Disappointing Experience with Turf Pro: Inflated Pricing and Unwillingness to Address Customer Concerns As one of the original customers of Turf Pro following their acquisition of American Pro Turfs' book of business, I had initially been satisfied with their services. However, my recent experience with Turf Pro has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. After moving to a smaller property last fall, I expected my lawn care costs to decrease accordingly. To my surprise, Turf Pro provided an estimate that was significantly higher than what I had paid previously, despite my new property being only 1/3 of an acre versus my previous property being 1/2 acre. Upon questioning the basis of this pricing, I discovered that they had calculated my property size at an inflated 7000 sq ft. Despite my insistence that this measurement was inaccurate, Turf Pro stood by their assessment and refused to revisit the property for remeasurement. It became apparent that they were unwilling to address my concerns or provide a fair resolution. This refusal to acknowledge their mistake and rectify the situation reflects poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction. Subsequent estimates from other providers confirmed my suspicions, with the actual size of my property measured at around 4500 sq ft. It is evident that Turf Pro's inflated square footage was a deliberate attempt to charge me a higher price, disregarding fairness and transparency in their pricing policies. As a result of this disappointing experience and Turf Pro's unwillingness to rectify the situation, I have been forced to seek lawn care services elsewhere. It is regrettable that Turf Pro has chosen to prioritize short-term profits over long-term customer relationships, ultimately losing my business due to their unethical practices. I urge potential customers to exercise caution when considering Turf Pro for their lawn care needs, as my experience highlights their lack of integrity and disregard for customer concerns. We've been using Turf Pro Plus for 8+ years (and in 2 different houses) and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them. My lawn is greener and fuller than all of my neighbors and it's all because of them. They are courteous, prompt, communicative, and have always quickly responded to me when I have questions or concerns. I'm happy to say that I have the nicest lawn on my street because of them. Over the last couple of years, I had tired other service to keep my lawn free of weeds and healthy. I even went the organic route. I was disappointed every time. I called Turf Pro Plus and I am happy I did. Their service has been awesome. My lawn has not looked so good. They have done a great job! If you have been struggling with your lawn, call them. You will happy you did.
