Proworks Landscaping Solutions & Snow Removal in Chicago

Jose Guerro and Proworks are just trying to take money. We hired them to service multiple properties for snow services. Proworks provided a contract but wanted to charge us for snow services that weren’t needed because it didn’t even snow or icing. They also didn’t respect the service trigger in the contract. We had them salt one time and they overloaded our properties with a cheap rock salt and the conditions didn’t even cause for the salt. We were harassed to leave a credit card on file but we only gave them a preloaded card because we didn’t believe this company would charge with integrity. We were right and this they wanted to end the contract. We are very disappointed that this service had to be cancelled in the middle of the winter season but we don’t recommend this company.

I've been searching for a trustworthy and reasonable priced landscaper for quite some time, and I'm happy to say that I found exactly what I was looking for, with Jose. A friend of mine recommended him based on their positive experience with his snow removal services during the winter, and I can't say enough good things about him. Not only did Jose bring my lawn vision to life, but he also provided suggestions that I hadn't even considered. Unlike previous landscapers I've hired, Jose and his team made sure to leave no mess behind and were incredibly attentive to their work. I would highly recommend Jose to anyone in the Chicagoland area who needs landscaping or snow removal services.

Proworks Landscaping Solutions completed a job for me on 5/23/2023. The workers arrived at approximately 3:00 p.m. and they left at approximately 9:30 p.m. I didn't like the arrival or departure time because it was too late. It was difficult working in the dark. HOWEVER, I was satisfied with the quality of their work. The workers were so accommodating, polite, hardworking and professional. I felt that the price was a little bit expensive but the quality of the work was somewhat worth the price. It's difficult to find people who perform the quality of work that Proworks provided. They had to remove old material and they added new rocks. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I hired Jose and his colleague back in April and we discussed a standing appointment that was to reoccur every two weeks. Jose offered to come one day I did not have him scheduled which I agreed to but he never showed up. Didn’t even text me. I reached out and he said he could come the next day. Once again I made sure to be home all day and Jose was a no show. I told him that I would forgo that week of yard care since he was obviously too busy to come and should not of offered. The week he was scheduled to come it rained so I tried to communicate with Jose. I’ve text multiple times and he has not responded. I finally told him that I would not longer need his services. Clearly unprofessional. I would not use this service. Not a real business and does not have any form of customer service.

Jose and his team prepped my yard very well for grass seeding then seeded it thoroughly. The yard is looking better already. Will update when grass has sprouted filled in! The grass has filled in! It is thick and looks AMAZING. Please do yourself a favor and don't waste your time and money with any of their competitors. Use Proworks. Great prices and great results.

Proworks is an awesome company for landscape and yard work services. Did an outstanding job for us in challenging weather conditions with beautiful results ! Really changed the look of our front yard for the better. Very nice as well. Couldn’t have asked for better people to work with. Will use their services again.

Was very pleased with Proworks. I worked with Jose, and he was very responsive, transparent and fair with pricing, and showed a genuine interest and care in producing a great product. He was able to take my vision for my property and make it a reality. I can’t wait to work with them again on a future landscaping project.
