We switched lawn services this past year to Mission Green. We couldn t be happier. Our lawn has never looked better in the 40 years we have owned our home.

Javier took some extra time before overseedung to talk about a few problem areas on the lawn. Was helpful with suggestions for now and for next year. Did a great job aerating and overseeding.

My lawn looks awful very disapointed, so bad I cancelled my last 3 services. There is no refund either.

Javier did a great job with aeration and over seeding. Ran to an issue because the machine was too big to fit through my backyard gate but he was able to problem solve and reschedule the back yard aeration.

Scott is savvy: when he arrived, he observed that our lawn was covered by frost so he came back after it had defrosted in order to apply the winter prep. We thought that was quite a good move on his part.

They performed poor service. They treat for crab grass and other things and we have more crab grass now than before we started to use them. Our back yard is non existent now. In the spring our yard looked beautiful front and back. We will no longer be using there services. This is our opinion thats it. We have had crabgrass all summer, everytime your tech has been out he should see it and fix it. You perform a service it should be up to you to maintain it.

Dan was very attentive to the needs of my lawn all season. He also comminicates very well.

I have had this company for several years, last year I had more weeds & this year is so much worse! My front lawn looks so bad when a few years ago it was beautiful! I called last week & they sent someone today but I doubt the weeds will die since we had rain while they were spraying it! Very unhappy with their service it went from good to bad to the worst ever! I will be looking for a new company!

Since my last, not so positive review. I have been working with Angela and she has been very proactive in working with me to get my lawn back to the beautiful lawn previously. They (Jesse) came out, evaluated the lawn and treated it based on its needs and will continue to monitor its condition. Hopefully we are on the right track. Thank you Angela for stepping in.

I had recently complained of a browning of my lawn. Mission green responded immediately and had manager Jesse and atech out here literally the next day, explaining to me that the weather conditions have been ripe for fungus. So they gave me a free treatment and a free testing of the soil. Everybody I have dealt with at Mission green have always been very pleasant, and the owner is always very involved and wants to keep customers happy! This is just been a very bad summer for grass!

Had Jesse come up and take care of our service. Explain some issues I had going on with the lawn since we been dealing with all the rain and humidty plus my lawn from the previous owner planted bentgrass which is insane to deal with when it gets this wet and warm. Explained everything well and what to look out for. Recommended a few things that should help. Since we moved into area we had missiongreen and now 3 years later lawn gets better and better. With all plants and grass I takes time to get it exactly where you want it and we are pleased we have them for our lawn service

I have used mission green for the first time this year since they applied 2 applications and a grub I have noticed my yard is looking like a mushroom farm hundreds of mushrooms and lots of weeds in 40 years I never had my yard looking this way never one mushroom in a 15 mile radius neighborhood I do not see any yard with mushrooms we all have the same soil and water . . After calling in to address the issue I got nothing but excuses mushrooms are a sign of good soil lol. I asked the soil is all the same with my neighbors why don t they have mushrooms? Do yourself a favor thinks twice before they get to your lawn ontop of it alll they send out subs to do the treatments.

They really pushed for me to sign up for the program without seeing my lawn. I asked them to come inspect my lawn in person so I could talk to the tech and have it explained to me how they can help my lawn before I agreed to spend $400 on the program and said they would do that but it would cost $99. Poor customer service in that regard.

I would just like to say that. Ive been using these guys for quite a long time. And their service is outstanding. The product is exactly what they say. It is and does. And Ive had a dog and never found a tick on my dog and Ive never had a problem with my dog itching. Dude, to fleas or anything like that. I just have to say that I highly recommend these guys. And they dont question their product at all. Give it a shot. Its well worth your money. This is the best. I mean that Ive had do anything to my lawn. They really take pride in what they do.

This is our second season using Mission Green. We are so happy we switched to them from another leading competitor. Mission Green unlike the other companies we have used are very friendly and care about their customers. I love that they give us the same technician every visit (shout out to Dan and his great work!). They actually get to know your lawn and treat accordingly to what they notice throughout the season. Our lawn has never looked better thanks to Mission Green!

I ve had mission green service my lawn for several years now and the lawn just keeps getting better and better! Their customer service is top-notch! I ve had many compliments on my lawn and now family and friends use mission green and they all can t say enough positive things about them!

First year using them and started to see some decent results in yard, I really wanted to like this company. Unfortunately due to their bad and unethical business practices I will discontinue using them and not recommend to anyone. Lower prices doesn t always mean better service. For less hassle and not worry about getting ripped off you re better off using some of the bigger companies on the area.

Wonderful anti tick n mosquito!! Have not seen a tick in my overgrown lawn for 7 years using mission green . Their all natural spray has kept our bees and butterflies alive too!

Mgt of the company cares about lawn and any problems you may be experiencing. Owner of the company actually visited me to discuss my lawn make recommendations and provide some value added services.

This was our first season using MissionGreen s services. We have been very pleased with their communication, quality, and timeliness. Caleb always shows up first thing in the morning, which is great, and he s so quiet and efficient that we hardly notice he s here. We re very pleased with how healthy our lawn is.

We added on so many services this year monthly charge is high but nice to not have to find time to do it ourselves important this year. Yard aerated and over seeded. I forgot they were coming. When I first called upon Mission Green services , the lawn was in need of repair , weeds , brown and bare spots , insects ,and a lack of nutrients, . MIssion Green came out to evaluate ,and explained in detail exactly how many treatments ,along with exact instructions on what we also needed to do on our end after each application was applied . It was a process in getting our lawn back ! It is now a Healthy , green and lush lawn .I highly recommend this company.True Green will Soil test your lawn ,and put you on the road to lawn recovery !

I can honestly say that this is the best my lawn has looked in over 20 years. I ve used other companies and services and none have come close to the improvement I ve seen on my lawn over the last two seasons using Mission Green.

Our lawn was in shabby condition, especially in the front where we had experienced a natural gas leak - mostly weeds in that area, but overall, front and back, the grass was thin, brown, weedy and mossy. Our next-door neighbor had been using MissionGreen for about a year and I could plainly see the positive difference it was making. So I called and they came out within a couple of days to assess our lawn and make recommendations, along with a detailed cost estimate. That was last spring and we can already see incredible improvement; our grass is much fuller and a lush green; the weeds are gone and the moss is shrinking. It has been a pleasure working with them all, the office and on-site staff. Theyve been professional and courteous, the cost is affordable, and the level of communication has been terrific. I whole-heartedly recommend MissionGreen to anyone struggling with their lawn.

Amazing people very respectful, I ve been with this company from the start and when moving from mass to RI you know i brought them with me lol. They notice things before I can even spot a problem and they always leave my lawn looking absolutely perfect. They recommend products that are just what I need. As a women living on my own it s hard to trust people coming around my home and low balling me selling me on things I don t need but I can promise you they have the most respectful group of men I ve ever met and they sure know their stuff! Always go above and beyond!

So far I have used MissionGreen for two years, going into a third, and am very satisfied. The services they perform include fertilization, insect and weed control, aeration and over-seeding. Great service and great customer service

I have been a landscaper in western mass for the last 7 years and recently I have multiple customers asking why their lawns are dying and why their weeds are not dead when they have Mission Green providing services. This company has ruined so many lawns it s hurting landscapers with keeping customer. I do not recommend this company anywhere in western mass. Attached are photos of customers lawn, you can see the difference in lawns between the neighbors. DO NOT USE.

Have used Mission Green for two seasons and I have seen improvement. I dont have a sprinkler system and that would really help but that isnt going to happen. The only complaint I have is I still have weeds and clover. I called to add weed control to my program and they told me I already had it. The technician writes that he sees weeds and clover, so why do I still have them?

They had a promo for spring through winter. Every time they came they were here for less than 5 minutes which is fine I have a small yard. The paper they leave at the door shows what services should have been provided. I check my security cameras and every time they are only doing part of what they should be. I paid for a service I did not receive. I should have noticed the huge red flag when after the first time they came out the company changed its name from stay green to mission green. I will absolutely not be using them in the future. Every time you call to talk to someone it always wants you to leave a voicemail for them to get back to you.

Great service

I was skeptical at first, and always did my lawn faithfully with products purchased at local gardening centers...lawn always burnt in the summer, and stayed brown into the fall. This is my first year with Stay Green, and have been very happy with the service provided by Mark and his crew. I know the rain helped this year, but I can honestly say that Stay Green stands by their name..I think I may sign up for next year. If I could post a picture I would Thanks Stay Green crew!

I originally left a bad review about how disappointed I was with this company. After doing this, Mark, the owner, came to my house and walked all around my yard with me discussing how we could make it better. He also apologized for our bad experience and explained how he was trying to improve the company. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I dont know any other company whose owner would personally come and do this, so I was very impressed. It shows that Mark really does care about his customers. My husband and I have decided to give StayGreen another chance, so Im changing my review from 1 star to 4 stars because Im trusting Marks judgement. If everything works out the way Mark says it will, and my lawn looks better next year, I will probably change it to 5 stars.

Calling STAYGREEN LAWN SERVICES was the best move I made to repair my lawn,they answered all my question and explained all the treatments they applied and what it would do for my lawn.They also reommended what my lawn needed. I was also suprised with the price of the service, other companies would come to the house and the price was outrageous, so we never had a service before.
