Hummer Lawn & Snow in Cicero

after watching Hummer lawn Co. mow my neighbor's lawn today, I would not use this company. I wish took photo or video. The guy mowing the front had that mow machine going as fast as it could, whipping around corners. I even watched him do a couple wheelies, (lifting the front of mower off ground). seemed careless to me.

Hummer Lawn has been the best company we've used, and we will continue to be a repeat customer in the Cicero area! Their staff is courteous and respectful to our lawn & landscaping, and it always looks great after they're done! Even with the wet weather & delays, they made up for it by taking their time and not tearing up our lawn (which has happened in the past with other lawn companies). Highly recommend!

Hummer came in with the low bid out of the three local Landscape Companies to replace our front walk. They replaced the walkway according to the specifications I requested. The walkway came out beautiful under the direction of their Craftsman, Brian. Mike was easy to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

My HOA pays thousands of $$$ to Hummer. My husband called this morning to see when they were coming (7:45 a.m.) and they told my husband it was pretty sad that he couldn’t shovel 3” himself! The snow was 5” deep.

We hired Hummer Lawn and Snow last winter for snow removal, our first time in doing so. They were always on time, did a great job throughout the season. We will be hiring them again this winter.

Mike was great to work with. He was responsive and very helpful. He and his crew did a great job with the removal of our mulch and replacing it with stone.

Hummer Lawn and Snow did an excellent job with our landscaping overhaul. Beautiful installation of new walkway pavers, wonderfully hand selected plants and new stone landscaping! Mike took the time to make sure he knew exactly what we were looking for and answered all of our questions when it came to picking out plants that best suited our preferences. His whole team was very professional and efficient. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for any of their services, one of the best in the area in what they do!!!

I've hired multiple plowing services over the last 30 years for a rental property I own. Many of them have been hit or miss, some caused driveway damage and are now mostly out of business. Over the last two years Hummer has taken care of my property the way I would do it myself if I still had my plow truck. Reliable pre-dawn plowing, no driveway damage, all lawn scrapes promptly repaired and re-seeded in good order. I regularly recommend Hummer to anyone looking for reliable and careful snow removal, and I'm probably going to hire his crew to maintain the lawn when I'm out of town or my mower is down. Good business people.
