Matthew, Daniel and crew are so great! I have had them back to my home many times to do property maintenance and cleanup around my home. They pressure washed my deck and sidewalks. They cutdown a huge overgrowth of weeds next to my garage. They just did a big fall cleanup. My home never looked so beautiful! I really count on Villa Property Maintenance. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend. Matthew and team were great to work with during our aeration, overseeding and soil amendment services. Villa did an absolutely incredible job! Our backyard was an overgrown nightmare (see photos). Matthew came out to give a free estimate, which ended up being lower than quotes from other companies. He was conscientious and responsive. I asked him and his team to remove everything for a clean slate, and they did exactly what I asked for. The hard-working team was efficient, quick, and went above and beyond ensuring the yard was completely debris-free. I am so pleased with the results and plan to continue using their maintenance services. I highly recommend Villa!
I was looking for a good reputable company to do some regular landscaping on my mother’s property. After sending out request for quotes to multiple companies, it was clear that Villa was the right choice. Matthew and his team are exceptional, and the work they do is nothing short of phenomenal. My front and back yards were a mess! Luckily I was able to reach Villa to help me clean it up. I had a lot of unsightly weeds and trees to be trimmed. They came out and within hours my yards were sparkling. Everyone on the block was jealous. They are my heroes
Villa Maintenance did a fantastic job cleaning up the front of our condo building property, which was tangled up with years of weeds, vines, old dead plants, overgrown bushes, and a mysterious tree growing up the side of the building. Matthew responded right away to my message, and they even went out the same day to scope out the situation and put together an estimate. They use a very convenient online estimate approval form that made the communication even easier (rather than phone calls back and forth, etc). After approving the estimate they got over there very quickly and did a great job. I no longer have to feel ashamed about being the ugly building on the block! Thank you Villa Maintenance! I am hoping to get on their snow removal schedule this winter as well.

Performed all services we agreed on. I got estimates from 3 companies and Villa was competitive in their pricing. I really wanted initial services performed before mothers day. They did everything they could to accommodate my request even though they had a full schedule already. My lawn and flower beds looked lovely in time for the holiday!
