I consider 3 stars a moderate review. This 5 star indicates that I am very very happy with this company. They were prompt in communications (well done Amanda and Daniel), were spot on in their estimate (granted my project was simple. A single 100' 6' high privacy fence with gate) and were prompt and courteous. I will use them again in the future.
Great family company to work with! They quickly put up a privacy fence on one side of our house to block the 7 dogs next door. Now my 2 dogs can enjoy our yard! Great service and quote was close to actual price of the job. They took out our old chain link too. We’re super happy with their work and would definitely use them again if we decide to enclose the rest of the yard!
My experience with Smith’s was excellent from start to finish. They installed a beautiful privacy fence for my home and i would recommend them for any fence or lawn needs. Amanda was very professional and prompt with messages and planning.

Daniel and his team members are some of the nicest people I have met in Montgomery county! They came an installed a beautiful 6ft wood privacy fence around my property line and it looks amazing! They are very respectful and trustworthy! I can’t say enough good things about this company I will for sure be recommending them to everyone I know!
AMAZING!!! 100% recommend Smith Fencing. Very professional and very knowledgeable. We called and ask for the fence to be installed for our lab (she's is a big girl) and explained the reason we needed the fence (I had to have heart surgery) holding on to her is a task, they were very understanding and said they would have it up in time. They completed the fence on time and it's amazing! Mollie (our lab) loves her new "play pin" I can let her out to play and to enjoy herself without worry ! Thank you Smith Fencing we love it!

Smith’s Fencing takes great pride in their work - as they should! They communicated with me so well, replying to emails and texts promptly. They were friendly and easy to work with. And the entire job was completed so quickly. The fence is beautiful. It changed the entire look of my back yard! I couldn’t be more happy with the finished product.

They came out to measure for an estimate. They did not contact me with an estimate. They did not return my calls asking about the estimate. Poor business practices.

I set a appointment for 9:30am to get estimates for a privacy and chainlink fence. I rearranged my schedule for work just to accommodate the time given to me. I sat there waiting for 30 minutes for Daniel to show up and he never did. No call and no show I called several times to make sure he remembered the appointment that he setup with me but didnt get a answer. This is very unprofessional and I feel like he didnt care or consider the time I had to take out of my day.wasting my time. Well I guess it is not meant to be because if the business relationship starts off like this then it probably wouldnt work anyways.
I highly recommend these guys! They were so good to us and got our fence done in a timely manner. Very efficient and great work. Thanks for everything. Will definitely be calling them again for any future work.
My husband called them over a month ago to have a fence estimate done and the gentleman came out and measured and then we never heard from them again even when we reached out. I will pay more to another company that responds and follows through with their commitments
