We used Must Lawn for a clean-up service for our residential real estate. The work was fantastic, but I think the handling of the difficult situation says a lot about the type of company. Originally the proposal had 2 hours of clean-up, but the job ended up taking much longer (~8 hours). Before starting, since we aren t local, we requested intermittent communication regarding the job status, pictures of the site, and follow up if more time was needed. Must Lawn reached out at the end of the job with an invoice for 4x the original number of hours. They also did not provide photos of the site or communicate the status. We were extremely unhappy with the service and connected with Griffin directly. Griffin acknowledged the mistakes and apologized for the lack of communication. He asked what he can do to make the situation right and we were able to come to mutually agreeable terms as remedy. Griffin took our feedback very seriously and we were ultimately very happy with the service. We will be using them in the future for our other properties.

Must Landscaping did a wonderful job redoing our landscaping. I was originally in the process of working with a larger local landscaping company and it was not a good experience. I happened to walk past a Must truck working in our neighborhood, reached out via their website and immediately received a call from Griffin. He came out about a week later, emailed the proposal and scheduled the work for a couple weeks later. The crew did a great job with removing the old bushes, planting the new ones and cleaned up well. Very happy with the entire process and would recommend to anyone with landscaping needs!

Since moving to Cincinnati Must Lawn has been helping us with weekly cuts as well as a full yard cleanup/landscaping project. They have been reliable and doing a great job on each project. Must clearly communicates when they are going to arrive via text/email, and allows invoices to be viewed/paid online which is convenient. Griffin is great to work with and takes customer satisfaction seriously - for example, when the fiber optic company left an exposed cable in our yard and it was accidentally hit by mowing equipment, he had the company come and repair the cable within hours and clearly communicated with me. Looking forward to continuing to work with Must moving forward.

After being taken advantage of by another lawn care company this Summer, I turned to Must Lawn & Landscaping to do the job. Job included complete clean out of overgrown flower beds, weed removal, refreshing rock beds and mulching. I should have just gone with them from the start! Quick and easy communication, fairly priced, and professional completion of work.

The short: I had a spectacular experience with Must! Easy (and modern) communication, reasonable pricing, and top notch work. Griffin is super smooth to work with, and he s accommodating, and fair. He went the extra mile to talk us through pricing and worked with me to find a solution that was the best for fit us. The long: We contracted with Must to take over lawn care for my aging parents, and to address some seriously overgrown honeysuckle, ground cover, trees, bushes, etc. covering the front of the house. It was the same story for the side of the house facing the main road, which was unceremoniously left to my parents to take care of after the builder hightailed it out. As requested, Griffin and his team went at the job hard and cleared out everything, cutting back trees, removing weeds, the works. It looks like a different yard. I was stunned how much they got done in so little time, and how thorough they were. I m so glad that I happened upon Must if you are thinking about it and are on the fence, don t be. They ll take great care of you.

Griffin Must has a very well run business. He offers complete landscaping services for a fair price. Quality is the most important trait for us. I received a postcard in the mail in early spring and made an appointment with Griffin. We walked my yard and he took pictures of specific areas that I noted. With my quote the pictures and notes were attached. We have lived in the house for over 30 years. Many of those years I did the weeding, mulching and trenching myself. Other years I did just the weeding a landscaping trimming/maintenance. We are super happy with his teams hard work and effort over 2 days to make everything look perfect. Every day, i received a reminder in advance because we had a 1 day gap between the work. Our shrubs, bushes and trees that we specifically requested were meticulously shaped Griffin regularly followed-up with me to get our thoughts. We made a few changes for next year. His team was not shy to ask questions throughout the job. They will be providing a monthly weeding service and fall clean-up service. During the monthly weeding service, they will take care of anything that needs attention. We received quotes for all work, but the final bill with be based on Time and Materials which is fair. I highly recommend Must Landscaping and will continue to use them.

Griffin s crew did my parents yard. The mulching crew was efficient and the beds look good. Griffin was easy to communicate with. Unfortunately part of our bill was for edging beds, and this wasn t needed as it was already completed before the mulching, but we still paid for it. Just want to highly highly recommend Griffin and his Team. Just purchased home and back yard looked daunting and hard to get a grasp on. Couple of the hardest working I guys Lervin and Abner showed up and literally peeled back a half an acre of land. They took out leaves and branches out of the back in a day. It was unbelievable how they worked together and literally cleaned everything up so quickly. Griffin is extremely professional and sent proposals in PDFS which I loved and made the whole process transparent and super easy. We switched to Must Lawn & Landscape this season after 4 years with our previous service provider and have been thrilled with the change. Must L&L does great work, they dont overcharge, and Griffin is an outstanding communicator with great accountability. During the first few months of service set up at our property he personally inspected the work being done and found many things that needed to be corrected that I wouldnt have noticed. He also consistently reaches out for feedback and immediately corrects any issues that dont meet quoted expectations. The mowing crews took a few mows to get used to the property lines, but now mow constantly and dont miss spots like the previous company we worked with. The crews that come out for ad-hoc jobs and clean ups always check in before and after to make sure we are happy with the work that was done and check if there is anything else they can do (shout out to Devin and his crew for the great job laying landscape rock around our beds). Couldnt be happier with Must L&L. You wont find a business that will do perfect work every time but its very rare to find a business these days like Must L&L that both does great work and takes personal accountability to fix any issues to ensure the work they do is great. Must L&L does it the right way.

Must Landscaping did a huge yard clean out for me. Removed dead bushes, cleaned beds, Removed large weeds, cleared overgrown fire pit area and edged everything. The staff was wonderful too on a very hot long summer day. I was actually shocked when I arrived back home not expecting anything even close to what I imagined. It is so rare these days to actually say you got what you paid for and even more. Must Landscaping is a rare find in an age of minimum amount required, and too often less. I sent a quote request and received a response very quickly. Our property was added to the schedule that week. They started a cleanup job when they said they would, and did an excellent job!!!!! They paid attention to all the little details, some I never asked them to take care of. Griffin Must was in constant contact from start to finish! He contacted me after the job was completed to make sure I was satisfied! I highly recommend them!

Estimate was off by over $1000. Misleading billing practice, coincidentally the difference between the final invoice and original estimate was separated between two invoices. Also failed to disclose the additional tax on landscaping in Ohio.

10/12/23 Another beautiful job done by Devon and Alesandro, employees of Griffin Must of Must Lawn and Landscape Company. They even planted my daffodils at the end of the project. These guys are super nice and ready to help. If you need yard work done, call Griffin Must. He runs his business professionally and is ready to tackle any project. As you can see by the pictures, the scale going down to the creek needed defining and the grass was always wet there. So we asked what would help it look better with less grass to cut. Now, as the autumn leaves fall, the ground will be a beautiful backdrop. The fun thing is I asked Devon to surprise me about where he planted the daffodils and crocus. Ill find out in spring! Griffin Must has a wonderful lawn and landscaping business. His team, Dustin, Herbie, and Ryan were friendly, polite, professional and knowledgeable. They did a beautiful job on our big yard (with many landscaping beds) doing spring clean-up. This job was so comprehensive with shaping bushes, cleaning up ground cover, removing weeds, removing and repurposing river stones in areas of our yard and weed preventative granules. On Griffins recommendation we chose pine straw (needles) instead of traditional mulch that makes the beds look really tidy. We also use Must for our grass cutting. With their equipment they are getting the yard in much better shape than last year when we used a different company. If you want a business that listens, is on time, does what you agreed upon, an follows up after every visit to see if youre happy with the work theyve done then call Must Lawn & Landscaping.

A terrible experience with Must Landscape. We paid for yard clean up that was never completed. They missed huge areas of mulch and it took over a month for them to come back. We still have areas missing mulch. 75% of our bushes and beds were not cleaned up. We essentially paid for the most expensive mulch ever. We paid for weekly weeding which never occurred. We received frequent texts that they ran out of time and would have to do our yard on a different day and texts that stated I m so busy, I can t keep up. After 2 months of empty promises we fired this company.
