Very impressed....Christy is one of a kind. I have done a lot of business with her in the past and always looked forward to running into her....
I've been gardening for 20+ years. I've been buying my flowers annuals and perrenials at CW for 10 years if not more. I spend approximately $1,000 a year. Not much but all I can afford. I understand that I am not their biggest paying client but I believe we smaller customers should be appreciated too. Every year at the end of May, I put in a special request. The special request is Persian shields, white & purple mexican heather, pentas and especially, vanilla marigolds. There's never been an issue. Within a week, I received a call and I pick up my order. In the Fall, I special request Durango marigolds. This year, I was taken aback by the look of most flowers at CW. By May 30, they looked really bad and beaten. I was surprised because normally I leave with $400 bill and this time, I could not even get to $75.00 On May 30th, I put in my special request. I was met by a 5'10" older woman with gray hair and wearing a long skirt. As I put in my request with another associate, this older associate started to inquire about my special request. She took over and started to explain that it's late in the season and she went on to berate me openly about waiting to put in this special request. I attempted to explain that I do not garden early - usually the first week in June so the flowers last throughout the summer into the Fall. She continued to question me. I felt I was put on the spot and ridiculed for "waiting". No other year, with no other associate, have I been made to feel this way. I felt embarrassed and shamed. She went onto check her inventory and told me she had 12 racks coming in and they had pentas and Persian shields. The others she would have to check with her growers but seemed unlikely. She said I would have to pick from what's on the racks. I again asked her could she please inquire and she looked at me blankly. I asked if I would be receiving the customary call to update me and she said yes. I knew by her look that I would not receive a call. I did not receive a call. I attempted to contact CW offices 12x and there's no option to raise a concern directly. After 10+ years & $10,000+ of supporting CW, I feel so disrespected and unappreciated.
I hired Christy Webber to do some initial clean up on an empty lot and to do a landscape design and proposal to finish the job. Tony handed me the design the other day and it was absolutely everything I had imagined. He incorporated everything I asked for and did his best to keep the budget within reason and to design it so I could do some work now, some work later and some work myself. In a few years I'll be spending all summer in the most beautiful garden filled with lilacs, magnolias and flowering redbud trees with rustic flagstone paths leading to vegetable gardens, fruit trees and a private outdoor movie theater/fire pit. I can't wait for work to begin
We worked with Andrew Kibbe at Christy Webber and I cannot say enough good things. We did our landscaping in phases so we worked with Drew over a period of a couple years, first on the backyard and then on the front. Each project went very well. Drew is very friendly and detailed oriented and got back to us with all of our revisions and questions. We love him! Also, the workers who actually installed and planted everything worked so hard. They even powered washed sidewalk when they left. We have been saving up for this for awhile and now I want to stare at my landscaping all day. It looks so much better. Thank you Christy Webber. I highly recommend working with Andrew Kibbe. The whole experience was amazing.
Christy Webber put in a retaining wall on our school playground to keep dirt/mud from sliding down the hill onto the play area. The wall is fantastic & makes the whole area safe & clean & gives the playground a finished look. Plus the kids love to walk across the wall like a balance beam! Christy & Ben were awesome to work with & completed the job in less than 2 days so it didn't impact school activities. I highly recommend Christy Webber Landscaping!
We recently worked with Tony at Christy Webber to redesign our front yard. We have a typical small city yard and wanted to make it a natural space where our kids could play. Tony understood our vision from the beginning. He came up with a wonderful plan and made it easy for us to chose what to do now and what could maybe wait until a later stage. He was always flexible and accommodating in scheduling meetings to get the design just right. The work was scheduled easily and the installation went well. Our yard, right in the middle of the city, now feels like a hidden country garden where our kids run and jump and climb. We could not be more pleased with this work.
Only hire them if you want to show your neighbors how you disdain their presence. Workers working on a project nearby left equipment blocking 3 for four streets at a four way intersection and dumped aggregate in the middle of one street completely blocking it. Maneuvering their equipment and trailers rutted newly reseeded curb areas. Two of the four trucks leaving town couldn't be bothered to even slow down at the 3 way stop on the main road in town. I don't know how they treated the people who hired them, but the people in town nearby were summarily dismissed.
Highly recommend their services. Professional and courteous throughout the design and execution process. Amazing transformation. Went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. Can't say enough great things about the folks at Christy Webber.

Very fast place
He treated my property as if he was landscaping his very own home. Based on his very favorable referral. I let him do his thang and was not disappointed.

Beautiful landscape design
Landscaping Company snow removal company I highly recommended, the owner is a sweet woman. She knows her business and goes out of her way to make sure the job is 100%
Highly professionals good people.
Called to get an estimate on landscape service. They told me I would get a call from their landscape dept to schedule an appointment. Instead I got an email referring me out to other landscapers.
Really awesome! Christys story of creating this incredible business is awe inspiring!
Awesome company
Plants, pigs and chickens. What more could you want in a garden center?!
Completely outrageous with their pricing
I would not recommend this company because they do not return phone calls, do not email proposals in a timely manner, and no consideration to the customer. I was looking forward for this company to complete a landscaping job but was highly disappointed with my assigned person.
Just put in an App here. I hope they call me back the staff is friendly
Great staff, great selection.
One star is too much. I called Christie Webber back in March to get an estimate for a lawn installation back in MARCH of this year. I was advised that it would take a while for someone to call me back. I understood. This is a big company with lots of significant contracts and customers, so I was prepared to wait for that initial call amend estimate. About two or three weeks later I received a call and a very nice man, Paul Haschke, came out and gave me an estimate for the small job I wanted done. I explained that when I had put aside enough for the job Id call and let him know. That was April 5th. I called and sent texts in May to inform him that I was finally ready to pay in full for the job, but when I received no reply I gave up and started to reach out to other companies. At exactly that point I got a call from George Kinsella saying that Mr. Haschke wasnt with the company any longer but that hed have another representative come out to re-evaluate the job and pricing. After another two weeks, by now JUNE(I called back in March!), the rep who came out the second time suggested getting an estimate at this point for sod rather than the seed that I originally wanted, along with the other landscaping we discussed.Mr Kinsella assured me that he would make certain things would get underway soon since I had already waited for so long. I expressed my excitement at the prospect of the company doing my job since I am familiar with their commercial and residential work. It is now July 3rd and I have not heard from the company and have successfully reached out to another company-- after interviewing three others for this small job. For me the very clear message in all of this is that if your job is small, as mine was, only $800.00, a lot for me but insignificant for them, find another landscaper to work with. If you look you can find someone who will value your business, you, and your budget. Unfortunately, though I was extremely excited they were going to do the work, that respect and care was completely absent in my dealing with Christie Webber Lsndscaping. I wouldnt be surprised if someone gets back to me at seasons end saying they will finally fit me in, but thankfully, by then Ill be enjoying the yard established by a different contractor.
Beekeeping
Woohoo
Picture is the Spray Lakes Reservoir, Banff, Alberta,Canada. Christy, Ive just watched your story on the Blue Collar Mil. I was so impressed with what youve accomplished, Ive added, someday meeting you and shaking your hand, to my bucket list. Robert
Terrible lazy workers! Will only do less then expected nothing more. Workers seem like they are clueless if there job tasks! Reviews seem to be made by there friends, not actual customers
Excelent place for hard workers
