His estimate was reasonable and he was able to have someone out within the week to repair all my drip lines and replace my sprinkler heads. Heath has been incredibly helpful in repairing my irrigation timer. He patiently walked me through the troubleshooting process. This involved 3-4 phone calls. He helped me identify and repair the problem. He did this all in a patient and friendly way. He wanted to save me money and he was successful in doing so.

Heath came out for an estimate for a broken sprinkler pipe/head caused by tree roots. Originally quoted $250. but revised as high as $900. if root cutting required 2 guys working all day. No mention of charging commute time just a flat rate. Worker showed up (one person) and spent 3 hours finding and capping the broken head (not replaced). He said the water coverage was sufficient without replacing. Charged $652. for 3 hours then said he was billing for 5 hours adding commute time. The address for the company is Citrus Heights so about 15 minutes to Roseville one way. Not sure where the extra hour and a half commute time comes from. Basically $217. per hour for sprinkler work. Quality of work OK, however price was ridiculous unfortunately.

The owner Heath was able to repair and reuse most of my very aged underground pipes and repair what could not be reused. He replaced valves that were surely over 30 years old with new values and bluetooth app controlled timing. The job was successfully completed at quoted price and within the time frame estimated. This job was followed by an emergency repair request on a Sunday due to pvc pipe breakage I caused trying to repair a hose bib myself. I contacted Heath who was busy but agreed to come to my home within 2 hours and he completed the repair work within 4 hours from the time I initially contacted him. I was extremely pleased with the repair service and price. Heath was helpful in discussing my problem to determine my irrigation problem. He was willing to come out and explain the situation. I was able to get the issue corrected.

Heath is amazing. I messaged him about a slow leaking sprinkler valve and noticed his website has a how to guide for what I needed and decided to try it myself. Well I got myself into a world of trouble called him at 5:30 and explained my issue and that I had no water to the house at the moment. He walked me through what he thought would solve my issue and told me where to dig out some pic and asked for a picture so he could get the needed parts and help me out that night. I told him I think I wanted to try and fix it myself with his new guidance. Before hanging up he assured me if I still needed help tonight I could call back and he d be out so I could shower. He did such a great job talking me through it I was able to fix it myself. So I guess I m not actually a customer because he choose to help me quickly and save me some money. Truly and honest company and I will 100% call them when I need any landscaping/ sprinkler repair in the future.

Heath brought my sprinkler system up to date. He adjusted and replaced non efficient sprinkler heads. Installed a new water drip system. He guarantees all his work for one year and only had to come back once for a minor adjustment. Great customer service and great work ethic.

I called Heath and arranged for him to repair a 2 inch high pressure water line. We agreed on a price and date, which was the following afternoon. Late on the day of the scheduled appointed, he texted me to say he was tied up on another project but would come the following day. We again agreed on a time, but he did not show nor did he connect me to make other arrangements. I could not wait any longer for him because it was the weekend and I needed the repair completed. So, I made other arrangements. I will never contact him again. Very unprofessional!

I cannot say enough good stuff about HD... Heath came out to replace a valve and pipe on my sprinkler system less than 24 hours after I called him. He completed the repair quickly and was super helpful. Ive had a couple of questions (about separate issues) since then, and Heath has taken my calls and offered help and advice. I called HD Lawn Care Service and spoke to Heath. He was able to come the next day to fix my sprinkler problem. He diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it a a reasonable price.

I had accidentally damaged a 3/4 sprinkler head adapter and was having a difficult time removing the broken adapter from the irrigation line. Also, the adapter I needed was difficult to find in home improvement stores. I called HD Lawn Care Service and spoke to Keith. He arrived within three hours and fixed my sprinkler problem within 15 minutes. He was courteous and professional. This review was deleted once so I ll submit it again. HD lawn care cut my grass most of 2017 and did a great job. However, the three times they cut it in 2018 they blew grass in my newly mulched flower beds, blew grass and rocks all over my girlfriends car weedeating, missed patches of grass, and ran over a drainage pop-up. They didn t even have the courtesy to tell me they ran it over and left it shattered all over the yard. I would not recommend H.D. lawn care for future services until they start providing better services.

He hired HD Lawn Care for all our gardening needs and major yard clean ups for our property management company. Heath didnt show up when he was scheduled for monthly service on a regular basis. He also gave bids for larger jobs then took over 2 weeks to get it done then added more money because it was longer grass and required more work due to his lack of response time. This wasnt just once or twice it was several times with numerous reasons as to why he didnt show up to these jobs from his truck was down or his worker was in a car accident or he dropped the ball and forgot. We had to fire him from our companies vendor list and hire another landscaper. He then retaliated online saying we owe him money that wasnt paid but we dont have any outstanding invoices nor has he returned our messages to him asking him for the proof of whats owed. So I DO NOT RECOMMEND using this lawn care company.

Our monthly service you could never maintain if you even showed up. we work on a net 30 sorry you couldn t handle that due to your paycheck to paycheck living, that s not CLC s fault and or problem. So stop with your false rumors and lies. I personal have text messages also of our communication so just STOP already your making yourself look bad and making your business look even WORSE. Very unprofessional

My neighbor hired this company and I thought of hiring them as well. However, as I watched how they did their job, it was horrible. One employee used his leaf blower and blew leaves everywhere. They finished their service about 10-15 minutes and drove off, leaving leaves everywhere. By the way, their company truck also has an EXPIRED registration Aug 2018. Yesterday, I saw the same lawn company and the same two employees that worked on my neighbors lawn about 2wks ago did a terrible job again. This was the second time Ive witnessed their job performance and its the worst Ive ever seen. Ive seen other lawn companies in my neighborhood that is extremely meticulous and take pride of their work. So, I asked the two employees to NOT blow the leaves all over everyone elses yard and to clean up what they blew on the street. One of the employee, said he only works on a property he is hired for. Is it okay to blow the leaves everywhere and not clean it up? The green waste was availabe to use. The company states, its their procedure/service to leave the leaves on the street and to rely on the neighborhood and county to clean up the leaves they left on the street. My concern is that if it starts raining, this type of service will potentially clog our neighborhoods drainage system and will cause flooding. Again, Im a witness to poor quality of work and if more than one person are saying the same thing, there must be some truth to that. I complained to my neighbor and pointed out the poor job the lawn service did. Then about half hour later, the same two employees came back and finished the job they were hired to do. I took photos and a video while they were performing the work. Please respect my neighborhood and provide the lawn care service your company promised to deliver.
