Mitchell's Turf Service, LLC. in Claremore

I had a fantastic experience with Mitchell's Turf Service in Claremore, Oklahoma. Their team was prompt, efficient, and did an excellent job with my turf. The quality of their work was outstanding, and my lawn has never looked better. I would highly recommend Mitchell's Turf Service to anyone in need of professional turf care.

Requested the 7 applications per season beginning in April. First two applications went fine, third application tech called and left a message 5/24 saying there was trouble with the truck but would be by tomorrow. Nobody ever showed up, so called and left voicemail with owner on 6/5 and received no response. Texted owner on 6/7 asking about update on when they would be by and asked about frequency in between each application and also received no response. Someone finally showed up about a week later, but did not receive treatments 4, 5 or 6. It was marked as skipped on my account, but I have no reason why. Then randomly 6 months later I received a notification that they treated my yard for treatment 7 in December and my account was charged. Again, I reached out to the owner by voicemail requesting information to no response and texted the next day. He did respond to text saying he was out of town but would look into my account shortly. Have not heard back from him a week later now and reached out by text again but no response. This has been a frustrating experience, and I would definitely go with other local options based on lack of communication received.

In less than a year, he was able to make my lawn the best looking lawn in the neighborhood. He takes the time to diagnose what is needed and takes the necessary steps to make your lawn look great! Pricing is very reasonable as well.

Iv used bad lawn guys before and learned my lesson. Michells turf is fair and does a wonderful job. A+++
