To whom it may concern: Upon reviewing my finances for the year Iknew I had to cut back on some services. I called the Experigreen number and talked to Geanice. Her name actually was very indicative of who she was. Geanice was very nice to talk to. She understood my circumstances and guided me as to how to cut back on my expenses without totally eliminating my services...something I thought Id end up doing. The information she provided helped me to make the right decision for my financial picture yet still retain services I wouldnt have otherwise. Thank you again Geanice.

I definitely would recommend ExperiGreen to anyone who is looking for a lawn care service. I have had other lawn services but my lawn has never looked better since ExperiGreen has been treating it. They are very knowledgeable and professional and keep me well informed through email. I appreciate that I always receive a call when they are coming to care for my lawn and leaving a detailed description of what service is being applied.

Spoke with Michell this morning about setting an Account Login in order to Prepay for the coming year. Michelle was extremely helpful and friendly.

I made the mistake of using auto-pay for service. They kept charging me for services that were never authorized and then started charging me for services that were never performed. I had them take me off of auto pay and then started sending bills for services that were not done. I talked to the office 7 times and they said they would send me a revised invoice. They never did and then I got a notice from the collection agency still wanting me to pay for more services that they didnt do. The yard looked worse than it has in 30 years when I was paying Experigreen.

I like this company. It is a pretty large company geographically spread, but they have a local office and my lawn expert, Ben F., is local. Super reliable. Tells us before he comes out. Always makes a recommendation or two to help the lawn. Neighbors always comment how good my lawn looks. Ben and Experigreen are a big part of it.

The service from ExperiGreen is excellent! I have used them for years and have always been satisfied. All the technicians are well trained.

This is not a reflection regarding the technician that came out to do the work, but an overall concern with ExperiGreen. Why do an application when the yard is clearly covered with leaves? Had I received 24/48hr notice that service was coming, I would have cleared them up to improve the success of the application. This happens too often.

Excellent and conscientious service by Desmond. We recently aerated and overseeded our lawn. Desmond noticed this and took the time to explain the risk to the new grass if he performed the intended weed treatment. We took his advice, and he just fertilized the lawn instead. I really appreciate his attention to detail and watching out for us!

Copy of my review from their West Chester location. This will be my familys last year with Experigreen. We were customers of Organic Turf Company starting in 2015 prior to the Experigreen merger. Since the merger, our experience has been progressively worse and worse. Technicians have been shown up at all hours of the day with no notice (as early as 7am). Sales calls have been aggressive and borderline hostile. Organic Turf Company was a wonderful company that cared about its customers, Experigreen doesnt seem to. To top it all off, their products dont seem to help my lawn. My regret is that it took me this long to stop giving Experigreen my money.

I was not notified that you wanted to reschedule the service for today. There are large branches down from the storm. The yard is a mess and is a swamp. Why would you service the yard in that condition? What a waste! Not happy.

The only comment I would like to make perhaps before he starts his work he should ring the doorbell, introduce himself, and tell the homeowner (briefly) what he will be doing. I spoke with Dale after he was finished and while he was packing up. He easily answered my questions.

I have been using ExperiGreen (formerly Organic Turf) for a few years and the service is great. The results of the lawn treatments are highly noticeable and my yard looks much better.

David is an excellent Experigreen tech!! He was very professional and courteous. And he did a thorough job when treating my lawn. He answered all my questions about weeds and crabgrass, and even showed me other types of grass growing in my yard (i.e. Dallas grass) which I had never heard of before. I appreciate the time he spent explaining the various types of grass and tips to help keep my lawn looking nice. Very knowledgeable!

Dandelions are gone which is great, but still have a lot of crab grass after 3+ months of lawn treatment. Is this normal?

I switched to ExperiGreen this year as their pricing was better than others I had gotten quotes from. I have never had so many weeds! I use them for mosquito control too, but cant walk into my yard for 2 minutes without feeding at least 10 of them. Apparently telling the techs when they come out is not enough to get it remedied. So I cancelled my contract. It was only then that they wanted to send someone out to assess (for free) my lawn. I was told early in the season my lawn had a fungus and they would handle it. Here we are Sept and my lawn still has it.. and weeds. And now they tell me that fungicide isnt covered with my current plan and I need to pay an additional $100+ for them to apply it. Um, no. I refuse to pay another penny to this company that didnt provide the service I paid for in the first place. Shame on me for waiting until now to cancel. Lesson learned.

I had a wonderful experience signing up for ExperiGreen! It was very easy to get started and Matt was quick to respond and answered all of my questions on the phone.

I was not able to be home when Travis came today so that contributed to my issue. My issue is that I had a very specific thing I wanted him to look at which was barn grass and a patch that was resodded on the side of the house. I dont know if he addressed that issue or not. Furthermore I dont know what else he did in relation to my regular service today. I usually get a report afterwards saying what he did but I dont seem to have that today. If you could forward that report to me Id be glad to respond. Thank you. Im very concerned about this barn grass being introduced back into my yard. It was an unspeakable mess when we moved in a couple of months ago. Travis did a good job with that but Id like this other patch addressed as well and as aggressively. Ill be glad to change my rating when I see the report.

How in the world can you mess up which yard to treat??? You sprayed my neighbors yard instead of mine and she had just had her yard treatment done by her lawn treatment company . Her yard is now ruined and I am livid !! Cancel all future treatments and obviously you need to credit my account and. Contact my neighbor asap! Oh wait I just called you and questioned this and you never told me you were closing early so now we have a 4 day weekend before getting this resolved ! I signed up for a 5 Round perimeter pest control program earlier this week. Received a text notifying me yesterday a technician would complete Round 1 today. Dale arrived in the afternoon and proceeded spraying all around our house. My wife arrived home as he was finishing up at which time Dale gave her a full report. Were hopeful we will soon see a notable reduction in the number of ants, spiders, and the many webs we had been noticing around the house, more so than in previous springs.

Since we have been using your service, our yard looks wonderful. The neighbors are jealous.

He reinforced the action of cutting the grass shortly before the fertilizer application, as the grass is able to absorb the fertilizer more readily.
