on our home July 21, 2020 Tucson Village, Broken Arrow. Our grass was horrible, rife with weeds that grew in over time. I somehow ended up using weed man. Mosquitos are heavily attracted to me. They came out and treated our yard for weeds and mosquitos and other bugs. WE HAD NOT ONE MOSQUITO BITE FOR 2 SUMMERS STRAIGHT. Not coming thru the garage, not working in the yard or my flower bed. I absolutely love their services!!!! And NO WEEDS WHAT SO EVER. We get compliments on our yard. We know how important curb appeal is and work hard to keep the exterior of our home lovely and appealing!

When we recently purchased our house the lawn was an embarrassing eyesore-by far the worst on the block. Our lawn was in terrible shape, thin grass, weed patches. I began service late. Weed man treated for weeds and fertilized what grass we had. Right away we saw great improvement. We have a beautiful stand of grass and will definitely continue to use them next year. They show up when they say they will. Before I had moved to Oklahoma I had never had Bermuda grass and didnt realize it was so much different than bluegrass. I worked hard on my yard, did tons of research and spent a bunch of money trying to have a yard to be proud of for the first 2 years with little luck. I had had a bad experience years ago from a large lawn care company that made me not trust companies like this but I took the risk this past spring by calling Weed Man. I am so happy that I did! I have been in the customer service industry for over 35 years. Rarely have I seen someone or a company that understands the term customer service, but Weedman does!!!! Not only are they kind and professional, but their product works!!! Our lawn hasn t been this flush and nice for quite some time. And when they can t be here, for a reason beyond their control, they call and let me know and then reschedule. I have recommended their service to members of my family, as well as my friends. We learned by way of the ring door bell that they changed our service from 4 treatments to 7 without our permission. So we fired them trust is everything!

DO NOT USE! I hired this company because I was starting to get stickers (goat heads) in my yard. My dog didnt like using the restroom outside and it was becoming a problem. Fast forward several months and the stickers are absolutely out of control. My dog wont even go in the yard. I have to purchase puppy pads and put her in the garage. I have to mow in jeans because we now have so many stickers that the mower spits them up and onto my legs. I could have done better myself with a gallon of round up. Im now out a ton of money and my yard is an absolute mess.

Great company excellent service it took 2 years to get my wild jungle I called a yard under control and now I have one of the best lawns in the neighborhood.

Too clingy

Stay far away from this company. Used them one season for weed control and saw no difference. Told them I was not interested in continuing but they did not stop service and continued to bill me. They constantly hound you with sales calls and spam emails. I would highly recommend doing your own weed control or hire a professional company.

After several complaints of not getting rid of weeds let them go. Would post pics but not seeing the option. My lawn is covered with 3 types of weeds after using them for over 2 years.

We were quoted a price that was not upheld. We were charged for services that we were led to believe was contingent on the outcome of first treatment. I would not recommend them to anyone. They took advantage of us at a time of vulnerability. STAY AWAY PEOPLE!

The customer service continues to impress us. They make sure the grass is super green and we have no weeds.
