If I could rate lower I would rate zero stars. Lawn was destroyed by this company, had treatments monthly followed instructions from tech, have a sprinkler system and now huge bare areas in lawn and weeds are out of control. I would never recommend this company to anyone. In addition, the free annual aeration cost me 299 dollars so much for free.

Giovanni is an insightful technician who shares productive infirmation on my particular lawn issues. He took the time to explain fungus, tegional grasses and the advsntages/didadvantages of each as he assessed our lawn. We love this company, our lawn looks like a green lush carpet and has really never looked so good. We have a little dog and I like that I dont have to worry about harsh chemicals that he can get on him and then ingest when he licks himself. Their service is great and reasonably priced. I ve had several lawn maintenance companies over the years and they ve all been pretty much the same. Come, drop the chemicals and leave. Nobody ever took the time to look at what was going on with the grass and treat specific problems before they were out of control if they did at all. This company is great. Always paying attention and making note of anything, even things I didn t notice and that saying a lot.. I receive calls from them at least twice a month asking how things are going and checking up. Every single one of the techs that they send out are extremely polite, professional, and most important actually know what they re looking at and doing To sum it all up, my lawn has never looked this good period. Color thickness and Health are perfect To the point where all of my neighbors are coming over and asking me what I m doing. The fact that it s all natural and not affecting my pets or the environment in a negative way ,unlike all the other chemical happy companies, makes it even More satisfying. Now been using them for over five years. Each year the lawn, which is nearly two acres, gets better. My technician Mike is great. Does things before I ask.

Had them for over 2 years and the results definitely weren t worth the price they are charging. Then they always try to upgrade you with some BS super special potion that will turn your grass into gold but at the end of the day they ve taken all yours. Funny how that works. Don t fall for it.

Im a new customer, hired them for the grass treatment service. Today was the first treatment so I cant give any feedback regarding the results. The service person (his first name was Gio) who performed the service today was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He gave me a lot of good tips today, I appreciated his time.

I am pleased with how Natural Lawn of America uses environmentally friendly products that removes all the bugs , including those pesky mosquitoes from the inside and outside of my home. I can walk up to my home comfortably without bugs meeting me at the front door. No other company can compare to how Natural Lawn of America solved my bug problem.

The flea and tick treatment does the job. Our Technician Jerry is very thorough when treating the property. No issues with these annoying pest on the dogs or in the yard.

I had Natural Lawn aerate and seed my yard September 2020. Seeding occurred after several days of continuous rain so aerating machine left ruts throughout yard. More importantly machine rode over my sidewalk and damaged approximately a 12 feet section by punching divots into the sidewalk. I contacted a professional mason to advise on the best actions and I was told portion needs to be replaced as a patch may separate and the holes will continue to expand with freezing water over time. Natural Lawn stated they will only patch and not replace the sections. I contacted the corporate office; to which I received a reply stating my request was reasonable as the Cinnaminson branch was responsible for the damage. The branches last offer which they felt was fair was a year of free service. I asked about repairing the damage and they stated no repair, and just service my lawn and let the damage they created go untouched. They are very unprofessional in addressing their issues and unfortunately we will have to pursue legal matters now to resolve properly.

Deceptive billing practices! After cancelling they ignored my many requests; written and verbal to cancel. Do not use them. They are scam artists. You will have ever ending auto charges long after you cancel your service. Sort their google reviews by lowest. Those are the honest ones you can trust. The other positive reviews are most likely their family and friends writing fake reviews.

I have had difficulty dealing with a stubborn weed in my lawn known as Creeping Charlie or ground ivy. Its highly invasive and resistant. Naturelawn technician Mike Fritz noted this situation when I pointed it out to him, and he treated it specifically using a hand-held sprayer. I appreciated his custom approach and willingness to listen to the customer.

The other day I met with Jason for our initial treatment and lawn inspection. I was quite pleased with his knowledge and the time he took to go over my questions and concerns. Thus I am hopeful that choosing Naturalawn will be a success. Great start!

I was a customer for 4 years, and each year there was a different excuse for why my yard had bare patches and weeds. So this year I switched, in my mind for just one year, to another company that uses more toxic means. I didn t renew my contract, but they came out when I was on vacation and did the first application, and charged me for it. When I called, the woman said she wished I had given her a chance to fix the weed problem. I felt I had given them 4 years, and they weren t so concerned then. And she didn t do anything about the charge I have to pay, because it is in the fine print that they automatically come out each year unless you go through a cancellation process. I will find another organic company next season.

This is the first time using a Lawn Service and we were extremely happy with the Tech Bret. He was extremely knowledgable, freindly and took the time to further explain everything to us regarding the treatment he applied and the upcoming service. We have used NaturaLawn since 2018 and are thrilled with what theyve done for our property. Our lawn was all weeds and is now all grass, and the transition happened pretty quickly, within about two years. We also like that they are conscientious about the property (chemicals dont reach flower beds) and they use safe chemicals.

Absolutely the worst service in the area, weeds constantly, always calling them back for re-services and they are always late on them. Gave them more than enough chances. Even the re-services don t work, and they could care less on the phone. They claim organic, but it s complete BS It s just organically-based compounds which is what most services use Their stuff just doesn t work, and their people are the most unprofessional. Completely unwilling to take accountability and address concerns properly over 2 years!! Cancelled.

I ve been using this company for over 3 years it takes a while to evaluate this type of service and after this period of time, my advice would be to stay away If you have no issues and only need annual maintenance for an already established lawn.. maybe but if you require any issues outside of that.. it s a problem Ie; they aerated and seeded for the last 3 or More falls.. our frontal property has an approximate 30 deg. Angle and the first time they came they couldn t do it and left.. when I called because they did the rest of the yard (except the front angled part) I complained at paying the full price they came out again and magically it could be done.. and they said they would note the type of yard and it wouldn t happen again then ok for 2+ yrs then today back to we can t do the front so today we part ways with yet another company who cannot and I might add refuses (would not send anyone out) to try to offer consistency . And so the search continues

My friends lawn looked amazing. So I subscribed to their service hoping for the same results. There was 1 issue with a tech that came out, but I called and Brad worked with me to get it resolved. Didn t see much improvement in my lawn. Areas continued to stay bare even with aeration and seeding. When I called to cancel the service, the lady on the phone was very aggressive and asked me who was going to service my lawn (none of her business). Then she told me - you are ok with putting poison in your lawn ? Her scare tactics closed the deal and when I confirmed my cancellation...she didn t say much and rudely hung up the phone on me. Disappointed with their customer service.

Our lawn is the greenest and most weed free in the area. We live in the farm country so weeds are a part of life. We also need to be careful of what we put on our lawn to protect our water supply. NaturaLawn is a perfect fit. Kevin is professional, nice and very courteous. It took about a full year to truly see the benefits, while other lawns had gardens of dandelions, I had 4. Not one to leave reviews but utilized the company for 1.5 seasons and always enjoyed their professionalism despite not seeing much improvement in the areas where grass was not growing on my property. Once my job switched to working from home indefinitely, i called to cancel because i would have more time on my hands and wanted to try and fix the problems myself. Called on a Monday to cancel and the women i spoke with got angry and questioned why i wanted to cancel then proceeded to send a route manager out that day to discuss my concerns, so i held off on cancelling because maybe there were answers for my concerns.. 2 days went by and did not hear anything so i called back and the same person i spoke with the first time just said oh we cancelled your account already and you will receive an email within 24 hours and hung up. While this could have been an isolated incident, I was not a fan of the level of professionalism once i was not longer a potential customer.

This is our first year using this company and our service thus far has been great. Bret was very kind and greeted me and explained what would be done to our yard that day. He also asked if I had any questions or concerns and also left a detailed description of what he did on a form. He is very professional, friendly, and did a great job! I highly recommend this company and Bret!

I have been a client of Natural Lawn of Montgomeryville, PA for quite a few years and am very satisfied. My lawn appears nice & green and healthy. Although I dont have any pets, I like the fact that the services are organic and not harmful to pets, etc. My lawn has improved greatly since I started having Natural Lawn take care of it. My only complaint is I think the cost is a little too much when you consider the very small size of my yard.

Dante did a great job treating property for mosquitoes and making sure it s done before the weekend. I entertained outside and no one complained even once about being bitten. We usually have to stay indoors past 5 pm because mosquitoes eat us alive.

Im a new customer due to my neighbors lawn. They have had Naturalawn take care of their lawn for a few years now. They have had nothing but good things to say. I walk by their house daily and it always looks nice. The house across the street....... a nightmare... grass a foot high, weeds everywhere. My friend told me they cut back on the service for a year and due to the weeds across the street their grass suffered... so Naturalawn Cinnaminson has kept their lawn looking great year after year. Everyone I spoke with, from the salesforce to Mike who came by today to apply my first treatment, has been very friendly and knowledgeable. Mike made sure to let me know exactly what to expect. Since I didnt start in the early spring, crabgrass has gotten a foothold in my lawn. Mike assured me they will work on it. He also let me know my Green Grass aka Weeds - are going to turn brown over the next few weeks, which I fully expect. He walked the property with me and pointed several areas out and how they would address the issues. Time will tell, but I know to take a lawn from point A to Z is not a one year project. It took years to get to this point, I dont expect pebble beach next month. :)

Natural Lawn is Awesome because their products are safe. Kelly has performed the mosquito control for us several times. He has given us great advice and info. on the services he provides. He always asks for feedback on the service and if there is anything else we might need. The mosquito control is great! They do not do removal of wasps nests but he did advise us on some natural ways to get rid of them.

Kelly is a total pro.....knows his stuff. Would recommend this company to anyone for anything.

We were a long time customer of Natural Lawn, and had to stop our services due to some financial issues. 2 months go by and i pull up to my house as they are pulling away. I asked the guy what they were doing there and he said it was treatment. I explained to him that we had canceled all of our services and they should not be out there at all. He said he would call the office itll be taken care of. Today I got a statement in the mail for the service that we had canceled and when I call to get it straightened to the woman on the phone said.. Theres nothing in the notes saying you were cancelling all services, just the mosquito service. You owe. i asked how if we canceled everything and she said. Someone spoke to my wife to authorize the service. All my wife did was call remove her card off the account. For almost 2 months we had no services, then they decide to sneak one in. Then say were responsible for the payment because their are no notes in the account saying we canceled all services. Now we are expected to pay because NLA cant hire competent people to add notes to their customer files. Its a shame, because they did a good job, and we 100% intended to use their services next season when our financial situation will be better, but not after today.

Brett & April from NLA are amazing! April always keeps me updated about my appointments and Brett does a fanatastic job. They are both professional and a breath of fresh air to talk to. I left TruGreen Lawn Care to hire NaturaLawn of America and although im a new client, my communications and experience with the local office branch (Cinnaminson,NJ), has been outstanding. I had a concern during the very first visit and spoke with tech Kevin Hart and he immediately corrected the problem. After his visit I contacted the branch office and spoke with April and she took care of the details and all of my concerns during our conversation. Both company reps seemed to care about my concerns and my lawn and gave great respect and showed a good deal of professionalism while in person on site and while on the phone from the office. I have already seen an improvement in how my lawn is looking. So far im pleased with my decision to change companies. Mike does a great job on my lawn

Do not use this company - they seem lazy and Always make excuses for why lawn looks horrible. My boyfriend did it this year and it looks amazing . Their chemicals are just not strong enough and the entire lawn was weeds last year ... embarrassing.... they kept saying it was a specific form of grass and make excuses for poor performance. Was highly disappointed. Their reviews are deceitful.... go with stronger chemicals ... I put in great topsoil, flipped the grass, and put in sprinklers their treatments honestly I think were horrible and I paid extra.... never again natural lawns .... natural isn t better it s just crab crass and poor work ethic . Sorry wanted to like them.

It s hard these days to find something that s worth what you pay. It s even harder to find someone who works for a company that gives 100% effort when he/she could easily mail it in . My family has been using Natural Lawn for some years now. Great product. Effective. It is especially worth the money when it is applied with care and purpose. At the beginning of June a NaturaL Lawn technician, Johnny, came to apply the flea and tick control to my property. This young man took the time to listen to my concerns. I live in the Pine Barrens where deer regularly bed down in the woods around my house. They are literally in my driveway almost everyday. He made the extra effort to apply the spray around the problems areas I described. Johnny could have easily just sprayed the lawn and some of the bushes quickly and called it a day. But he sprayed the fence borders, lawn, shrubs, kids play area, and by my wood pile. Johnny spent a little extra time to do things the right way the first time. That is refreshing to see good work ethic and dedication to a job. Since that first solid application Johnny has been back for the July application. For the months of June and July I only found one tick on me, and that s because I was working all day on the borders of my property. His extra efforts to properly apply an effective product have allowed my family to be outdoors without worry. That peace of mind has no price. As long as this product is applied thoroughly and with the kind of effectiveness that Johnny displayed, you can enjoy the outdoors on your own property in comfort.

The crew at NLA have responded to my concerns without giving me a hassle. April , the office manage,r is a gem and always gets back to me. She is very pleasant. In the beginning, she was the reason I stayed with the company. She always assured me that concerns would be handled.

Lawn Care Beware! Beware of Natural Lawn I used them for a season, cost was over $600 and my back yard is full of weeds. An Ops manager came out to review things and agreed my lawn should not be in the shape it is. I showed him a video of what it looked like last year when I did it myself, again he agreed with me. However, they refuse to issue a refund only offered to treat the weds again and wave my last treatment of $66. Very disappointed!!

Greetings, My lawn always looked good. I had Scotts Lawn Service previous years but switched to NLA when I heard many good comments on 1210 WHPT and I decided to give them a shot. I signed a contract with NLA and prepaid for an entire year of service about 2 years ago. In July of my contract year, I contacted them and shared that I was unhappy with their service. My lawn looked the worse it had in years in addition the folks on the phone were quite rude so I decided to cancel immediately. I asked for a prorated refund but was told that would not be possible because I got a discount for pre paying for an entire year. I agreed to have them finish out the contract. In March of this year NLA applied a service, I was not aware of this until I saw the report on my front door. NLA would leave this report after each service was completed. My credit card was charged automatically as they had the CC number on file. In addition to the standard service, I also purchased addition packages throughout the year. After receiving the report, I immediately called them and was told that they did not had notice of my cancellation. I then called the CC company to dispute the charges. After 3 months of investigation they (the CC company) credited my account for the $67.17. Their finding was that NLA did not provide any information to dispute my claim. I then started to receive bills from NLA stating that I had a past due amount. About 2 week ago, I received a call from a representative at NLA asking me to renew my contract with them. I thought that she was calling about the bill. I explained why I terminated my contract with her company and she was very apologetic. She indicated that he never heard of a situation of where a customer never had their remaining credit refunded due to unsatisfactory service. She took 2 weeks trying to get my account credited so I had a zero balance but she was unsuccessful. She was the first person that I had enjoyed interacting with. Long story short NLA, in my opinion, has inferior products, service, and their management staff, including Mr Brad Atkins should be ashamed of the way they run their business and treat their customers

Weve been using the service for about one year. Like the natural ingredient approach. Lawn is looking good and the service provider is very professional and flexible.

I had my first visit from Natualawn today and the young man Quentin J, couldnt have been nicer. He rang the doorbell and introduced himself and welcomed me as a new customer. He then proceeded to explain what he was doing today and I think we are off to a good start!

Quentin J was very informative on why the application was being done. He did a great job.

DO NOT sign up with this lawn care agency!! They will not take good care of your lawn, nor will they make sure that you as a client aree taken care of. I have not paid them since my lawn is in the worst shape it has ever been in. They continue to seek money for a job they are reluctant to do...which is to make your lawn look good. They will harass you for payment, even though your lawn looks like S%*T!!

Our lawn has improved so much since starting Naturalawn and we dont have to worry about our dog after treatment. Quentin has been very easy to deal with and always does a good job. We are very pleased with Naturalawn.

Im a new customer of NaturaLawn of America and very pleased with the service Ive received from tech Bret. Hes always pleasant, thorough, conscientious and always offers helpful suggestions. Its a pleasure doing business with Bret.

Prior to enrolling in NaturaLawn, we wanted to utilize a service that was as environmentally friendly as possible. What we have learned and understand is that it will some patience to make this work. Changes were noted last year and continue again this year. Good changes. Quentin laid things out for us very well last year, and I was happy to see his familiar face this year as well. They arrive when they should, explain what they are doing for the lawn at each time of year, and always ask if we need anything else. Were in our second year of service and are pleased.

Would NOT recommend! I contracted the full services of this company approx. 11 days ago. I had one most important request to have their lawn technician call me before first lawn application. Technician called two days ago and said he d be doing first service yesterday weather permitting . We got almost two inches of rain so he called last night saying he d be at the property today at 8am. At 8:23am he was still a no show so I called the office to reschedule for 3-5pm. The woman who answered the phone said it is not possible to service me after 3pm as they are closed . Strange, because their website says they close at 5pm. What is most troubling is the representative didn t even attempt to keep me as a customer by offering any other time their technician would be available to service my lawn! When I signed up (over the phone) for this full service plan, I made it so abundantly clear that Lousy Service simply wouldn t be tolerated and they not only Blew It but they Didn t Even Offer Any Alternative To Correct Their Error s in order to keep a brand new customer!

Been using Natural Lawn for years now. Before I did my lawn was a total mess. Although I tried to treat it myself, it just never looked right. Thank you Sean Riley and Trevor for helping to make my lawn the envy of the neighborhood!

Service provided was good. Richie, my tech, was polite, performed work very well, and answered my questions. I strongly thank him. He was very clear in what he did and how he would perform follow-up service as needed.

Second year, Quentin J and overall program is very responsive and will come out anytime if weeds etc appear, just call and they will take care of situation.

We used to use companies with harsh chemicals on our lawn, until our new bulldog started developing skin irritations from them. We found Natural Lawn and have been using them for several years now. The personnel at NLA , Cinnaminson , NJ location, both in the office and the technicians in the field a very helpful. I started using NLA last fall starting with the seeding season and I would say the tech was very knowledgeable and answer my questions. This year they started early March treating the lawn. Switched to Naturalawn this year. Trevor is on top of everything that is going on in my lawn. I have 3/4 of an acre of lawn so there is a lot to look at. So far, could not be happier.

We are furious!!! We have had many lawn services but we never had one this bad. We have no lawn all it is all weeds. We called them and told them nothing was done it s so embarrassing .

Pros: The sales rep. I spoke with was phenomenal. I was fully confident that I was hiring the right company. They allowed me to cancel without putting up a fight. Cons: When I first started to experience issues with my lawn, I called right away. It took 3 weeks for them to send someone out to take a look. By that time, the disease on the lawn had already caused irreparable damage. I called back in after I received a summary of what the tech felt was going on. The summary did not really address the underlying issue at hand. I called back in and was told they would be sending out a manager. That never happened, the lawn continued to get worse and I finally called it quits to go with a different service provider. The company insists that they came out 3 days later following my initial request but I contacted them in mid June, spoke with one of their team members on the phone to voice my concern and followed up in early July when I did not hear back. I felt my concern should have been addressed much sooner.

I can not mark this company as a one star. I have at least 3 or 4 treatments this year but it look like nothing was done at all grabgrass that what i see all over my yard

I am not impressed with the customer service. There is a lack of communication for unpleased customers. First, I will say their product works as my front lawn looks great. However, my backyard after one of the early applications , I noticed large streaks of dark/light grass indicating where the fertilizer was missed. I called immediately, but was told to wait until the next application since it was so close from calling in. Fast forward to now, it turns out that the botched application was for crab grass preventer and I now have large streaks of crab grass. There is no guarantee with this program and it does not seem like the service calls have been effective. For the premium price, I would expect a better follow up to ensure the customer is satisfied...

Have used natural lawn for 2 years now and I have to say my lawn is no better off. Still get weeds in the same spots I have to use round up to get rid of them. Also crab grass is at an all time high. Needles to say I will be canceling them next season.

Im a new customer but my experience with customer service this morning was not a very pleasant one. I called to ask a few questions, am I under contract and can I cancel at any time. The rep Katie or Katelyn, I believe her name was, was very rude. Before she answered my questions, she said, well why did you sign up?? I advised her I never said, I wanted to cancel. She did eventually recover with her tone and attitude but for one split second I was indeed going to cancel because of her. The sales rep Mark on the other hand was excellent. So I will give them a try, and see how my lawn looks, especially after seeding.

They do good work in Medford, good customer service as well. Military discou not would be nice, but I havent had a better experience with any other lawn care company.

Weve had Natural Lawn service our lawn for at least three years now and our lawn has never looked better. Our neighbor fertilizes his own lawn applying four applications through the spring to fall, pays a lot more for the bagged fertilizer and has to do all the work himself. We spend less and have a better looking, healthier lawn. The flea and tick spray works great, also.

Richie takes care of our lawn and does a great job! He takes pride in his work and it really shows.

I started using Naturalawn this year, and am very pleased so far. The lawn looks great, and the price is lower than organifc lawn care companies. The communication with the customer is especially good, they keep me well-informed. On the last visit, the technician, Derek, took time to provide a thorough explanation of what he was doing.

I dont write reviews often, only when truly warranted. At first I was concerned as I wasnt seeing the results I wanted (right away). Now into my 3rd season with them and my lawn looks fantastic! I had some concerns recently and addressed them with my lawn tech, Mike F. Too many weeds and bare spots (mainly in the backyard). He treated the weeds and threw down some extra seed on the bare spots. I didnt realize extra seeding and weeding was included but I wasnt charged extra. My advice is to let them know your concerns as they will take care of things! Great company, I highly recommend!!

Going into my 3rd year with Natural Lawn & lawn really starting to look very good. Learned that patience switching from years with other providers is required. The treatment from the technicians is above average . Last treatment from Tarik reflected the concern the Natural Lawn team has to satisfy customers. Even the manager Brad has given a personal touch to the service by just coming to site several times to discuss concerns & evaluate lawn condition. Very pleased & recommend service 100%!

The technician Mike is very good and does a nice job on my lawn. The woman who you have answering the phone not so nice. She talks down to you as if you know nothing about your lawn. I have used this service for years, with happy results, and have never had a person on the phone talk to me like that. I think this person should have some customer service training. I have dealt with her twice and both times she talked to me like I was stupid. I am not, thats why the 4stars. I like that the service is natural . I dont call very often but I would like to be treated like I matter and not like its a real problem for her to take the time to talk to me, I do pay in advance so maybe next year I go to another company where they care more , but Mike is very nice and all the techs before have been great.

I had another positive experience with Natural Lawn this week. The company has consistently called a few days in advance of my next lawn treatment (per my request), the serviceman Richie is always considerate of my pool, the landscaping and cleaning up when treating my property and he offers valuable advise for keeping up with my lawn.

So happy with how my lawn is shaping up! Quentin set a weed treatment followup after his first visit and was there bright and early that morning. Happy.

Great service. I have had the lawn service for a couple years and the lawn is thick with minimal weeds. The techs are very professional and get the job done quickly. I recently started the flea and tick service. Sean Riley came out and did a excellent job: quick and professional.

After 8 days of straight rain I had my first treatment. There wasnt one mosquito for 4 days. We have a stream and heavy woods behind our house so 4 days without one was exciting for us. Then that 4th night they started coming back. I called the next morning and without any hassle or a million questions they scheduled me for a no cost service spray. This morning, Kesler Jean came out and we talked about the stream and the woods and he paid extra attention to those areas. He really listened to what my concerns were and assured me he would focus on them. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with naturalawn and their associates. We will definitely continue service throughout the season and recommend to everyone we know! Thank you for allowing my kids to have fun in their yard again!

They provide very good customer service! Whether I call with questions or ask my service rep, Chris, about my lawn they are helpful and prompt to reply.

Just started with NLA this year. Had 3rd application 2 weeks ago and Quentin J. explained what I should be seeing over the next couple weeks. (My lawn was not in very good shape and had been neglected for years.) As weeds began turning brown in some spots I thought I should see similar results in other areas. I called NLA to explain what I m seeing and a follow up visit was immediately set up. Quentin returned today and reapplied to many areas throughout the lawn. I have to say that I m happy to have received an immediate response to my concerns. Customer service is obviously important to NLA and my thanks to Quentin for his due diligence in caring for my lawn so far. I m already seeing improvement.

Ive used a number of lawn services, but have never had the attention and results Ive seen with NaturaLawn. They alert me when they are coming to make sure it works for me. My tech, Chris, takes the time to explain exactly what he is doing, and always asks if I have any questions or concerns. And since my dog practically lives outside, I feel better using natural materials. Most important, the lawn looks great!

I use Natural Lawn and my technician is Richie and he is terrific!!! I wont use any one else! He goes above and beyond to make my lawn look good! Hope he never leaves this company!

Chris came today for our monthly service and noticed the lawn was dried out in patches. He quickly diagnosed that we had over fertilized those areas; we had used our own fertilizer to kill weeds but it had actually killed those areas of grass. He directed us to rake out the fertilizer in those areas and said he would be back the following week to spread grass seed in those areas, even though it was our fault. He was very knowledgeable about what happened, what products to avoid and how to assist us with a solution. He took his time in assessing the situation, explaining what he believed the problem was and answering all questions.

Richie did an extra good job in treating our lawn. Took the time to explain what he was doing and why he was doing this.

I ve been using these guys for 3 years and overall I m pretty happy. My lawn was suffering from a decade of neglect from the previous owners. With natural lawn care the results take longer but supporting business that are environmentally centered is important. The lawn technicians are always very friendly and knowledgeable. The phone reps are also friendly and motivated. Based on the results of my lawn, 2 of my neighbors have switched to using them as well.

Ive been using Naturallawn for a couple of years now and Ive been very happy with the results. This year I adopted a dog and signed up for their flea & tick control program. Sean Riley has been great, he checks in before each treatment to be sure that the dog is inside (even though the treatment is not harmful to her) and gives me details on where hell be applying and how often. He also asks about the overall lawn health if he sees something out of the ordinary so he can make sure its handled with the next lawn visit. I definitely recommend their work.

NaturaLawn do a great job keeping my lawn looking as good as it can be, given the extremes of the NJ summer weather patterns (I dont have sprinklers). This will be my fourth year with them. They - and in particular Quentin J - are always very helpful in explaining what they are applying that day and why. Thanks for the great service, guys.

This is my fourth season with NaturaLawn and my lawn has never looked better. It took until the second season for the lawn itself to recover from a few years of poor fertilizing and weed overgrowth, but now its one of the best in the neighborhood. I love that fact that they use more environmentally friendly treatments for lawn care. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because the second season I used them, they automatically debited the seasons fee of over $700 in March, without giving me notice. I had to scramble to move some money around to avoid bouncing checks. I have since removed by bank information and call them each March to arrange for specific dates they will withdraw in installments. They have done so without issue, which has been helpful. More than pleased with the service, overall!

I have been a NaturaLawn customer for the past two years. The technicians and customer service are incredible. They are readily accessible for questions and come out of there is a problem or concern the same week. This year we signed up for the Mosquito program. I was extremely skeptical if this program would actually work. My family always came in with huge mosquito bites after being outside, especially at dusk and early evening. I have to say that NaturaLawn has exceeded my expectations. The Mosquito program took about three weeks to work but I no longer see any mosquitoes around my property and we have not been bit in weeks. I would readily comment how the mosquitoes in Mullica Hill look like birds on my screens. I have not seen one in weeks. My son was asked to tend to my neighbors flowers and garden while they were on vacation. They live in a property right behind our yard. The first day he came back with 11 (yes 11) bites all on his arms and legs. This is a true testament on how effective the program has been. He has not been bit in our yard in over a month. I cant speak enough about how impressed I am at the technician (Sean Riley) for the mosquito program and our lawn care specialist (Rich). The company has been exceptional to deal with and I cant recommend them enough.

This is my third season with Naturalawn and Im very happy with the service and how my lawn looks. I tried another natural lawn company for several seasons prior to Naturalawn and my lawn looked horrible. There were weeds everywhere. Prior to that, I used a non-natural popular lawn company and my lawn always looked burned. Im happy with the mix of natural products and weed control only where it is needed..

Sean Riley has been the person doing the spraying for mosquito and tick control. Im usually asleep when he does it. He leaves informative invoices. Ive had some bites in the beginning, but so far so good this week. I hope it works. I am mosquitoes favorite food.

Kesler Jean is very professional and excellent at his job. He treats our property every two weeks using Natural Lawns mosquito treatment. We have experienced so much relief since our applications. At the end of two weeks we do notice a slight increase in mosquito activity but Kesler is usually out the next day to treat our property! Excellent service, I would highly recommend!

This was our first year with Naturalawn and were unsure of what to expect. They did a great job keeping us informed, as well as taking care of our lawn. Richie, our service rep, has gone above and beyond to make sure our lawn was healthy and green while helping me understand my role in all the maintenance. I would recommend Naturalawn to anyone who needs an expert in lawn care.

I hired them to do my lawn service, the very first time out they missed a big piece of my property and had to come back out. They came out a few more times to do other applications and they did it another time and had to come back out again. When it came to coming out and ereating and seeding they did my neighbors yard and never touched mine. That was the last straw! After 5 or so applications my lawn didnt look any better then it did the year before when I was doing the applications of fertilizer and weed prevention that I was buying from Lowes. They were very apologetic but at that point I was done with them. NEVER again with NaturaLawn of America!

After years of neglect and now several years of NaturaLawn, my lawn is finally weed free and almost where I would like it to be. Today and a few other times this season I have been home when your technician, Tarik Mclean, has provided service. Each time, Mr Mclean has listened to my concerns and then explained how he would address them. He has always been pleasant and professional, and obviously takes pride in a job well done. Thank you!
