Was looking around and ask a neighbor who they used to get their townhouse patio done because the other 2 estimates I got for pavers were way too expensive. Neighbor referred us to ALPHA TURF and spoke with Alex. Got a very good price compared to the others. Set an appointment for 2 days later and they got it all done the same day. Very fast and clean work. Extremely happy with the outcome.

Alex and his team did a terrific job. He laid out all of our options, made good suggestions, and worked with our budget. Once we established a schedule for the job, he and his team stuck to it and finished on time with no delays. I highly recommend them!

Overall, we were satisfied with the services provided and if 3.5 stars was an option, we would have given that. However, we were not willing to round up to 4 stars and heres why: - At least a 2-3 feet section of our wall was not completed because if added, our gate would not open completely. That said, when we first realized it was an issue, we brainstormed on ways to solve it and Alex said, dont worry, well figure it out. We feel that this is something that Alpha Turf should have planned ahead for and resolved under the contract price. - When it came to the last day of the project, it was still left unfinished and Alex just offered ideas of what we could do to finish the wall. He did not offer to come back to finish it or resolve the issue. - A few days later, Alex asked how things were going so I sent photos of several caps on the wall that were chipped. He and his crew came back and replaced about 1/2 of them (3 out of 6 that I pointed out.) - I mentioned the unfinished wall again to give Alex another opportunity to resolve the issue. However, he did not take the initiative to do so instead leaving the unfinished area for us to deal with at our own additional cost. The price was competitive compared to other quotes we received, but now my husband and I wonder if the issues described above would have been resolved by a contractor who charged a bit more. Alex was great at communicating and following up. He was a pleasure to deal with. We met in the morning when they arrived to talk about his plan for the day; we met several times during the day so that Alex could make sure things looked okay and also at the end of the day before they left so that he could tell me what they completed and the plan for the next day. Overall, we were satisfied and generally happy with Alpha Turfs work. We would recommend them to others with the caveat that we were somewhat disappointed for the reasons above.

Alex and his team were nothing short of amazing. In addition to having the best quote (out of five companies), they were very communicative and easy to coordinate with. All design ideas were respected and alternatives presented when I couldnt decide on something or didnt know what would be best. The materials quality is great. On top of everything, they did my entire yard project (turf and gravel with weed tarp and gopher wire) in ONE DAY. They picked everything up, put everything back, and even watered our garden while they were wetting down the newly laid turf! These guys are the real deal. Give them your money.

I can honestly say that I am shocked at how amazing the turf looks. It looks so real and was done with the utmost workmanship. Alex and his team had very fair prices and did an amazing job. I was skeptical as to how it would look at the end, but I am pleasantly surprised. He also was able to level out 3 different levels in the yard so it is one continuous level. Just amazing work!
