I recently contracted 2 jobs for tree removal at our property and my parents property. I used them years ago from a trusted friend who referred them to me, and I will continue to use them for any tree service needed. The entire experience is top notch from the quote to the finished job. Their attention to detail is impressive and they keep the area clean with no traces of work being done. All of their crew members are respectful, polite and professional. They take great care in ensuring that your property and neighbors property is safe and kept clean after the job is completed. Will definitely continue to use them and confidently refer them to my friends and family.

I saw the team working on a neighbors house when I was on a walk. When I went by again, I was impressed with how quickly they made progress on trimming the trees and removing the hedges. I ask them for a quote to remove one of my palm trees. I received a written quote in 30 minutes. It was very reasonable, so I asked if they could do the work the same day. I knew it was a long shot. They said they could! After they finished my neighbors yard, they moved the team and equipment over to my home. The palm was down, stump ground and all the debris was gone in less than an hour. This team is fast and at the same time careful to make sure they dont cause any damage. This is a family business and its clear that they all like working together. I will definitely use this company in the future.

Jose and his team were very professional from beginning to end of the project. When he came out to look at the trees, he photographed them with his ipad and we discussed exactly how they would proceed. He left me with a good understanding of the work they would do. We scheduled the work very soon, and they communicated their timing well. They arrived on time and worked efficiently. Jose and his crew were friendly and conscientious. Excellent service, reliable and good prices.

Proposal was clear, thorough, well thought out and price-competitive. I received quotes from four others, but the others all ignored the health of our trees. Higuera was far more knowledgeable and careful about their approach. Work was done on time, in a very professional manner, and results were exactly as expected. Nearly two months later and after a few violent storms, our six mature trees are still looking great.

Higuera trimmed two ficus trees for us. They were on time, did an excellent job, and cleaned up afterward. I will definitely call them again.

The experience with Higuera Tree Care was wonderful. The crew showed up on time and in three quarters of a day my front yard of multiple trees was transformed into a landscape of beauty. Each tree was attended to with care and expertise. The silhouette and foliage of my ficus trees look like lace and my other trees have been trimmed and cleaned perfectly as well. My trees look happy and beautiful. I cannot stop looking out of my window to admire them and this brings me joy everyday.

I have seldom done business with such a great company. When I asked for an estimate he was here the same day. When they came out they spent 3 hours trimming and pruning my 5 fruit trees. I have asked them to notify me every year so they can come back and keep the trees healthy.

Higuera tree care is the best. Just finished some long overdue trimming and cleanup in the front and back trees. This is the third time we have used them and we have been satisfied every time. Impressive customer service and timeliness. About the service: very quick and organize; I have a bit of issue with some of the husk are not removed completely and the trim wasnt very please to the eyes. The tree service owner called me right away and we sorted it out. One original worker and the clean up guy stay back and make sure everything look good. I assume the other 2 guys rushed to the next job. Given that there are 12 palm trees, it was a positive experience overall. I do have a suggestion: train your worker in palm trees husk trimming. If first cut didnt come out right, then they will probably have to stay back and climb those tree again to make it right. That was an extra hour of going back and forth that we didnt need today because some of the cut needed rework. Lucky that Im a pretty easy going person; some perfectionist clients might make it harder to please. And the longer the workers have to be up on the tree to rework the trim, the more risky it is; so do it right the first time and everybody happy. Dont get me wrong, Higuera Tree Care is excellence at what they do. Im just pointing out a very minor thing that can improve to be the top dog! Also for future prospectives: cold water, some snacks go a long way. Will I use Higuera again? Its a likely yes.

Great service and excellent job. Trimmed my palm tree beautifully. I wasnt clear on some hedge trimming ideas, but they came back a few days later and it now looks great! I would recommend them for any tree or yardwork

I contacted Higuera Tree Care to cut down three large eucalyptus trees that overlooked a small canyon in our backyard. They had the best priced estimate compared to the other companies we contacted. What I loved about Higuera Tree Care was that the person they sent to do the estimate took the time to carefully assess the trees and terrain and broke down each and every piece of equipment and service needed to complete the job with an easy to read quote. They arrived exactly as scheduled and finished the job promptly. The team was professional and courteous. The trees were right next to my fence and nothing was damaged! They even took care not to crush some smaller trees that I wanted to keep. They did an excellent job cleaning all of the debris and left my backyard looking even better than I had it before (seriously, I had bark all over the place and they swept it all and made it look neat). I would absolutely hire Higuera Tree Care again for any tree related work needed.

Family run, there is great pride and caution when they come. They review what we talked about originally from the quote to make sure that I understand what my trees are going to look like at the end my goal for shape or looks or how much thinnned. They work in teams and always come fully prepared. They shred everything on site and there isn t a leaf left on the street. I have been using them for about 3 years now, and will continue.

Hernan at Higuera Tree Care did an amazing job with his crew on our citrus trees. He was able to give a quote from pictures I sent him and though it turned out to be a bigger project than he expected, he honored the quote and did an amazing job on our back yard. Hernan showed up on time and left the backyard and street cleaner than he found it! I will definitely be using their service again when I need trimming done.

We ve used Higuera Tree Care for years and have come to rely on their prompt, professional service. Each time their crew comes at the appointed time and works quickly and efficiently. Hernan understands how trees and bushes should be trimmed to maintain good health and appearance (see before and after photos), and I always appreciate his recommendations. In the rare instance where he and his crew have neglected to tend to something we had agreed upon they return promptly and take care of the issue without complaint.
