I went over my lawn with the tech Nate, who was extremely professional and listened to what I needed done. He understood my situation and said he would make sure it was handled. I had a lot of weeds this year. I just had the application done, so I cant rate the company until I have results.

Josh and his crew were very good at ensuring our landscaping and hydro seeding was completed professionally and timely. The irritation system was also installed by Green Oasis and they did a great job too. Since that review back in May, we have contacted Green Oasis regarding approximately 25% crab grass and were told they would charge us an additional $600 to kill off the crab grass and $500 to reseed. We ended up doing it on our own for much less than that. The irrigation people have been to the house 3 times because the control box maintains 11 inches of water in it all times and the soil around it is spongy. They did not remedy the issue. They said they raised the valve box but when I checked it myself the box was still resting on the pipe in the ground. Now we were told it would cost us $125 an hour to have a person come back. Changing our rating to 1.

Rob Nicolet recently serviced my aging irrigation system. His expertise with irrigation was very apparent as he tackled the leaking valve and pipe. His work was neat and clean. When he left, the work area looked as good, if not better than when he arrived. We discussed/diagnosed the problem when he arrived and then as he worked, he took time to let me know what he was doing. I really appreciated his skill and competence. Thank you Rob! Green Oasis has been my lawn care provider for many years. I have always been very pleased with the services they have done. On April 25, 2024, Tony Otega, tech for Green Oasis completed irrigation spring restart and maintenance of my irrigation system. Tony is very friendly, professional, and knowlegeable. He not only restarted my system but checked to make sure all of the sprinkler heads were working, repaired what needed to be done with them and adjusted the heads to the correct spraying direction. He replaced the battery in the rain detector and repaired a soaker hose leak. When he finished, we asked him to program the timer for us which he did willingly. Green Oasis staff are always friendly and helpful. I have recommended them to several friends and family who have been just as happy with their services. Barb Knopps

The technician, Robert Nicolet, did a great job getting our sprinkler system ready for the season. He checked everything out, fixed a couple of minor problems and adjusted all the heads. He was very pleasant and easy to work with.

Never again. Was charged for the year for pest barrier spray services. Hornets, wasps, spiders, Asian beetles, and more. Its only been 2 weeks since the service and I have spiders in my doorways, shed, ants infesting my house and wasps making their way into my house. All I ask for is help because most companies are using call centers overseas and I like direct communication. The last company that did it for last 6 years I never saw a spider, wasp, or anything like that in sight. I feel as though the job was never done

If you want to spend all your money on snow plowing, you have found your place. We hired Green Oasis to do our business snow plowing on the north side of Eau Claire this past winter. We have a relatively small parking lot and like 6 squares of side walk. They service the big corporate business across the street from us so they didnt have to travel out of their way to come do our business. For the snow fall on December 16 we were charged $869.10 and then on December 22 we were charged another $501.50. We understood these were bigger snow falls but charging us $1300 for 2 snow plows is absurd. We were charged for 4 hours of shoveling time for one of the events. You could hand shovel our whole lot in under 4 hours. They also charged us for 5.5 hours of plowing. We have cameras and reported actual time spent here and they would not change their billing. They were difficult to bring concerns to. They didnt listen. We ended up changing services in January. We could afford to use them. Do not use unless you have a huge budget for snow removal.

Green Oasis has been taking care of our lawn and our sprinkler system for 8 years. They do a wonderful job and everyone comments on how nice our lawn look! They are very responsive and great to work with.

We had Green Oasis put in a pathway from the front of the house to the backyard. It replaced an old one we put in ourselves about 25-30 years ago. It is absolutely fabulous! The crew headed by Steve worked in 90 degree weather digging up the old path, some of the plants, hauling in dirt, landscape blocks and finally putting the plants back in and even disposing of some that didn t work out anymore. Great store with a good variety of products and very friendly service.

Passed one of their workers yesterday and within 15 feet you could smell nothing but the strongest body oder. Hygiene needs to be addressed. There is a HUGE difference between sweating outside smells and FOUL SoUR body Oder.

The quality of the product is ok. They do not listen when you ask for changes to the order. The ignored my requests on two different occasions. Their follow through is lacking and they do not listen.

Last fall we hired Green Oasis to do bat remediation at our home. They did the work and we paid them almost $3000. This spring the bats were back. When we contacted them they said they would refund the money. We agreed and now they wont return phone calls or emails. We were charged a lot of money for a process that didnt work. Update: They responded to this post and said that it was our fault as we didnt close openings around the edge of the door. The problem is and we told them, is that we have seen the bats leave from the eaves. Not the barn door. I would caution anyone from using them.

Overpriced, dishonest, poor customer service. We only used Green Oasis for their sprinkler blow out service. First year it was under $100, second year it jumped to $133, this year it was $289 (for 45 minutes of using an air compressor). When I inquired why the price doubled, I was told they didnt realize how many zones we had (understandable), so they had to increase the price. Yet they still said they were the cheapest in the area. A quick call and thorough discussion with RainMaster informed me their price for the same service was $159 (confirmed same number of zones). Ultimately Green Oasis price matched, but the customer shouldnt have to do this much work to get fair prices. When I expressed that, Green Oasis suggested I take my business elsewhere or rent a compressor and do it myself.

Always a fun time, bad for my plant addiction but it could be a worse vice.

Extremely happy with our experience with Ben and Green Oasis this past summer. Designed and executed on a re-do of 20+ year old landscaping throughout our tiered rock wall in front of our home. Also added accent lighting throughout. Several week project with the team working hard despite the July heat!

Lots of nice plants, flowers, knickknacks and cute clothing. Unfortunately the employee at the check out was a bit grumpy, kind of spoiled the shopping experience.

Great service always! They have done our lawn fertilizing, our lawn irrigation maintenance and they have updated some landscaping. Everyone is always friendly and they do a great job!

Back in September 2021 I requested someone come out from Green Oasis to give me an estimate on some landscaping, a retaining wall and to repair/replace deck. A Jason Stroschein came out to do the quote and said it would take a few weeks and he would get back to me. Fast forward to March17th 2022 I finally get an email from Jason with an estimate for work I didnt even want done. A 400sqft boulder wall that would cost over $14,500 to install. ( for this price I could buy used equipment and do the job myself) Sadly my business will go elsewhere, which is unfortunate because Oasis came highly recommended by locals in the area, and I love to support local businesses. I understand companies are short staffed and overworked right now but 6 months just to get a quote and then to quote me the one thing I said I did not want, I dont even want to know how long it would take for the work to be done if it takes 6 months to get a quote. Not a very professional company in my opinion.

Poor communication throughout entire business. Would not recommend this company for anything. Had lawn service with them for 5 years and we still dont have grass. Picture of brick wall...asked them to get topper blocks to finish the wall. THIS is what they did. Unbelievable.

In the Fall of 2011, we had Green Oasis install a lawn irrigation system at our residence. Since that time, we have experienced nothing but excellent customer service from the entire staff. Whether it has been technical questions, billing concerns, repair needs, or simply general advice about our system, I cant share enough positive comments about how Green Oasis has responded. Each year, their friendly and knowledgeable crew shows up on time for spring start up and fall blow out. Even though I know they are always very busy during those times, there is never any hesitation to answer questions or offer advice as needed. Excellent communication with all involved in our project. Landscapers, irrigation specialists, project managers all were extremely helpful and replied to all emails and answered questions promptly. We love the finished project !! Their designer matched the landscaping and patio to our home style perfectly.

I very much enjoy shopping here for gifts. However, the staff is NEVER friendly. Theres no greeting upon entry, offer to help locate something and upon check out, rude. Its such a disappointment.

Set appt for one zone not shutting off. Tech came said zone one was not shutting off. Replaced valve tested systen said it was working. False. System did the same thing. By the time anything could be done i had a different comoany come and diagnose system and then blew out system. They had a tech at my house without consent. Only reason i knew was he called and asked for garage door password to get to the control panel. I would not recommend this company.

The staff are friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Were planning to continue our business relationship with them and add lawn pest control solutions in 2023.

The team was very professional from start to finish. They did an excellent job of designing and landscaping around our home, taking into account the current style of our home. Mark, who designed the landscaping was very available and attentive to the project. The on site crew chief, Jared, was awesome. We had our garden areas pruned along with mulch and weed control applied. Our garden areas were a mess before Green Oasis started work. They cleaned up last years leaves and debris we had left on the garden areas. They then set out to prune all the overgrown plants and bushes and cleaned up that mess. Then applied mulch and weed preventer. All the garden areas and bushes in our yard looked fantastic when they finished. I havent seen these areas of our yard look so good in years. Thanks for the great work.

We requested a quote for a custom pergola off the back of our house. The day after they scheduled our appointment, the designer called us to tell us our project didnt sound like it was worth his time, and he had to pass. He didnt offer any alternative or suggest a different designer, he just cancelled our appointment without even meeting with us.

Green oasis build a retaining wall on a steep lake bank at my home. They did a great job, finished in the time frame they had projected and we re very easy to work with. Great company and people.

We have used Greener Grass for our lawn care needs for many years. They are very accommodating to our schedule and extremely helpful in addressing our questions. The technicians have all been friendly and professional.

Called to get a quote for aeration and over seeding plus sprinkler maintenance. Was told I would get a call the next day with a quote. Never heard back from anyone.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This lawn service should stop trying to be a Jack of all trades because it has taken them 5 scheduled visits to fix our sprinkler system - and we re still at square one. We were assured the sprinkler would be fixed in the spring. Summer is here, our grass is dead because of Green Oasis, and there s still no hope of the sprinkler getting repaired. Good luck having them even show up, of those 5 scheduled visits they have stood us up three times. The last appointment was scheduled for three weeks and I even called them on the day of the appointment to confirm they wouldn t blow us off *again*. I was assured they would be there and are sending out the head tech. Sure enough, despite confirming that they would indeed show up - they no called no showed .. AGAIN! Incompetent, unreliable, unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and find another company for you lawn care services.

Poorest customer service. Multiple appointments made for service calls, never showed up. I had to keep calling to find out why. Then came for sprinkler service and they never actually checked to make sure sprinkler heads were working. Just overall completely useless and a waste of my time and money. Still definitely not recommend them.

We signed up for weeds and fertilizer with aeration. The aeration was not scheduled until I had to call back in. The first application was hit and miss on mist the yard. The second application, we never were given a notification that they were coming and the guy showed up and sprayed my kids sprinkler and the hoses across the lawn but missed half of the front lawn. Called to cancel the service and the guy I talked to said that they do service calls for missed spots but I explained that I shouldn t have to keep calling each time they do an application. He refunded us the remaining 3 applications but said that since product was applied (even if spotty - his words) that he can t refund that but never bothered to send out a service call and I still got charged. Had to clean all our hoses and sprayers. Glad we have cameras to record this otherwise we wouldn t have known.

I moved back to the Eau Claire area about 6 months ago. Previously I had a great company to help my with my lawn maintenance / Landscaping. Didnt think I could find a better one here in the Chippewa Valley. Turns out I was wrong, Green Oasis is a real pleasure to work with. They have multiple ways to contact them. They are always on time. Theyre prices are reasonable. They are very professional/nice on the phone, and I have talked to many of their service representatives. I can give them a call and have them come and do a lawn fertilizer application. (If you buy the good fertilizer, and take in account your time to do it is about the same as their price.) I can also go on their website and do it right there, and pay for it right there! I can set up a schedule for them to come all summer long. When they are coming they send a text message to let you know. I was so impressed with them with these services that I am going to have them design and build some major landscaping projects on my property. I cant list all the good things about them here. Dont go anywhere else, these guys are it.

Also if I notice my lawn needs an application earlier than expected I call and they put me in for an ASAP Application. We started the multi-application lawn care for weeds and crabgrass ,fertilizer etc. We cannot beleive how the lawn has responded much greener and weed free. Waiting to see what the grass looks like in the fall. Amazing! Customer service is on top of it making sure we are happy with ourselves and questions are answered. Def recommend!!

This company is not responsive at all. We had great service from them in the past and thought we would have the same experience - not even close. On the positive side, the service technicians are very thorough and listen. They are professional and take the time to understand the customers problem and requests. However, the scheduling and office management seems to have many challenges. We requested a quote to add a couple of zones to our irrigation system as well as change the configuration. The technician came out and did an on-site visit, marking and flagging what needed to be done. We requested a quote both through the technician and then with a phone call to the office. They confirmed we would get a quote. A couple weeks went by and we received a call that installation was scheduled and the technicians would be out in a week. We told them we had not received a quote yet but would be happy to review one prior to the installation date. The response was that they would provide a quote immediately. On the day that installation was scheduled we still did not have a quote and the technicians never showed. Again we called them and were told that they cancelled the installation - but failed to let us know. Again, we requested a quote with the hope that we could get the work rescheduled and get a quote. Now, two weeks later, and several phone calls later, we still have no quote for the installation, the flags are still in our yard, and we now have decided that the hassle with this company is just not worth it. Very unfortunate. This was a well run company in the past but at this point I would not recommend them.

The place was absolutely beautiful and selection was wonderful but the checkout lady was EXTREMELY rude. My husband and I are both in customer service and go out of our way to be polite to everyone so there was no reason for it. Was there August 2nd between 2 and 3.

Had some landscaping done today, Mitch was my primary contact for the job estimate. The crew they sent out here was very professional and offered some great suggestions to our project. The results were better than expected. On time, on estimate and just great people to work with.

Went there to get some trees and perennials for the end of season best experience ever started out with a young man helping us to find a couple trees that we were looking for then ended up with a young lady by the name of Patty who was extremely knowledgeable and very very nice we ended up buying the trees we went to purchase as well as some perennials and our fall grass seed as well we learned so much we e definitely be back for more we were completely impressed and we are so excited to get all our plants and trees in the ground would definitely give this place a 10 if it was possible cant wait to go back to get more!!!

Great selection of plants and shrubs. Convenient carts to help get the plants to your veichle. Friendly staff that can help you get what you are looking for. Parking is a bit tight. Wish there was a road that looped around the building to be easier for bigger trucks or if you have a trailer. They have mulch but dont recommend getting any here til they are a bit more adamant about keeping it clean of the other colored mulch. Tried getting chocolate mulch twice and each time it had a lot of red mulch mixed in with it. Recommend if you are looking for a good variety of plants that suits your next garden/landscaping job.

He listened to our ideas and spent ample time to ensure things turned out well. The install crew was very friendly, flexible and efficient. Ive never felt welcomed in or spoken with a single friendly person working there. Honestly makes me not want to go in there strictly based on that.

Ive been an irrigation customer for 10+ years. The technicians are always friendly and knowledgeable. Staff also are quite helpful when I call to ask questions about lawn maintenance. Im having them handle my fertilizing this year, and I cant wait to see how awesome they will have my lawn looking.

not one regret having Green Oasis service my lawn. My lawn has never looked better! while weeds and dandelions prevail on both sides of my lawn and across the street. not one to be found in my yard. I have had a few people comment or ask what I use I my lawn. It was worth the investment to have them do it. I feel it is part of the investment of owning a home. to have pride in the lawn. Green Oasis has done a great Job. prompt service great customer support and communication.

Would not recommend them to anyone since I had very poor service. I prepaid in the spring to have my lawn sprayed for insects. It took until August for them to come(and that was after talking to them several times) and all they did was sprinkle some granules on some of the ant hills. VERY DISAPPOINTING

Maybe tailgating people on the freeway isnt the best way to advertise your business... licences plate greens something. Couldnt make it out as the guy sped past me on the way from chippewa to EC after I moved over. Mind you he was doing over 80mph... breaking two laws. How about get up earlier so you can make it to work on time bud?

I dont know who was driving the little Green Oasis car on Hwy 53 on 3/1/2017 around 4:45, but KUDOS!!!! and WAY TO DRIVE!!!! I drive that road daily and usually its really frustrating with people distracted with other things than paying attention to their driving! It can be INCREDIBLY frustrating!!! But yesterday, following the Oasis car--- smooth sailing; was obviously paying attention, was courteous to other drivers and was focused on getting where he/she was going! WAHOO! Ill follow you anytime! Good job and thank you!!!!

Green Oasis has serviced our yard for the past several years and has helped take it from a weed infested yard with numerous bare spots into a lush green inviting yard we are proud of. With suggestions and good advice from their we now have a beautiful yard.

We have used Green Oasis for several years, both at our former residence in Cadott, and now here in Eau Claire. We have been very pleased with not only their quick and courteous service but also the results on our lawn.

Green Oasis is a wonderful place for a person like me who knows nothing about landscaping. They came to my home, drew up the plans and even helped pick out the plants. After the project was finished Green Oasis was still very friendly with our calls and many questions. You will never know by looking at our beautiful yard now, that we know nothing about gardening.

I have used Green Oasis for my lawn care fertilization and weed control needs and have been nothing but impressed with the service. They stand behind their work and their customer service reps are top notch.

You get what you pay for as my grandma would always tell me. I love the boutique and flower shop and now is a place were I can get fresh oolong tea, Yummmm!

I called Green Oasis to take care of a weed problem in my yard, the customer service was excellent and their product really took care of the weeds. My lawn is the best it has looked and I am getting further applications of their product because of the results I have seen so far.

We have used Green Oasis for many years for our sprinkler system and have always been happy with the service. This year we signed up for the mosquito control and are happy to say that we have very few if any mosquitoes in the yard. Makes being outside much more enjoyable!

This is my first season with Green Oasis. We built a brand new house last summer and Green Oasis started our lawn last summer and they continue to take care of my lawn this summer. Started with Green Oasis the fall of 2015 and cannot believe the results. The grass is thicker and greener then ever. We had creeping charlie, dandelions, crabgrass and other assorted weeds in the lawn that have either been eradicated or minimized. The weather has been hot, humid and somewhat wet so the crabgrass is starting again but they come and take care of it. Very happy with the service and personal that comes and sprays. Excellent company.
