Hired kings cut for a landscaping job. He is a nice polite person to work with. However there were several things i wish he could work on. 1. Please be considerate of people's time. He will say some time to come and wouldn't show up. It took much longer to finish the job as he will keep delaying things. 2. Deliver what you quote: I hired him for tree removal. He couldn't remove it and left the stump in my yard. I specifically hired him to remove the whole tree. 3. Stop unnecessary promises: he said that he will fix the stump and never did. Overall, i wouldn't recommend him for any complex job. Smaller jobs such as mowing is OK.
Cortez does an amazing job. After the work is complete it looks like a crew of 6 was on his team. My yard looks like a picture out of a magazine. Very professional and highly recommended.
