What can I say. Juan was amazing and the crew was very professional. He came out and gave me an estimate and did the work over a couple weeks. It took longer, due to rainy weather. I was ok with that. The final product was just what I wanted and the price was right. I would recommend this service to friends and family. Thanks Juan

There is the good and bad of this service we started the project and we discussed possible designs. I showed Juan some picures of ideas on line. Juan was very helpful with the ideas we came up with. Then the weather was not helpful at all. He sent out his team without rain gear for his people. They knew the weather was going to be bad, so his crew sat around until Juan had showed up with rain gear for his people. They waisted a half a day. The projest was suppost to take around three days. You can't control the weather . Then I showed a certain stepping stone I wanted for the project. Juan had 3 weeks before we started the project. I was not happy about it either. I told Juan that his crew just left some product on the side walk. Juan was not here to supervise his crew. I had told him that he needs to spend a little more time with each of his jobs. To order the product enough time so they have it. The crew was very friendly and helpful when I tried to ask questions. The job was done ok most of my neighbors have complimented the job that was done.

Juan and his team were excellent completed project in 3 days, friendly team and good at detail. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE!

We hired them to do a few things and overtime realized that nothing was done correctly. They cut one of my trees down to a stump when we just wanted it pruned back from out roof, they left plants in an area we asked them to clean out, just cut them down and covered with rocks. They are now all growing back and lastly the bi weekly maintenance they did was just mowing and blowing the lawn. Not what they said it would be like trimming bushes, pulling weeds, seeding lawn etc as we discussed. Cancelled service and gave feedback as they asked and no apology. So I emailed to say that because she emailed me right back when I wasn’t going to pay the final invoice. Then she responds and basically says it’s my fault for not saying something sooner however I left 3 messages with no call back. Overall just a bad company all around If you do hire them I just advise you to inspect the work or they will half do it.

I recently was looking for a landscaper to do a project for me. I had requested a bid from another company and I wasn't feeling like they were ver interested in doing a job for me since their response time to get back to me left me frustrated. I contacted Home Advisor and got a call from Sunrise Landscape. Not only did they call me almost immediately, the bid was good and I got a good feel about Juan who had come to do my bid. What they did to my yard is more than what I could have imagined. Juan is a real professional and the work is amazing. I had made a few changes after the original bid and Juan was very accommodating and friendly. I would recommend his work to anyone and will make sure I let anyone I talk to know what a true professional and honest man he is. Thank you Juan for my beautiful yard and your professional job.
