Bermudez Landscaping in Chicago

I am writing this on behalf of my elderly aunt. This guy came out and gave her an estimate for some work and they agreed on a date. He never showed up. She called him multiple times and he made excuses but said he'd still come and do the work. He again, didn't show up. Today she called him and he hung up on her. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

If I could give ZERO, I would. This is a BEWARE… He took my money and did NOT complete the job. Has ignored all calls…COMPLETELY GHOSTED MY CALLS AND TEXTS…. He didn’t level the pavers, didn’t complete clean up, didn’t make all deliveries….come to find out NEVER ordered the gate and over charged me and didn’t compensated for a tool he took. The other neighbors were initially interested in his services but he ignored them as well… I should have known based on the previous negative reviews!!! Completely unprofessional, rather than being transparent. I’ve reported Ernesto Bermudez to the BBB and the IL Comp for fraud/theft…

I am so happy I called Bermudez Landscaping to help me with my yard. I needed so much work done -They took up old broken sidewalks, installed a beautiful fence and gorgeous sod for a price no one could beat. Our backyard is unrecognizable and we absolutely love it. Bermudez Landscaping was completely professional and nice, talking me through this very stressful project with kindness and patience for last minute changes I made. I have been recommending them to my family ever since I they first came out for a quote. Will definitely use again!

We hired ernesto a month ago to get our project going after months of finding companies that were rude and didn't care to respond back to our request. Every single time we wanted to add or change something to the project and he was perfectly ok with it. Hes great at what he does. Hes very reasonable with his timeline and tries his best. So if you are trying to recapture your backyard to start to utilize it again please call him or look at his amazing work on his bermudez landscaping chicago on Facebook and see the evidence of his work. We are ecstatic at being able to now utilize spaces that were never utilized before and we thank him and his team for that. He responds right away and puts everything you want in writing as well as suggesting things or items depending on your project.

Ernesto and his team were amazing! He met with us several times to review our vision and helped us bring it to life. Everything was in alignment or slightly lower than our initial quotes and the quality of the brick laying was top notch. I highly recommend them. NOTE: the stairs were NOT completed by Bermudez Landscaping.

Ernesto is hardworking and very thorough with his standard of work. Would definitely recommend him for any landscaping work.

Excellent work Ernesto! Ernesto was very prompt, courteous, and responsive. He was also very patient as he had to wait for me at the property where he did work as I administered a mild car accident I was involved with on my way to see his final work. He removed Ivy from the front of a 3 story high building, removed weeds from approximately 400 SQ ft of space and he left my entire patio area super clean. Since it rained during his time at the property, he offered to come back and treat the area with weed killer. I look forward to working with him again.

Amazing experience with Bermudez Landscaping! Ernesto is very responsive to emails and always kept me informed about his plans to service my lawn. The spring clean up he did was perfect; he cleaned out all the leaves and debris from all areas in the front and back of the home and left the property look very refreshed. We can't wait to work with him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a friendly, reliable and professional business man!
