Update: been using them for a couple of years now and I feel like the service isn t as good as it was when I was a new client. They use a call center and never return my calls unless it s about adding a new service. Prices have gone up, which I understand but now they changed the pay structure so I m being charged more monthly rather than paying for the fall clean up when fall comes. I ve called before about me not seeing them on my cameras use the weed killer that I pay for, for multiple weeks until I reached out to complain about it. Feel like the overall quality has gone down since they got bigger.

Medina Lawncare is a 10/10 as the kids say. We recently had them do hardscaping and landscaping for our West Town duplex, and they did an AMAZING job! Robert gave us the most competitive estimate, and his team were punctual, professional and completed the work early. As a condo owner, it can be hard to find great people to do the smaller jobs but we were thrilled to find Medina. We plan to use them for all our landscaping needs in the future, and you should too!

My current low retaining wall around my flower beds was crumbling after 25 years and the new wall constructed by his crew is amazing -- and was done the correct way, unlike the other! Carlos and his crew did a fantastic job at our property. Added 23, 6-ft arborvitae (healthy looking) to create an instant privacy screen of the outdoor space. They were quick to find a resolution of an unexpected issue that required raised boxes by 6 inches. The crew was professional, quick, and quality was evident. The addition of pavers for the outdoor grilling station is fantastic. Their maintenance and simplicity of the parkway is perfect, enhancing the curb appeal of the property. Many of the neighbors next door and from around the block were just as pleased and commented on how great it looks. I cant speak to their work since it never got that far, but theyre really bad at responding and following up which I was surprised at given their high rating. After a week of calling repeatedly I finally was able to talk to someone who said theyd stop by and provide a quote for the landscaping work I wanted done in the backyard. I mentioned I wouldnt be able to be there but the backyard is open. The person I talked to said it was fine and they would call if they have any questions. A week and a half after the day they were supposed to view the backyard I have yet to receive a call or quote. Every time I call I keep being told by their answering personal that theyll leave a message and someone will get back to me (no one ever does). They clearly dont need the business or new customers. For anyone reading this review. If you dont hear back from them in a week I would recommend going elsewhere unless you have time to waste by repeatedly calling them.

Wow! Just wow! The service and quality of work was overwhelming. Carlos, the owner came to my house three times to see exactly what I wanted, explained the process, cost, installation, etc. Fabulous recommendations for plants and trees. Taught me a lot about shade, etc! Didnt just try to sell me on whatever was expensive, he explained that some trees, bushes, and plants would not do well in my yard. The stone he used, was top quality and made sure to truly fill in the yard- He worked with me to come up with a cost effective solution for my home and one week later, it was installed! Needed 200 feet of bushes removed. Medina gave a fair quote and showed up on time. The work was performed as promised. The bushes were removed, stumps ground out and the lawn was graded. No surprise charges. I highly recommend

I can t speak highly enough of the work Medina did on our sad backyard. It s tough enough to get someone on the phone, let alone to come out and look at the site for a real quote. I had enough guys trying to do quotes over the phone by measurements. I left a message with Medina and Carlos (the owner) called me back a few hours later and offered to come out the next day. After I described what I was looking for he laid out a clear plan and had me a quote that evening. Two weeks later Carlos and his crew were at my place, ripped out our entire clay soil backyard, built a paver patio and laid sod in two days. They left our place spotless and our alley was cleaner than when they started. Medina s crews are total pros and Carlos is great to deal with. Highly recommended.

Our backyard project included replacing grass with pavers, building a retaining wall for extra seating, and replacing a small patch of grass with turf. The final results were more than I expected. Carlos was very personable, easy to get a hold of, and upfront with the reality of my pathway hardscape project.
